[Objective] To sum up pro. Lu Binjiu's unique thought and experience in treating alcoholic liver disease with Fructus Broussonetiae and Turnju-jube in coordination. [Method] By introducing the functional features of Fructus Broussonetiae and Turnjujube and TCM's recognition to the disease, it introduces 2 recipes summing up his scholar thought and experience in treating the said disease with the 2 herbs. [Result] The disease is caused by wine in-juring spleen and stomach, inducing wet hotness accumulated inside, later on the Qi, blood and water functioning one another, final y forming weak body resistance and pathogeny lingering;the Fructus Broussonetiae can nourish kidney and clear liver, help kidney for diuresis;and Turnjujube can induce diure-sis to al eviate edema and is good at alcoholic toxin;so pro. Lu uses both the herbs for the disease. [Conclusion] Pro. Lu's method has definite cure effect on the disease above, worthy our learning, reference, inheritance and promotion.

Objective To study the relation between changed atrial load and atrial septal motion.Methods Forty one patients with valve diseases,7 patients with congenital heart diseases, and 12 normal subjects were involved.Two dimensional image was obtained by transesophageal echocardiography.The thickness,wave time and velocity were showed during atrial septal motion by omni directional M mode echocardiography (OME).Results With increase of the volume load and pressure load in the atrium,the atrial septal thickness increased, and the velocity of atrial septal motion increased or reduced.Conclusions OME shows that the thickness and velocity of atrial septal motion relates with condition of atrial load.

Objective To analyze the efficiency of mifepristone combined with norethindrone in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopause. Methods 56 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopause were randomly divided into two groups, the study group(30 cases) and the comparision group(26 cases). The patients in the study group were treated with mifepristone in small doses combined with norethindrone. And the patients in the comparision group were treated only with norethindrone. Before treating, all the patients were observed and measured symptom of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, blood routine,the function of liver and ren.the en-dometrial thickness and pelvic by ultrasonography. Through hysteroscopy or uterine curettage of diagnosis, en-dometriums were measured by pathology. Results 26 cases in the study group were evaluated as effective,2 cases as obviously effective,and 2 cases as no effective. In the comparision group, 10 patients were evalutated as effective,8 patients as obviously effective,8 patients as no effective. Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of ambroxol on efficacy and lung function of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 200 patients with COPD were selected.They were divided into two groups randomly.The high dose group (102 cases) were given anmbroxol hydrochloride in high doses.The low dose group (98 cases) were given anmbroxol hydrochloride in low doses.The effect of different doses of ambroxol on efficacy and lung function of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was evaluated by the efficacy,TNF-α,CRP,pulmonary function indexes and adverse reaction during treatment.Results The effective rate was 89.2％ in the high dose group and 75.5％ in the low dose group.The effective rate of high dose group was higher than that of the low dose group (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical significance on CRP and TNF-α between two groups.After treatment,the CRP and TNF-α were decreased in two groups and lower in the high dose group (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical significance on FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC％ between two groups.After treatment,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were increased and higher in the high dose group (P ＜ 0.05).During treatment,there were no statistical significance on adverse reaction between two groups.Conclusion High dose of ambroxol was effective and safe for COPD.It could reduce inflammation and improve pulmonary ventilation with clinical use.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with activating blood circulation to remove stasis to treat uterine fibroids.Methods 84 patients with uterine fibroids from June 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group, 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule,and the experimental group was treated with blood activating and Stasis Removing Therapy on this basis of treatment.The patients were followed up for three months, and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.6%,which was significantly better than the control group(76.1%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);through the change of single symptom in two groups, it was found that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group;The improvement rate of anemia, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average volume of uterine fibroids in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy has obvious effect and less adverse reaction.It can be used and popularized in clinic.

BACKGROUND:18-Alkylated-chitosan has been proved to exhibit a good coagulation capacity through hydrophobic modification. OBJECTIVE:To improve the adhesion between the material and the wound through the introduction of alkylated-chitosan molecules. METHODS:The alkyl group was introduced in the chitosan by potentiodynamic method to prepare the alkylated-chitosan with different substitution degrees (7%,16%, 26%and 40%), and then their structure, viscosity, porosity, water absorption, contact angle and in vitro coagulation capacity were detected. Thirty New Zealand rabbits were enrol ed, modeled into the left femoral artery hemorrhage, and randomized into six groups, including four experimental groups, positive control and control groups, fol owed by treated with alkylated-chitosan sponges with different degrees of substitution, absorbable hemostatic gauze and chitosan sponge, respectively. Afterwards, the blood loss and clotting time were observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUISON:With the degree of substitution increased, the viscosity of alkylated-chitosan increased firstly and then decreased, the porosity and water absorption decreased gradual y, and the contact angle on a rise. Compared with chitosan, different alkylated-chitosans showed a better henostatic effect in vitro, especial y the alkylated-chitosan with 16%substitution degree. The blood loss and clotting time in the experimental groups except that the alkylated-chitosan with 7%substitution degree were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the bold loss in the alkylated-chitosan with 40%substitution degree group was significantly lower than that in the positive control group (P<0.05). These findings suggest that the alkylated-chitosan with 40%substitution degree exhibits the best hemostatic effect in vivo.
