Objective To analyze the curative effects of using different ovarian stimulation plans to treat polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)infertility.Methods 90 cases with infertility of PCOS were chosen and randomly divided into the A,B and C three groups (30 cases in each group).The A group had clomiphene treatment, the B group had HMG treatment,while the C group had CC combined with HMG treatment.The single follicle growth rate,HCG day intrauterine membrane,follicles and reproductive hormone levels,OHSS and pregnancies were recorded and compared in the three groups.Results In the three groups,HCG,luteinizing hormone (LH)and estradiol (E2 ) all had statistically significant differences (F =15.467 and 210.223,all P <0.05),which in the C group LH and E2 were significantly higher than those in group A and group B (all P <0.05).In the three groups,testosterone (T)had no statistically significant differences (F =1.005,P >0.05).In the three groups,single follicle ovulation rate had statistically significant differences (χ2 =64.614,P >0.05),in which single follicle ovulation rate in group C >group A >group B.In the three groups,endometrial thickness and mature follicle number all had significant differences (t =28.80,6.44,4.63,all P <0.05).Of the three groups,OHSS incidence had statistically significant difference (χ2 =7.386,P >0.05)(group B >group C >group A).In the three groups,clinical pregnancy rate,average treatment period had significant differences (F/χ2 =6.667,6.667,all P <0.05),which the clinical pregnancy rate group C >group B >group A,and the average treatment period group B >group A >group C.In the three groups,multiple pregnancy rate and abortion rate had no statistically significant differences (χ2 =2.169,0.424,all P >0.05 ). Conclusion Using clomiphene combined with small dose of menotrophin to treat PCOS infertility has better stimulation ovulation effects,higher clinical pregnancy rate,shorter drug use cycle and higher safety,which could provide the basis for the treatment of patients with PCOS infertility.

This study systematically reviewed and analyzed Gentianae Szechenyii Flos((),Pangyen karpo) based on herbalism and phytotaxonomy in both ancient and modern literature.After the textual research,it was found that Pangyen of Dunhuang Tibetan medical literature was in conformity with Gentianae Szechenyii Flos recorded in Moon King and Four Tantras,for the treatment of hoarseness and some lung diseases (e.g.cough).Gentiana szechenyii Kanitz and G.algida Pall.(including var.algida and var.purdomii T.N.Ho) are the two original plants of Gentianae Szechenyii Flos,and the former has been recognized as the mainstream variety so far.This paper simultaneously pointed out some misunderstanding and confusion or contextual error in the standard for Tibetan medicine and treatises on it combining with field work and market investigation,to confirm that Pangyen was in line with Gentianae Szechenyii Flos.This study provided a reference of original plant for the safe medication and the modernization of the Tibetan medicine preparation.

OBJECTIVETo observe the differences in clinical effect on menstrual migraine between subgaleal acupoint injection with metoclopramide and oral administration of medication.

METHODSSixty-four patients of menstrual migraine were randomized into a subgaleal acupoint injection group and a medication group, 32 cases in each one. In the subgaleal acupoint injection group, the acupoint injection started 10 days before menstruation. Eight acupoints on the head were selected and injected alternatively in two groups, once every 2 days, 4 treatments made one session and 3 sessions (3 menstrual cycles) were required. In the medication group, flunarizine was applied with oral administration, 2.5 mg each time, once every night. The duration of treatment was 3 months. The analgesic effect, frequency and time of pain attack were observed in 3 and 6 months after treatment in the two groups.

RESULTSAfter treatment, VAS scores were lower than those before treatment in the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.05), the attack frequency and pain time were all reduced as compared with those before treatment (all P<0.01). After treatment, VAS score, the frequency and time of pain attack in the subgaleal acupoint injection group were improved significantly as compared with the medication group (all P<0.01).

CONCLUSIONThe subgaleal acupoint injection with metoclopramide achieves the superior preventive effect in clinical treatment of menstrual migraine as compared with flunarizine.

Objective To investigate the proliferation inhibitory effect and mechanism of Ginkgo Biloba extract (EGB) on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) PC-9 cells. Methods Concentrations of EGB were set as 70 mg/L, 105 mg/L, 140 mg/L, 210 mg/L, and 280 mg/L, and were used to culture PC-9 cells in vitro for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Tetramethylazo thiazole blue staining (MTT) method was applied to detect cell inhibition rate. Hoechst33258 fluorescent staining was employed to observe the nucleus. SOD activity and MDA content were detected by ELISA. The protein expressions of Caspase-3, Caspase-9, Cyt-C, and AIF were detected by Western blot. Results After incubated for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h, EGB inhibited the proliferation of PC-9 cells, IC50 was 195.45 mg/L, 179.63 mg/L, 142.23 mg/L, respectively). 105 mg/L, 140 mg/L, 210 mg/L EGB could induce apoptosis of PC-9 cells, cause the nucleus pycnosis, produce apoptotic bodies, improve SOD activity and decrease MDA content (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). Western blot results showed that, compared with the control group, EGB can obviously increased the protein expressions of Caspase-3, Caspase-9, Cyt-C, and AIF, with statistical significance (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). Conclusion EGB can effectively restrain proliferation of non-small cell lung cancer PC-9 cells, the mechanism may be realized by inducing PC-9 cell apoptosis through pathway of mitochondria apoptosis, reducing oxidation, and clearing free radicals.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical safety and effectiveness of heavy specific gravity levobupivacaine in spinal block.Method:30 selective general surgical patients of ASAⅠ～Ⅱin obstetrics and gynecology were randomly di- vided into levobupivacaine group(L group)and bupivacaine group(B group).After opening the venous channel and transfusing equilibrium liquid 30 mins,the T 4-5 space was selected as the puncture site for the epidural puncture.The 2 medicaments were injected in the rate of 0.1 ml/s respectively.Then the anesthetizing onset time,maintenance time,time of motion blockade and restoration,effect of anesthesia,variations of blood pressure and heart rate and adverse drug reac- tion were observed.Result:The onset time was 82.61?22.10 s in L group and 59.30?21.50s in B group,respectively. The variations of SBP,DBP and HR in L group were less than those in B group.There was no significant difference in the 2 groups in maintenance time,time of motion blockade and restoration and effect of anesthesia.Conclusion:Compared with bupivacaine,heavy specific gravity levobupivacaine can make the same anesthesia effect with a steadier blood circulation. The specific gravity levobupivacaine is a safe and feasible drug for spinal anesthesia.

