OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the3pharmacotherapeutic schemes for essential hypertension by pharmacoeconomic method.METHODS:143out-patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into3groups:group A(n=47)re?ceived Losartan K50mg q.d.;group B(n=48)Captopril25mg b.i.d.;group C(n=48)Losartan K50mg q.d.+Hy?drochlorothiazide25mg q.d..All3groups were treated for4weeks and the effects and ADRs were observed,data was evaluated with the pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis method.RESULTS:The effective rate of group C was markedly higher than those of other two groups(P0.05),and group C was also the lowest in C/E and?C/?E.CONCLUSION:Scheme C is the best one.
3.Effects of Lentinan on Promotion Heart Function of Carvedilol in Dilated Cardiomyopathy Model in Rats

Objective To study the mechanism of lentinum's promotion on carvedilol's effects on dilated cardiomyopathy's heart function.Methods SD rat model of dilated cardiomyopathy was established with doxorubicin hydrochloride.The rat model was divided into blank control group,carvedilol group,lentinan group,carvedilol + lentinan group.Rats in the blank control group were given 2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Rats in the carvedilol group were given 10 mg·kg-1of carvedilol and 2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Rats in the lentinan group were given 1 mg·kg-1 of lentinan,and 2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Rats in the carvedilol + lentinan group were given10 mg· kg-1 of carvedilol,1 rmg·kg-1 of lentinan,and 2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.The heart function,irrflammatory factors and T lymphocytes were compared.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in carvedilol + lentinan group and carvedilol group were significantly higher than that in blank control group and lentinan group (P < 0.05),while Tei index was significantly lower (P < 0.05).The LVEF in carvedilol + lentinan group was significantly higher than that in carvedilol group (P <0.05),while Tei index was significantly lower (P <0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,II-6 and IL-8 in carvedilol + lentinan group and lentinan group were significantly lower than that in blank control group and carvedilol group (P <0.05),while IL-10,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher (P < 0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,II-6 and IL-8 in C + L group were significantly lower than in lentinan group (P < 0.05),while IL-10,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion Lentinan could significantly promote carvedilol's effects on dilated cardiomyopathy's heart function through lowering down inflammatory factors and increasing T lymphocytes.
4.Species Distribution and Drug-resistance of 137 Strains of Infecting Urinary System Epiphytes:An Analysis

OBJECTIVE To study and analyze the detected rate,distribution of fungal species and drug resistance of 137 strains of infecting urinary system epiphytes in local area over the last three years to provide foundation for the reasonable clinical use of anti-epiphyte medicines.METHODS The epiphytes isolated from epiphyte culture of midstream urine were tested with API 20C AUX and their drug sensitivity was tested with Rosco disk diffusion method.RESULTS Of 137 strains isolated in the experiment,57 were Candida albicans,accounted for 41.6%;48 were C.tropicalis,accounted for 35.0%;and 19 were C.glabrata,accounted for 13.9%.And their drug resistances to fluconazole were 5.2%,8.3% and 36.8%,respectively.All tested epiphytes were sensitive to amphotericin B.CONCLUSIONS The results indicated that the isolation rate of epiphytes in local area is high.The majority of tested epiphytes are C.albicans and C.tropicalis,which are comparatively sensitive to zole medicines.C.glabrata is comparatively resistant to zole medicines.Amphotericin B is the most effective medicine to cure epiphytic infections of urine system.
5.The effect of diabetic education on the patients using insulin treatment

Objective To study the effect of diabetic education on the patients using insulin treatment.Methods 41 cases of diabetes were trained in three different ways:group education,individual education and self education in the hospital for three to four weeks by a team of nurses.Results The results showed that the total average test score was increased by 4.44 after education.The average test scores was 9.37±0.45 after education and higher than before education (4.93±0.59) ( P <0.001).12.4% of the patients got full scores after education,34.1% of the patients got the excellent scores (≥8) before education.82.9% of patients got excellent scores after education.41.5% of the patients got low scores (<3) before education,and it was only 3.1% after education.For diabetic knowledge accumulating,the effects were significant ( P <0.001).The self care skill and knowledge such as self monitor of blood glucose and urine glucose,foot care were improved ( P <0.001).By education,diet control,exercise,oral hypoglycemic durgs and insulin treatment,FBS and PBS of patients were efficiently controled ( P <0.001).Conclusion Education is an important way for the patients to learn diabetic knowledge,improve the ability of self management

