The sources of the indoor air pollutants are widely ranging and the kinds of pollutants are increasing.More and more attention has been paid to the adverse effects of the pollutants on human health.The current studies on the sources of the pollutants,the adverse effects on human health and the control techniques were reviewed in the present paper.

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute stroke.Methods 84 patients with acute stroke were randomly selected from January 2014 to November 2016 in our hospital and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group,the control group were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,the patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation therapy,compared two groups of patients effect of treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FMA,BI and NIHSS scores between the two groups; After treatment,the FMA,BI score of observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); the observation group patients quality of life significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the patient's limb motor function and overall neurological function,effectively improve the patient's daily life ability and quality of life.

Objective To analyze the curative effects of using different ovarian stimulation plans to treat polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)infertility.Methods 90 cases with infertility of PCOS were chosen and randomly divided into the A,B and C three groups (30 cases in each group).The A group had clomiphene treatment, the B group had HMG treatment,while the C group had CC combined with HMG treatment.The single follicle growth rate,HCG day intrauterine membrane,follicles and reproductive hormone levels,OHSS and pregnancies were recorded and compared in the three groups.Results In the three groups,HCG,luteinizing hormone (LH)and estradiol (E2 ) all had statistically significant differences (F =15.467 and 210.223,all P <0.05),which in the C group LH and E2 were significantly higher than those in group A and group B (all P <0.05).In the three groups,testosterone (T)had no statistically significant differences (F =1.005,P >0.05).In the three groups,single follicle ovulation rate had statistically significant differences (χ2 =64.614,P >0.05),in which single follicle ovulation rate in group C >group A >group B.In the three groups,endometrial thickness and mature follicle number all had significant differences (t =28.80,6.44,4.63,all P <0.05).Of the three groups,OHSS incidence had statistically significant difference (χ2 =7.386,P >0.05)(group B >group C >group A).In the three groups,clinical pregnancy rate,average treatment period had significant differences (F/χ2 =6.667,6.667,all P <0.05),which the clinical pregnancy rate group C >group B >group A,and the average treatment period group B >group A >group C.In the three groups,multiple pregnancy rate and abortion rate had no statistically significant differences (χ2 =2.169,0.424,all P >0.05 ). Conclusion Using clomiphene combined with small dose of menotrophin to treat PCOS infertility has better stimulation ovulation effects,higher clinical pregnancy rate,shorter drug use cycle and higher safety,which could provide the basis for the treatment of patients with PCOS infertility.

Based on data provided by the China Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations Database, an analysis was made of some bibliometric indexes of the Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration over the 2001-2004 period, including total citation frequency, impact factor, citation index, and the proportion of papers based on fund-assisted projects. The result indicates that the journal has high impact factor and total citation frequency in periodicals covered by the China Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations Database, ranking first among periodicals of basic and general medical sciences. This shows that the journal enjoys high academic status and academic impact. It is pointed out that authors of management science papers should pay more attention to cited references and that the number of papers based on fund-assisted projects should be increased so as to raise their proportion in the Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration.

Objective To study the relation of disease classification and osteoporosis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and to provide a theoretical basis for secondary osteoporosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 126 patients with COPD from January 2012 to December 2014 was made.50 non-COPD patients were included as control group,the pulmonary function and BMD of the femoral neck,trochanter,Ward Dis-trict were detected.And according to FEV1 , all patients were divided into mild pulmonary dysfunction group ( n=31),moderate pulmonary dysfunction group (n=54) and severe pulmonary dysfunction group (n=41);the rate of osteoporosis were measured in COPD group and non-COPD group,the difference of BMD were compared in patients with different pulmonary injury.Results ( 1 ) There were 45 cases of osteoporosis in 126 patients with COPD, accounting for 35.7%, 22 cases of osteopenia, accounting for 17.5%.There were 9 cases of osteoporosis in 50 patients with non-COPD,accounting for 18%,the incidence of osteoporosis were statistically different in COPD group and non-COPD group,χ2 =5.281,P<0.05.(2)The BMD of the femoral neck in mild COPD group,moderate COPD group,severe COPD group and non-COPD group were (0.74 ±0.11) g/cm,(0.66 ±0.08) g/cm,(0.56 ± 0.05)g/cm and (0.94 ±0.10) g/cm,the BMD of trochanter were respectively (0.71 ±0.12) g/cm,(0.63 ± 0.07)g/cm,(0.56 ±0.05)g/cm and (0.95 ±0.08)g/cm,the BMD of Ward District were (0.88 ±0.14)g/cm, (0.72 ±0.10)g/cm,(0.61 ±0.07)g/cm and (0.96 ±0.09)g/cm respectively,which were statistically significant (F=7.557,6.852,7.432,all P<0.01).The BMD of the femoral neck,trochanter,Ward District in COPD group were significantly less than non-COPD,and the more severe of pulmonary dysfunction,the more decreases of bone density.(3) The FEV1% in osteoporosis group,osteopenia group,normal BMD group were respectively (59.0 ±8.7)%,(77.7 ±7.6)% and (49.4 ±15.8)%;the FVC% were (77.8 ±28.8)%,(88.9 ±38.4)%,(73.8 ± 21.1)%;the FEV1/FVC were (66.5 ±20.6)%,(59.8 ±24.2)%,(34.1 ±3.6)%(F=9.554,5.556,7.487,all P<0.01),Conclusion There were a certain correlation between BMD and lung function.Osteoporosis is one of the extrapulmonary effects in elder COPD patients.So BMD should be regularly monitored for helping for early prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and development in osteoporosis,and improving lung function and clinical efficacy.