Objective To investigate the effects of ligustilide on the proliferation of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells and its mechanism. Methods CCK-8 method was used to detect the effects of ligustilide on activity of A549 cells. Apoptosis rate was measured by TUNEL. Nuclear morphological changes of A549 cells were observed by fluorescence microscope after staining by Hoechst 33258. ELISA was used to detect the VEGF levels after incubation with ligustilide. Western blot was used to detect the expression of NF-κB, Bcl-2, Bax and the protein expression of phosphorylation of JNK. Results A549 cell activity was significantly inhibited after incubated with 15, 30, 60, 120, 180μmol/L ligustilide for 12, 24, 48 h (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001) in a dose and time-dependent manner (P<0.05, P<0.01);Apoptosis rate increased by 30, 60, 120 μmol/L ligustilide for 12, 24, 48 h in a dose and time-dependent manner;A549 cells treated with ligustilide for 48 h appeared the apoptosis forms, including nuclear shrinkage, beating, strong blue fluorescence staining, and the chromatin divided producing apoptotic body;30, 60, 120μmol/L ligustilide increased the expression of p65 subunit of NF-κB protein in the nuclei and the phosphorylation levels of JNK protein, reduce the expression of suppression apoptosis protein Bcl-2, and raised the expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bax (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). Conclusion By inhibiting the expression of VEGF, ligustilide can inhibit the formation of tumor angiogenesis. By regulating the expression of NF-κB and the phosphorylation levels of JNK protein and reducing the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax, ligustilide can promote tumor cell apoptosis.

Purpose: To observe the long-term and recent clinical effect of needle-warming method plus functional training in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Methods:After 106 cases of the patients were divided into the needle-warming group and comprehensive group by the order of their first visit, the needle-warming group was treated by the needle-wanning method and the comprehensive group was treated by the needle-warming method plus functional training. After ten treatments, the clinical data in the two groups were evaluated upon Lequesne scale before and after the treatments. Three months later, follow-up survey was given to process the statistic management of the reoccurrence rate of the symptoms.Results: In the two groups after the treatment, the symptoms of the knee joint and daily life ability were obviously improved than the respective conditions before the treatment, and the integral decreased (P＜0.05), with no significant difference (P＞0.05) between the two groups. In the follow-up survey, there was a difference (P＜0.05) between the two groups in the positive rate of the recurrent symptoms. Conclusion: Certain therapeutic effect exists in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint by the needle-warming method. If functional training is combined,the therapeutic effect would be more stable, without easy reoccurrence.

Objective To compare the effects of target-controlled infusion (TCI) of propofol and remifentanil and inhalation anesthesia on the stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods Selective LC was performed on 60 cases. Before the surgery,the patients were randomly divided into experiment (TCI of propofol and remifentanil) and control (standard general anesthesia combined with inhalation of fluorinated alkane and laughing gas) groups with 30 cases in each. The serum levels of cortisol and IL-6 were detected before the induction (t1) and 20 minutes after pneumoperitoneum (t2). In addition,the MAP and HR of the two groups were monitored at seven time points. Results The serum levels of cortisol and IL-6 in the experiment group were similar to those in the control at t1 [Cortisol:(227.48?50.81) ?g/L vs (233.21?41.02) ?g/L,t=0.481,P=0.633; IL-6:(105.99?30.65) ng/L vs (111.20?34.80) ng/L,t=-0.615,P=0.541],but significantly lower at t2 [Cortisol:(241.00?69.11) ?g/L vs (354.70?37.55) ?g/L,t=7.918,P=0.000; IL-6:(116.06?30.89) ng/L vs (172.73?23.54) ng/L,t=-7.992,P=0.000]. To review the research of block copolymer micelles as delivery system for poorly soluble(antineoplastic) carrier over the last 10 years,including the composition,preparation methods and factors which influence the loading efficiency,physicochemical properties,and targeting characteristics of block copolymer micelles.Block copolymer micelles are self-assembled structures formed from amphiphilic block copolymers by dispersing in aqueous media.The hydrophilic blocks of the copolymer form the outer shell of the micelle,while the hydrophobic blocks form the inner core,and the proper coreshell micellar architecture was constituted.Block copolymer micelles have a whole set of unique properties,such as small sizes,narrow particle size distribution,high drug loading capacities,and available disposition characteristics in the body.Block copolymer micelles have been found as promising drug carriers due to making poorly soluble antineoplastic lysis,toxicities and side effects decrease,bioavailability increase,and targeting the drugs to specific sites in a passive way or attaching ligands in an active way,which can be specifically(recognized) by receptors onto the surface of copolymers.
