2.Effect of the serum leptin and hs-CRP levels by Levetiracetam in patients with epilepsy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(4):232-234
Objective To investigate the effect of the serum leptin and hs-CRP levels by Levetiracetam in patients with epilepsy. Methods 150 patients with epilepsy from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 75 cases in each group. The control group were treated by sodium valproate and carbamazepine and the experiment group were treated in the base of the control group with Levetiracetam. The LP,hs-CRP,TC and TG levels were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, there was no significant change in serum LP,TC and TG levels, the hs-CRP were lower(P<0.05),and the indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam to the pediatric epilepsy patients to good therapeutic effect, reduce the side effects of hazards, speculated that the mechanism may be related to the left B Raschig Tan to maintain patients serum leptin, triglyceride, total cholesterol levels, reduce the levels of high sensitivity C reactive protein related.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(9):663-665
There are 13 members of the Let -7 miRNAs family which is regarded as tumor suppressor gene, locating in nine different chromosome loci. Lin28 acts as negative regulatory factor of miRNA biological recurrence. By selectively blocking the processing synthesis of the Let-7 miRNAs family, Lin28 block the inhibition effect of miRNA of proto-oncogenes and interact with RNA helicase to enhance gene translation at the same time. By not quite clear mechanism, an up-regulation of Let-7 inhibits the expression and function of Lin28. In more and more studies of human tumor, Lin28/Let-7 axsis was proved to be important significance of the tumor's occurrence and development. In this paper, we research briefly the recent progress of the molecular mechanism and related influence factors of ILin28/Let-7 axsis.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2015;8(6):567-570
Oral anti-viral agents nucleos (t)ide analogues (NAs) are widely used in treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) since they are well-tolerated in most patients. But clinical relapse occurs in a considerable part of patients after the cessation of NAs therapy. This paper reviews factors related to clinical relapse, including time for drug withdrawal, cccDNA level, age, baseline alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and HBV DNA levels, type of NAs, serum level of HBsAg and the immune status of patients.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus weak laser fat dissolution technique in treating female patients with obesity and overweight of stomach heat dampness stagnation type. Methods Forty-seven female patients diagnosed with simple obesity and overweight of stomach heat dampness stagnation type were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 25 cases and a control group of 22 cases. The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus weak laser fat dissolution technique and the control group, weak laser fat dissolution technique alone. Body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, abdominal circumference, hip circumference, body fat percentage (F%), visceral fat index (VFI) were measured in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in body weight, BMI, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, hip circumference difference values between before and after one course of treatment, between after one and two courses of treatment and between after two and three courses of treatment in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.01,P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in visceral fat index difference values between after one and two courses of treatment and between after two and three courses of treatment in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was 92.0%in the treatment group and 36.4%in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus weak laser fat dissolution technique is an effective way to treat female simple obesity of stomach heat dampness stagnation type.

Objective To investigate the development of ICUs and critical care medicine at secondary and above hospitals in Inner Mongolia. Methods Questionnaire survey of ICUs at secondary and tertiary hospitals in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from October 2010 to June 2011.Results There are 76 ICUs at 26 hospitals, including 24 general ICUs and 52 special ICUs; tertiary hospitals average 2.47±0.63 special ICUs,while secondary hospital average 2.23±1.12 special ICUs; 35% of the ICUs are subject to close-off management; general ICUs at tertiary hospitals account for 1.21% ± 0.35 % of total beds of the hospital, and for 1.98% ± 0.63% of secondary hospitals.Regarding the ratio of physicians to ICUs beds,it is 0.75±0.15 at tertiary hospitals, and 0.62± 0.231 at secondary hospitals. As to the ratio of nurses to beds,it is 1.58 ± 0.72 at tertiary hospitals, and 1.36 ± 0.27 at secondary hospitals. Conclusion This survey showed that ICUs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are acceptable in numbers, but are found with problems in insufficient beds, poor staff deployment, obsolete medical equipments and weak technical forces. Therefore, critical care medicine and ICU development should be enhanced during the second round of hospital accreditation in China.

Objective:To study the bactericidal effect of ultrasonic technique combined with saline(SL),sodium hypochlorite(SH) or Koutai(KT) irrigation in root canal preparation. Methods:120 single-rooted teeth in 120 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into six groups randomly with 20 in each group. The tooth canal in group A, B and C were prepared with ultrasonic technique. SL, SH and KT were used to irrigate in the root canals group A,B and C respectively.Routine hand instruments were used in group A1, B1 and C1.SL, SH and KT were used as irrigations in group A1, B1 and C1 respectively.30 ?l of liquid sample was obtained from each root canal and examined for anaerobic bacteria colony counting before and after root canal preparation. Result:After root canal preparation the number of anaerobic bacteria colony was significantly reduced in all the 6 groups(P