Sleep, learning and memory are all belonging to the brain essential functions .There is a long-standing standpoint that sleep supports memory consolidation which is convinced by many experiments .Sleep has a consolidation effect on memory and can help remolding short-term memory.Hence, researchers further discuss about the reciprocal relationships between sleep and learning and memory by establishing sleep-deprivation model .The present review focuses on the changes of neurotransmitters , immediate brain harm and gene related changes in order to discuss potential mechanisms underlying the reciprocal relationship between them .

Objective To reduce the occurrence of undesirable catheter-related events in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy.Methods(1)To enhance the propaganda,education and guidance to patients.(2)To standardize the nursing care operations.(3)To establish the reasonable care rules and procedures.(4)The nurses should take the daily nursing care,observations and recording work seriously.Results Through the analysis of a variety of problems occurred in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy the nursing care experience was summed up.Conclusion Proper and effective care can reduce the occurrence of undesirable catheter-related events in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy.

Objective To study the molecular mechanism of the toxic effect for tetracycline acting on liver using toxicological microarray.Methods Utilizing the mouse toxicological microarray and animal model of tetracycline injuring BALB/c mouse liver,both of which were established by our department,we observed the gene expression profiles in different dose groups and at different time points after tetracycline treatment,and primarily analysed the function of these differentially expressed genes using Gene Ontology Consortium analysis system and hierarchical method.Results Multiple differentially expressed genes were found,and an obvious difference in the profiles was found in those treated with high-dose and low-dose tetracycline.The differentially expressed genes of all time points in high-dose group were divided to four clusters,which respectively related to the molecular mechanism of repressed enegy metabolism,enhanced protein synthesis and degradation,impared system of resisting oxidation,signal transduction genes changing to accelerate apoptosis,repressed genes associated of drug metabolism.Conclusion The analysis using toxicological microarray can offer us many clues on molecular level for studying the mechanism of the toxic effect of tetracycline acting on liver.

Objective To evaluate phenomenons and features of transient tricuspid regurgitation.Methods 56 cases of infant suffered severe pneumonia was examined by Doppler.Results The cardiac valves of the infant suffered severe pneumonia had normal shapes and location.48 cases with transient tricuspid regurgitation was found.The rate of occurance was 83.8%.Of these cases,most of them were in light level transient tricuspid regurgitation,a few were in medium level.The features were described as below:(1)The signal of reversed bloodstream from valve to right auricular was multicoloured.The direction of regurgitation was point to auricular septal or right auricular wall.The maximum velocity of regurgitation was 1.46～2.51M/S.(2)The transient tricuspid regurgitation had the features of reversibility.The transient tricuspid regurgitation could disappear nearly along with the recovery of severe pneumonia.Only 5 cases was transformed from medium level into light level.Conclusion The Doppler examination used in infant suffered severe pneumonia with transient tricuspid regurgitation is evidently superior to tricuspid valve auscultation,and the Doppler examination can be used to differentiate with congenital cardiac diseases.It is a useful method to evaluate the state,the variation and the curative effect of the illness.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acyclovir in treatment of children with herpes angina. Methods127 patients suffered from herpes angina were randomly divided into two groups of children,the treatment group,64 patients received the symptomatic treatment on the basis of such general use of acyclovir treatment. The control group 63 cases, received the same general treatment as treatment grounp and, intravenous ribavirin. clinical effect was observed. ResultsThe effective rate was 98.44％, of which 37 cases markedly effective in 26 cases, 1 case of invalid; the control group, the total effective rate was 82.54％, Narkedly effective in 24 cases, effective in 28cases,ineffective in 11 cases. Two groups had significant difference. ConclusionAcyclovir in treatment of children with herpes angina could rapidly control the disease,and the clinical recovery time and efficacy was better than ribavirin.
