2.Clinicopathological characteristic analysis of three cases of colonic muco-submucosal elongated polyp
Chinese Journal of Digestion 2013;33(10):696-699
Objective To explore the clinicopathological features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of colonic muco-submucosal elongated polyp (CMSEP).Methods The clinical manifestations, endoscopic and histological features of three cases of CMSEP were analyzed. The literature was reviewed with regard to the diagnostic criteria and differential diagnosis. Results Three patients were male, and aged 25,45 and 75 years old.Two polyps were at transverse colon and one at rectum.Under colonoscope, all three cases showed the long pedunculated polyps. The surfaces of two polyps were smooth and the colors were similar to colonic mucosa while one polyp appeared mucosal erosion and congestion on the top.Under optical microscope, three cases had similar lesions. The axis of the lesions was expanded submucosa and the surface was the layer of colonic mucosa. The expanded and thick walled blood vessels were seen paralleled to the long axis in the submucosa of the axis of lesions. One polyp with mucosal erosion on the top presented with adenocarcinomal changes. Conclusions CMSEP is a kind of specific polypoid lesion, with characteristic colonoscopic and pathological features. Most are benign changes, however malignant changes occur in a few cases. In histology,CMSEP should be identified with mucosal prolapse syndrome associated inflammatory polyp.
3.Riskfactor analysis of slow coronary flow phenomenon in male patients
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(1):30-33
Objective:To explore risk factors for slow coronary flow (SCF) phenomenon in male patients .Methods:A total of 123 male patients ,who were suspecting coronary heart disease because of chest pain ,then coronary angiography indica‐ted there was no significant lesion in epicardial coronary arteries ,were selected .According to presence of SCF or not ,they were divided into SCF group (n=69) and normal group (n=54) .Case data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed , and Logistic regression analysis was use to analyze risk factors for male SCF .Results:Compared with normal group ,there were significant rise in body mass index [BMI , (24. 01 ± 1. 57 ) kg/m2 vs . (27. 06 ± 3. 40 ) kg/m2 ] , hemoglobin level [ (145.79 ± 9.63) g/L vs .(150.00 ± 11.84) g/L] and hematocrit [ (0.43 ± 0.03) L/L vs .(0.45 ± 0.06) L/L] in SCF group ,P<0.05 all .Logistic regression analysis indicated that BMI (OR= 1.373 ,95% CI 1.146~1.645 ,P=0.001) and hemoglobin (OR=1.037 ,95% CI 1.000~1.176 ,P=0.048) were independent risk factors for male SCF .Conclusion:El‐evated body mass index and hemoglobin level are independent risk factors for slow coronary flow in male patients ,so corre‐sponding preventive measures must be carried out to improve prognosis .
4.Th subsets in peripheral blood and IL-1 7 in gingival crevicular fluid of the patients with periodontitis
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(6):844-847
Objective:To study the correlation of Th subsets in peripheral blood(PB)and IL-1 7 in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)in the patients with periodontitis.Methods:1 0 healthy controls,1 1 cases with chronic periodontitis(CP)and 8 cases with aggressive pe-riodontitis(AgP)were included.Th1 ,Th2 and Th1 7 in PB were measured by flowcytometry,IL-1 7 in GCF was examined by ELISA. Periodental indexes(PLI,PD,AL and BI)were measured. Results:In the CP group and the AgP group,Th1 and Th1 7 were signifi-cantly higher,Th2 was lower than those in the control group(P <0.01 )(between CP and AgP groups,P >0.05),and IL-1 7 in GCF were significantly higher(P <0.01 )(between CP and AgP groups,P >0.05).In group CP IL-1 7 leve in GCF was positively correla-ted with PD and AL(P =0.000),in group AgP with PD(P =0.007).Conclusion:Deficiency of immunologic function and increase of IL-1 7 in the GCF is related with the onset and development of periodontitis.

0.5). Conclusions There is an increasing trend of resistin level in healthy volunteers and patients with obesity, diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism in order Resistin also was a positive and an inverse correlation with BMI and resistance index respectively. These results support the hypothesis of Steppan that resistin causes insulin resistance and links obesity to diabetes, and that the high level of resistin in hyperthyroidism can help to explain the phenomenon of its insulin resistance.
