Objective Study the drug resistance trend of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) based on polynomial regression equation to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods A total of 3496 clinical isolates of H.pylori collected from 2007 to 2012 were used for drug sensitivity test of six common-used drugs to evaluate the resistance rate of each drug.Correlation analysis were performed on each of the two drugs.Constructed log curve, exponential curve, inverted exponential curve, polynomial curve and sigmoid curve for each kind of drug resistance rate and did regression analysis for each drug resistance rate. Results According to the results of drug sensitivity test from 2007 to 2012,amoxicillin,furazolidone and gentamicin had strong antibacterial activity to H.pylori and got a lower drug resistance rate. The resistance rate of levofloxacin and clarithromycin were increasing year by year and the resistance of metronidazole had been maintained at a high level. The predictive drug resistance rate of clarithromycin, metronidazole, levofloxacin, amoxycillin, gentamicin and furaxone in 2013 were 21.49%,95.47%,20.70%,0.10%,0.09% and 0.10%,respectively.The results were consistent with those of H.pylori infection rate in Southeast China performed by Jianzhong Zhang. Conclusion A certain quantitative relationship exists between the time and the helicobacter resistance rate. The established model can be used to predict the future trend of H.pylori resistance rate.It can be used to guide clinical rotation, the restriction of the use of antibiotics, and to reduce the generation of antibiotic resistant bacteria.

ObjectiveTo study the Electrocardiogram (ECG) changes in AIDS patients at different age grades. MethodsThe ECG of 400 AIDS patients at different age were analyzed retrospectively. Results(①)The rate of abnormal ECG in the age group of 46 ~50 years was significantly higher than 11 ~ 15(P =0. 008) ,21 ~25( P = 0. 041 ),31 ~ 35 ( P = 0. 022 ),41 ~ 45 ( P = 0. 001 ) and 51 ~ 55 ( P = 0. 047 ) years groups respectively. (②)The rate of bradyarrhythmia in the age group of 46 ~ 50 years was significantly higher than 31 ~ 35 (U = 2. 44) ,36 -40( U = 2. 18 ) ,41 ~ 45 ( U = 2. 57 ) years groups ( P < 0. 05 respectively. (③)The rate of left atrial and ventricular hypertrophy in 11 ~ 15 years group was significantly lower than the age groups older than 46 (except for 51 ~ 55years group) ;those aged >60 had higher atrial and ventricular hypertrophy rate than 36 ~40,41 ~45 and 51 ~55years groups ( P < 0. 05 respectively). ConclusionsAIDS patients at all ages may present abnormal ECG, which is positively correlated with age.

BACKGROUND: The direct ratio is formed between the size of osseous defect around implant and the required time of complete repair. It is viewed that bone implantation is suggested if osseous defect is larger than 1 mm, which benefits the bone regeneration and early fixation of implant.OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects between coralline granules and hydroxyapatite (HA) during union after immediate implantation.DESIGN: Group observation and controlled experiment was designed.SETTING: Department of Stomatology Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University.MATERIALS: HA coated implant, HA granule, coralline granule and 3adult mongrel dogs.METHODS: The experiment was performed in Department of Stomatology, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from August 2002 to April 2003.Under anesthesia, 6 foramens were drilled on femurs of 3 dogs (3 foramens on each side) to result in osseous defect. Coralline granules were embedded in the osseous defect around the implant in all of proximal ends (coralline granule group, CG group), HA granules were embedded in the osseous defect around the implant in all of distal ends (HA group) and nothing was embedded in the defect around the implant in the center (the control). One dog was sacrificed under anesthesia on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th months after operation successively and the samples were collected from the implanted section in each group for X-ray examination and scanning electronic microscopic observation.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: X-ray examination on implanted sections and scanning electronic microscopic observation on samples in each the 4th month, it was observed that implants and osseous tissue were closely integrated in CG group and HA group and there was still partial osseous on samples in each group: on the 4th month, it was discovered that the regenerated osseous tissue was matured completely in CG group and few coralline granule residue was left. In HA group, the regenerated osseous tissue was matured completely, but there was still a large amount of HA granules left and the granules had not been absorbed obviously. In the control group, the space appeared partially in the implanted cervical region.CONCLUSION: The implantation of artificial bone is suggested if the osseous defect around immediate implant is larger than 1 mm. As the implanting materials, coralline granules and HA granules act on the most advantageous guide activity. Coralline granules can be degraded and substituted with osseous tissue, but HA granules cannot be absorbed, which affects osseous reconstruction.