8.Comparison of acute toxicity of two preparations of norcantharidin in mice

OBJECTIVE: To compare the acute toxicity of common injection and sustained-release preparation of norcantharidin for mice so as to identify the attenuation of the sustained-release preparation of norcantharidin. METHODS: The poloxamer 407 was used as a sustained-release vehicle for topical administration of norcantharidin, and the acute toxicity of mice treated with common injection and sustained-release preparation of norcantharidin was observed. The median lethal dose (LD(50)) was calculated by Bliss software. RESULTS: The symptoms of mice were similar between the two groups, but the appearance of symptoms in norcantharidin/poloxamer 407 group was 4 hours later than that in norcantharidin group. The LD(50) of norcantharidin administered through vein injection was 12.6 mg/kg. The LD(50) of norcantharidin/poloxamer 407 administered through intraperitoneal injection, intrahepatic injection and intramuscular injection were 19.9, 19.1 and 20.9 mg/kg, respectively, and the LD(50) of the common preparation were 13.0, 13.1 and 15.1 mg/kg, respectively. CONCLUSION: The norcantharidin/poloxamer 407 is less toxic than the equivalent dose of norcantharidin, mainly because norcantharidin/poloxamer 407 may release norcantharidin sustainedly, thus reducing norcantharidin concentration in blood.
9.The creation of scoliosis by scapula-to-contralateral ilium tethering procedure in a bipedal rat model

Objective To create a new animal model which can preferably simulate the human's scoliosis. Methods Forty-five 4-week-old female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group 1 underwent subcutaneous left scapula-to-contralateral ilium tethering procedure with a non-absorbable suture,which made the spine convex towards right side, and then removed forelimbs and tails of rats to create the bipedal rats. Tethering sutures were cut at postoperative 8th week, and the spines of rats were then observed during 2 weeks. Group 2 were the same as group 1 but in which scapula-to-ipsilateral ilium tethering procedure was performed. Group 3 were the same as group 1 except that the bipedal rats were not created. All postoperative rats were fed separately in special high cages for group 1 and group 2 or in standard cages for group 3. Operative duration, postoperative first food-taking duration, operative mortality, body weight, relative length of the spinal cord, Cobb angles in the coronal and sagittal planes, modeling mortality, the incidences of re-operation, scoliosis and vertebral rotation among the 3 groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the degree of scoliosis or kyphosis among the 3 groups at the time of initial tethering. At 2 weeks after tether release, the incidence of vertebral rotation was significantly higher in group 1 than group 2 (86.7% vs. 33.3%), and the degree of scoliosis or kyphosis was significantly larger in group 1 than group 3 (coronal plane: 30.2°±10.4° vs. 20.5°±7.7°; sagittal plane: 55.6°±10.0° vs. 43.8°±6.3°). There was no significant difference in postoperative first food-taking duration among the 3 groups, and no death of rats occurred in all groups during intraoperative and postoperative 6 hours, although operative duration was significantly longer in group 1 or group 2 than group 3. There were no significant differences in body weight,relative length of the spinal cord, modeling mortality, the incidences of re-operation and scoliosis among the 3 groups. Conclusion The bevel and axial loads of the vertebrae can significantly enhance the incidence of vertebral rotation and the degree of kyphoscoliosis, respectively. The scoliosis model created by scapula-to-contralateral ilium tethering procedure in bipedal rats can preferably simulate the human's scoliosis.
10.Predictive value of red cell distribution width on poor myocardial perfusion in patients with acute myo-cardial infarction treated by PCI

Objective:To study the predictive value of red cell distribution width (RDW)on poor myocardial perfu- sion in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)treated by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Meth-ods:From August 2013 to August 2015,a total of 212 ACS patients undergoing PCI in our hospital were selected. According to RDW of blood analyzer,patients were divided into RDW<13.0% group (n=115)and RDW≥13.0%group (n=97).According to ST segment regression rate (STR)on single lead of ECG 1~2h after PCI,patients with STR≤50% were enrolled as poor myocardial perfusion group (n=78)and those with STR>50% were regar- ded as good myocardial perfusion group (n=134).Clinical data were compared between two groups,and single fac- tor and multi-factor analysis were used to analyze influencing factors for myocardial perfusion.Results:Compared with RDW<13.0% group,there were significant rise in age [(62.85±5.23)years vs.(67.33±6.17)years],and significant reductions in left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF,(52.37±6.14)% vs.(50.55±5.53)%]and STR [(0.73±0.26)vs.(0.57±0.39)]in RDW≥13.0% group,P<0.05 or <0.01. Compared with good myocardial perfusion group,there were significant reductions in percentage of RDW<13% (59.70% vs.44.87%)and LVEF [(52.25±3.81)% vs.(50.29 ± 4.08)%],and significant rise in age [(63.29 ± 1.93)years vs.(66.42 ± 2.15) years]in poor myocardial perfusion group,P<0.05 all.Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis indicated that age, LVEF and RDW were independent predictors for poor myocardial perfusion (r=3.826~6.525,P<0.01 all).Con-clusion:Red cell distribution width possesses good predictive value for poor myocardial perfusion in patients with a- cute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention,which is worth extending in clinic.
