China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(12):-
Objective:To study the relationship of circulating endothelial cell(CEC)with syndrome differentiation of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)in patients with cardiovascular diseases(CD)and to observe the effect and clinical significance of CEC in the pathogenesis of CD.Methods:150 patients with CD were divided into four groups by syndrome differentiation of TCM.Besides,a control group consisted of 30 healthy persons.CEC was determined for all cases and healthy contral by Hladovec method.30 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)accepted oral Tongxinluo capsule,3 capsules each time,Tid.The treatment course lasted one month.CEC was determined before and after treatment. Results:Compared with healthy group, the content of CEC in CD group increased obviously(P

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective Artificial mineral water pills were made by loading many kinds of trace elements into the ceramic carrier.Pure water could be mineralized after dipping the pills into the water. To assess the possible hazardous effects on the human health induced by the pills,a series of hygienic and toxicological experiments on the pills were carried out. Methods Acute oral toxicity test, micronucleus test of mice bone marrow cells, sperm abnormality test in mice and Ames test were con-ducted.Contents of trace elements, heavy metals and radioactivity in the mineralized water were determined according to the examination methods in Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water and Examination Methods for Drinking Natural Min-eral Water. Results The contents of trace elements, heavy metals and radioactivity in mineralized water met the requirements of GB5749-1985Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water and GB8537-1995Sanitary Standard for Drinking Natural Mineral Wa-ter.Mineral pills were classified as actually non-toxic and the results of micronucleus test of mice bone marrow cells, sperm ab-normality test in mice and Ames test were negative. Conclusion Mineralized drinking water treated by artificial mineral pills were safe.

Objective:To investigate the relationship of the changes of peripheral bloos T cell subsets and NK cell with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).And to investigate the change of the cell immune function of NHL and chronic lymphadenitis. Methods:Peripheral blood T cell subsets,NK cell with NHL,chronic lymphadenitis patients and 50 normal controls were detected quantitatively with FCM.Results:Compared with the normal controls, the number of CD3~+,CD4~+T cell,CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio markedly reduced, while those of CD8~+T cells increased. These were no significant changes in NK cell.Compared with the group of chrnic lymphadenitis, the number of CD8~+T cell,NK cell markedly increased, while these were no significant changes in CD3~+,CD4~+T cell and reduction of CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio. Conclusion:NHL patients cell function was suppressed. The detection of T cell subsets and NK cells are clinically valuble on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of NHL.

Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(10):1108-1110
Objective To investigate the risk factors associated with feeding intolerance in very low birth weight infants (VLBWI) and to investigate the beneficial factors for preventing feeding intolerance. Methods Retrospectively analysis was carried out in 151 VLBWI cases in our hospital from January 2005 to November 2010.Logistic regression analysis was performed to find the risk factors of feeding intolerance. Results The overall rate of feeding intolerance in VLBWI was 47.7 % (72/151).Dysporia and infection were associated with feeding intolerance in VLBWI (Wald x2 =7.748 and 4.555,P =0.05 and 0.033 respectively).Gender, multifetation were not associated with feeding intolerance(Ps >0.05).Conclusion The feeding intolerance is associated with dysporia and infection in VLBWI.

OBJECTIVE To estimate the prevalence of nosocomial infections(NI) of our hospital.METHODS With a method of transversal sectional investigation, choosing one day each year during from 2004 to 2006,we investigated all these days′ hospitalized patients, using the same criteria, collected the questionnaires, sorted out and anayzed the nosocomial infection cases.RESULTS Among 2738 investigated patients, the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 6.49%,5.70% and 4.47% respective.CONCLUSIONS The respective prevalence rate of NI are consistent with the month and the year survey results.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the value of CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE) and multiple plane(reconstruction)(MPR)for preoperative staging of rectal cancer. Methods Forty-five patients with rectal(cancer) were examined by CTVE and MPR to determine the preoperative staging, and the reselts were compared with CT.Results For evaluation of intramural invasion, the accuracy rate of CTVE and MPR was 86.7%(39/45),pelvic CT was 66.7%(30/45)(P

Objective On the background of the clinical skills competition for national medi-cal students in the higher medical colleges and universities, to investigate medical students' mastery of hand hygiene knowledge and skills, explore the effective methods of teaching, and improve the medical students' hand hygiene compliance and accuracy in clinical practice. Methods 90 medical students at a tertiary-level teaching hospital clinical practice stage were randomly selected for the study, and performed hand hygiene theoretical knowledge and practical skills training in special education. Special teaching investigation was made before and after training, to investigate the students' hand hygiene compliance rate in clinical practice. And the correct rate of hand hygiene were examined and medical students' hand hygiene compliance rate and correct rate were compared before and after the special teaching and training. Statistical analysis was made by using chi square test 2. Results After theory teaching and additional special skills training the students' hand hygiene compliance and accuracy were improved significantly (79.00%vs. 35.50%, P=0.000). The correct rate of hand hygiene was also significantly higher than before training (92.22% vs. 61.11%, P=0.000). Conclusion Hand hygiene knowledge and skills training can significantly improve the medical students' hand hygiene compliance and accuracy in the clinical practice, and is conducive to the prevention of the spread of infection in hospitals, and then reduce the incidence of hospital infection.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2014;30(11):855-857
In accordance with the General Hospital Accreditation Standards Ⅲ (2011) and other HAI-related hospital guidelines,a quantitative assessment index system for infection control of general hospitals has been established.Based on these, departmental performance of the hospital has been regularly checked in their infection control, and the outcomes of assessment included into the performance appraisal system of the hospital. Thanks to this practice, there have been no outbreaks of hospital associated infections in the hospital in recent two years, the incidence of hospital associated infection decreased from 1.25% in 2012 to 1.05% in 2013.Proper hand hygiene rates, compliance rates increased from 45.3% and 26.9 % in 2012 to 92.4 %and 65.5 % in 2013.The index system for evaluating prevention and control of hospital associated infection is scientific and effective.
