[Objective] To sum up pro. Lu Binjiu's unique thought and experience in treating alcoholic liver disease with Fructus Broussonetiae and Turnju-jube in coordination. [Method] By introducing the functional features of Fructus Broussonetiae and Turnjujube and TCM's recognition to the disease, it introduces 2 recipes summing up his scholar thought and experience in treating the said disease with the 2 herbs. [Result] The disease is caused by wine in-juring spleen and stomach, inducing wet hotness accumulated inside, later on the Qi, blood and water functioning one another, final y forming weak body resistance and pathogeny lingering;the Fructus Broussonetiae can nourish kidney and clear liver, help kidney for diuresis;and Turnjujube can induce diure-sis to al eviate edema and is good at alcoholic toxin;so pro. Lu uses both the herbs for the disease. [Conclusion] Pro. Lu's method has definite cure effect on the disease above, worthy our learning, reference, inheritance and promotion.

Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of ambroxol on efficacy and lung function of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 200 patients with COPD were selected.They were divided into two groups randomly.The high dose group (102 cases) were given anmbroxol hydrochloride in high doses.The low dose group (98 cases) were given anmbroxol hydrochloride in low doses.The effect of different doses of ambroxol on efficacy and lung function of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was evaluated by the efficacy,TNF-α,CRP,pulmonary function indexes and adverse reaction during treatment.Results The effective rate was 89.2％ in the high dose group and 75.5％ in the low dose group.The effective rate of high dose group was higher than that of the low dose group (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical significance on CRP and TNF-α between two groups.After treatment,the CRP and TNF-α were decreased in two groups and lower in the high dose group (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical significance on FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC％ between two groups.After treatment,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were increased and higher in the high dose group (P ＜ 0.05).During treatment,there were no statistical significance on adverse reaction between two groups.Conclusion High dose of ambroxol was effective and safe for COPD.It could reduce inflammation and improve pulmonary ventilation with clinical use.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with activating blood circulation to remove stasis to treat uterine fibroids.Methods 84 patients with uterine fibroids from June 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group, 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule,and the experimental group was treated with blood activating and Stasis Removing Therapy on this basis of treatment.The patients were followed up for three months, and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.6%,which was significantly better than the control group(76.1%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);through the change of single symptom in two groups, it was found that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group;The improvement rate of anemia, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average volume of uterine fibroids in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy has obvious effect and less adverse reaction.It can be used and popularized in clinic.

Objective To study the relation between changed atrial load and atrial septal motion.Methods Forty one patients with valve diseases,7 patients with congenital heart diseases, and 12 normal subjects were involved.Two dimensional image was obtained by transesophageal echocardiography.The thickness,wave time and velocity were showed during atrial septal motion by omni directional M mode echocardiography (OME).Results With increase of the volume load and pressure load in the atrium,the atrial septal thickness increased, and the velocity of atrial septal motion increased or reduced.Conclusions OME shows that the thickness and velocity of atrial septal motion relates with condition of atrial load.

Objective To analyze the efficiency of mifepristone combined with norethindrone in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopause. Methods 56 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopause were randomly divided into two groups, the study group(30 cases) and the comparision group(26 cases). The patients in the study group were treated with mifepristone in small doses combined with norethindrone. And the patients in the comparision group were treated only with norethindrone. Before treating, all the patients were observed and measured symptom of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, blood routine,the function of liver and ren.the en-dometrial thickness and pelvic by ultrasonography. Through hysteroscopy or uterine curettage of diagnosis, en-dometriums were measured by pathology. Results 26 cases in the study group were evaluated as effective,2 cases as obviously effective,and 2 cases as no effective. Objective To study the effect of labeling esophageal carcinoma with sliver clips on two sides by esophagoscopy in mapping the target for conformal radiotherapy (CRT). Methods Eighty patients with esophageal carcinoma (28 patients in early stage, 52 patients in late stage), who were eligible for CRT, were collected and the tumor volume was detected by three methods: CT (A),CT combined with X-ray (B) and CT combined with sliver clip labeling by esophagoscopy (C). The differences of the tumor length and position in head-foot site (Y-axsis) among three methods were compared. Results The comparison of average length of tumor in early stage patients showed significant difference among three methods in all types of tumor (F= 4.07 ～ 7.43, P＜0.05 ) except papillary type (F= 1. 71, P＞0. 05). There was difference (ranged from 0. 5 cm to 2. 0 cm) in detection of position in head-foot site between A and B methods and C method. Significant difference was found in determining the displacement on head-foot site among three methods (F = 34. 36 ～193.50,P ＜0.01). The comparison of average length of tumor in middle or terminal stage patients showed significant difference among three methods in all types of tumor (F=4. 07～30.10 ,P＜0.05) except mushroom type (F = 2.44, P＞ 0. 05). Significant difference was found in determining the displacement on head-foot site among three methods (F= 12.00 ～ 21.16, P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion These findings indicate that C method is more sensitive and correct in mapping the target for CRT in comparison with other two methods.

OBJECTIVE This study was conducted to investigate the expression of Stat3 and its target gene products including Cyclin D1 and Bcl-xl in human laryngeal cancerous tissue, and to explore the mechanism in tumorigenesis of larymgeal carcinoma, and to explore the correlation between the expression,clinical parameters as well as the pathological parameters of laryngeal carcinoma. METHODS The expression of Stat3, p-Stat3, Cyclin D1 and Bcl- xl in 50 cases of cancerous tissues, adjacent normal tissues was measured by Western blot analysis. The expression pattern of Stat3 and its activated form p-Stat3 was determined by immunohisto- chemical staining. The correlation of the expression of Stat3, p-Stat3, Cyclin D1 and Bcl-xl in laryngeal carcinoma with various clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed statistically.
