Objective To reduce the occurrence of undesirable catheter-related events in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy.Methods(1)To enhance the propaganda,education and guidance to patients.(2)To standardize the nursing care operations.(3)To establish the reasonable care rules and procedures.(4)The nurses should take the daily nursing care,observations and recording work seriously.Results Through the analysis of a variety of problems occurred in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy the nursing care experience was summed up.Conclusion Proper and effective care can reduce the occurrence of undesirable catheter-related events in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy.

Objective To explore the correlation between vitamin A (VA) level andMycoplasma pneumonia (MP). Methods Children aged 0-12 years hospitalized with acute infectious respiratory diseases during March 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected. The level of serum VA was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). MP-DNA on nasopharyngeal swab was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The serum MP-IgM was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The MP infection rate among subclinical VA deficiency (SVAD) group, suspicious subclinical VA deifciency (SSVAD) group and VA normal group were analyzed and compared.Results Among 600 children, there were 83 cases of SVAD (13.83%) and 193 cases of SSVAD (32.17%). There were statistical differences of the incidences between SVAD and SSVAD in children younger than 1-year-old, 1-3 years old, 3-6 years old and≥6 years old (P all<0.001), among which SVAD and SSVAD groups had the highest incidence rates in infants younger than 1 year old (26.36% and 49.10%respectively). Among 600 children, MP was positive in 201 children (33.5%), in whom 57 children (28.35%) were SVAD and 70 children (34.83%) were SSVAD. The incidence rate of SVAD in children with MP positive was higher than that in children with MP negative (P<0.001). In 201 children with MP positive, there were signiifcant differences in the distribution of SVAD, SSVAD and VA among different age groups (P=0.003), and the incidence rate of SVAD in infants younger than 1 year old was higher (48.39%).Conclusions SSVAD and SVAD are common in infants younger than 1 year old; SVAD may be associated with MP infection in children.

Objective To evaluated the role of wt-P53 protein in telomerase regulation in keloid fibroblasts(KFBs). Methods The fibroblasts were derived from human keloid tissue which was proved by pathological diagnosis. KFBs were divided into 2 groups, the transfection group and the untransfection group. wt-p53 gene was transfected into the fibroblasts by adenovirus vectors in the transfection group. The KFBs untransfected with wt-p53 gene served as control (untransfection group). After 48 hours of transfection, the expression of wt-P53 protein was analyzed by both Western blotting and immunofluorescence method, respectively. The telomerase activity was evaluated by TRAP-ELISA after 1-7 days of transfection.Results All the KFBs from 2 groups expressed wt-P53 protein. But the expression level of wt-P53 protein in the transfection group was significantly higher than that in the untransfection group. At the same time of high expression of wt-P53 protein, the telomerase activity of KFBs in transfection group was significantly lower than that in the untransfection group( P＜0.05). Conclusion High level expression of wt-P53 protein can transiently inhibit the telomerase activity of KFBs.

Objective To study the influence of the preparation and quality control of Xiaochuan cataplasm on its drug action. Methods Xiaochuan cataplasm was prepared with hydrosoluble polymers matrix. A sequence of tests such as adhesive force test, recontour test, paste-content test, cold-resistance test, heat-resistance test, toxicity and pharmacodynamic action tests were performed on this drug. Results Xiaochuan cataplasm contains a sound volume of medicine, and shows good adhesive property, no sensibilization and stimulation, and notable drug action. Conclusion The results demonstrate that the preparation craft of Xiao-chuan cataplasm is reasonable and practicable., the quality is controllable and the method is a safe and effective transdermal drug delivery system.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the confents of calycosin-7-glucoside,calyco-sin and formononetin in Shenqi granule. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Welch Ultimate XB-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% Formic acid solution (gradient elution) at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 250 nm, column temperature was 35 ℃,and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range of sample quantity was 0.008-0.32 μg for calycosin-7-glucoside(r=0.999 9),0.005-0.20 μg for calycosin(r=0.999 7)and 0.007-0.28 μg for formononetin(r=0.999 8);RSDs of precsion,stability and reproducibility tests were no more than 1.59%;recoveries were 98.17%-99.17%(RSD=0.67%, n=6),98.03%-99.66%(RSD=0.57%,n=6) and 98.16%-99.12%(RSD=0.43%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is sim-ple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the content determination of Shenqi granule ofiso flavones.

The visual acuity testa were performed in 8219 children(16 438 eyes)under 5 years of age with sound and light toys,electric torch and a retinoscope.The general ocular examination and mydriatic optometry were also performed for the ametropia.In 8219 children 61 were found to have dominant strabismus,including 59 cases of concomitant strabismus and 2 paralytic strabismus.AbnormaJ refraction was detected in 404 children(739 eye)accounting for 4.92%,including 68 cases of anisometropia (0.83%).In 16 438 eyes 621(3.78%)were moderate or hyper-presbyopia;53(0.32%)were myopia;65 (0.40%)were mixed astigmatism.The vision acuity test described above is a simple and convenient method suitable for children under 5 who are not able to read the conventional test chart.

Objective:To explore the application and safety of visual endotracheal tube in tracheal intubation in patients with gen eral anesthesia operation.Methods:220 patients with general anesthesia operation in Department of Anesthesiology,Guangdong No.2 provincial people's hospital firom October 2014 to December 2016 were selected,110 patients were treated with visual endotracheal intubation as observation group,110 patients were treated with general endotracheal intubation as control group.The number of intubation,intubation times and complication rate in the two groups were contrasted,compared the heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and oxygen saturation (SpO2) in the two groups at before induction of anesthesia (T0),after induction of anesthesia (T1),airway intubation (T2),5 min after intubation (T3).Results:The number of intubation and intubation times in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);At each time point,the HR,SBP,DBP and SpO2 in the two groups were no significant difference (P＞0.05);The HR,SBP,DBP and SpO2 in the two groups at T1 were significantly less than T0,T2,T3,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);The incidence of throat pain in the observation group (0.91％) was significantly less than that in the control group (7.27％),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Use visual endotracheal tube in tracheal intubation in patients with general anesthesia operation is satisfactory,can effectively reduce the time of intubation and intubation times,and has good security,it is worthy of clinical application.

BACKGROUND:Interleukin-8 is an important inflammatory chemokine that plays an important role in the regulation of tumor cel proliferation and angiogenesis.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of interleukin-8 on the invasion and metastasis of CD133+hepatocel ular carcinoma stem cel s.
METHODS:After isolation and culture of MHCC97-H cel lines, CD133+/CD133-MHCC97-H cel s were sorted using immunomagnetic beads. CD133 expression was detected using flow cytometry, and interleukin-8 level in supernatant was measured using ELISA method. Cloning efficiency, tumorigenic capacity, cel migration and invasion ability were detected through colony formation assay, tumorigenesis experiment in nude mice, and Transwel detection. Additional y, other cel s were neutralized using interleukin-8 neutralizing antibody. Measurement results were compared between cel s undergoing different treatments.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The CD133 level, interleukin-8 level, cloning efficiency and cel membrane permeability of CD133+MHCC97-H cel s were significantly higher than those of CD133-MHCC97-H cel s (P<0.05). Transplantation of CD133+MHCC97-H cel s at 1×106/L and 1×107/L resulted in subcutaneous tumors in some mice, whereas no subcutaneous tumors appeared in mice undergoing transplantation of CD133-MHCC97-H cel s at the same concentrations. After interleukin-8 neutralizing antibody treatment, the CD133 level, interleukin-8 level, and cloning efficiency of CD133+/CD133-MHCC97-H cel s were significantly decreased (P<0.05), especial y in the CD133+MHCC97-H cel s (P<0.01);the migration and invasion ability and cel membrane permeability of CD133+MHCC97-H cel s were significantly reduced (P<0.05), but these changes were not obvious in CD133-MHCC97-H cel s (P>0.05). These results show that interleukin-8 could be specifical y involved in the invasion and metastasis of CD133+MHCC97-H cel s.

BACKGROUND:As the existence of tumor stem cel s, it is difficult to completely eliminate tumors in clinic.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the tumor-kil ing effect of gastric cancer stem cel s as antigen to stimulate dendritic cel s combined with cytokine-induced kil er cel s.
METHODS:Side population cel s from human gastric cancer cel lines were isolated, and tumor antigen was prepared by freeze thawing method. After coculture with dendritic cel s, dendritic cel s combined with cytokine-induced kil er cel s, gastric cancer cel antigen, and gastric cancer stem cel antigen, kil ing rates of gastric cancer cel s were detected using MTT assay. Expression rate of CD83, a mature dendritic cel surface marker, was also detected.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The CD83 expression level and kil ing rate of gastric cancer cel s were both significantly lower in the gastric cancer stem cel antigen group than the other groups (both P<0.05). These results indicate that gastric cancer stem cel s as antigen to stimulate dendritic cel s combined with cytokine-induced kil er cel s can promote the proliferation of gastric cancer cel s and elevate the ability to kil ing gastric cancer cel s.

Objective To study wt-p53 gene's influence on the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts in vitro. Methods wt-p53 gene was transfected into keloid fibroblasts by adenovirus vector. wt-p53 mRNA was analyzed by RT-PCR; wt-p53 protein was evaluated by indirectiy immunofluorescence; The ability of proliferation of keloid fibroblasts was analyzed by cell growing curves; The cell cycle of KFB was checked by FCAS. Results The expression of wt-p53 mRNA and protein was obviously higher in the fibroblasts of the experimental group than those of control group; the rate of G_0~G_1 in cell cycle was higher in the fibroblasts of the experimental group than those of control group; at the same time, the rate of G_2~M was lower in fibroblasts of the experimental group than those of control group (P
