In order to improve health management efficiency and decision-making level, regional health decision support system is constructed based on regional health information platform and business intelligence ideas.Technical plan, construction contents and ap-plication examples in health management are introduced in the paper.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of the permeability change in the blood brain barrier(BBB)at early stage of infectious brain edema which was pretreated with LPS.Methods PMNs were isolated and purified.The concentration of Glu was measured in the supernatant without cells.The rat BMECs were primarily isolated and cultured.The permeability of BMECs waB evaluated by measuring the passing rate of 125 I-BSA via γ ray counter.The expression of NMDAR1 on BMECs was evaluated.Results The concentration of Glu in the LPS preconditioning PMNs subgroup at 5 rain time point was highest.In each group conditioned for 240 min,the permeability index of Bake average of the LPS preconditioning PMNs extract group was highest(P＜0.01).The expression of NMDARI increased in the LPS preconditioning PMNs extract group was more than that in other groups.Conclusions The research showed for the first time that the concentration of Glu increased after LPS preconditioning and the Glu excreted by PMNs can promote the permeability of BMECs and change the function of BBB,which possibly may be related the mechanism of NMDAR1 expression increased in BMECs.

Objective To create a new animal model which can preferably simulate the human's scoliosis. Methods Forty-five 4-week-old female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group 1 underwent subcutaneous left scapula-to-contralateral ilium tethering procedure with a non-absorbable suture,which made the spine convex towards right side, and then removed forelimbs and tails of rats to create the bipedal rats. Tethering sutures were cut at postoperative 8th week, and the spines of rats were then observed during 2 weeks. Group 2 were the same as group 1 but in which scapula-to-ipsilateral ilium tethering procedure was performed. Group 3 were the same as group 1 except that the bipedal rats were not created. All postoperative rats were fed separately in special high cages for group 1 and group 2 or in standard cages for group 3. Operative duration, postoperative first food-taking duration, operative mortality, body weight, relative length of the spinal cord, Cobb angles in the coronal and sagittal planes, modeling mortality, the incidences of re-operation, scoliosis and vertebral rotation among the 3 groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the degree of scoliosis or kyphosis among the 3 groups at the time of initial tethering. At 2 weeks after tether release, the incidence of vertebral rotation was significantly higher in group 1 than group 2 (86.7% vs. 33.3%), and the degree of scoliosis or kyphosis was significantly larger in group 1 than group 3 (coronal plane: 30.2°±10.4° vs. 20.5°±7.7°; sagittal plane: 55.6°±10.0° vs. 43.8°±6.3°). There was no significant difference in postoperative first food-taking duration among the 3 groups, and no death of rats occurred in all groups during intraoperative and postoperative 6 hours, although operative duration was significantly longer in group 1 or group 2 than group 3. There were no significant differences in body weight,relative length of the spinal cord, modeling mortality, the incidences of re-operation and scoliosis among the 3 groups. Conclusion The bevel and axial loads of the vertebrae can significantly enhance the incidence of vertebral rotation and the degree of kyphoscoliosis, respectively. The scoliosis model created by scapula-to-contralateral ilium tethering procedure in bipedal rats can preferably simulate the human's scoliosis.

Objective To study the effects of cinobufotalin capsule combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 68 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma from January,2013 to March,2016 were selected and divided into the combination group and chemotherapy group according to the random number table method,each with 34 cases.The combination group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization and hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy embolization.The levels of D-dimer,tumor markers,clinical efficacy and quality of life scores were observed before and after treatment in 68 patients.Results There was no significant difference in plasma fibrinogen(FIB)in combination group before and after treatment.Before treatment,the levels of FIB)was similar to chemotherapy group.After treatment,the FIB content in the chemotherapy group was significantly higher than before treatment and that in the combination group the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cytokeratin 19,carcinoembryonic antigen and neuron-specific enolase in two group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.The rate of disease control in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the chemotherapy group(77.5％vs.65.4％,P<0.05).Cases of diarrhea and insomnia in chemotherapy group were similar to the combination group,but the differences of cases of pain and fatigue between two group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cinobufotalin capsule combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization can improve the hypercoagulability of the patient's blood,and is beneficial to the treatment of cancer,improve the disease control rate and improve the life of patients.

Tumor associate macrophages ( TAMs) play a significant role in the interaction of tumor inflam-mative microenvironment and tumor cells .TAMs originate from monocytic precursors ,recruiting into tumor tissue by colony stimulating factor ( CSF) .This review summarized that TAMs promote tumor progression and metastasis though angiogenesis ,lymphogenesis , immunosuppression , matrix remodeling and affecting cancer stem cells .The article pointed that targeting TAMs is a new strategy for future tumor therapy .

Objective:To study the pharmadynamics in association with the clinical effects of Xiaolin powder. Methods: The bacteriostatic, anti inflammatory, antipyretic, analyesic, diuretic and immunologic actions of xiaolin powder were studied on the corresponding pharmacological models.Results: Xiaolin power had these actions above.Conclusion: Xiaolin powder can be used in the treatment of urinary infection such as part of damp heat strangury and blood strangury.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen combining conventional therapy on persistent vegetative state ( PVS).Methods Sixty-two cases of PVS patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen ( HBO ) combinting with conventional therapy.( 1 ) Hyperbaric oxygen therapy:hyperbaric oxygen chamber was adopted and the air pressure was 0,18 -0.20 MPa.The patients breathed pure oxygen for 30 min,2 times per day with a 10 min interval,and continued for 10 days as a course with an average of 4 to 6 courses.(2)Conventional therapy:All patients received drug treatment in hyperbaric oxygen therapy at the same time,including hemostasis,dehydration,anti-infection,nerve cell nutrition agents,wake promoting agents and supportive therapy.All patients were divided to three groups according to the course of disease:26 - 59 days in A group,60-119 days in B group,120 -268 days in C group,and the relationship between disease course and HBO treatment efficacy was analyzed.Results Afer HBO combining conventional therapy,27 cases (43.5％) were recovered,18 cases(29.0％ ) had obvious effect,8 cases( 12.9％ ) had effect,9 cases( 14.5％ )were inefficacy.The efficiency related to the course of disease.The total efficiency rate was 85.5％.The efficacy of HBO treatment had significant difference in A,B and C group ( 96.2％,62.5％ and 41.7％ in A,B and C group respectively,x2 =24.83,P ＜ 0.01 ).The shorter course indicated the better efficacy.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combining conven.

The novel 8-Aminoquinoline(8-AQ) derivatives receptor was designed and synthesized.Its struc ture was characterized by NMR and ESI-MS.It was investigated to recognize metal ions such as Cu~(2+), Hg~(2+), Pb~(2+), Zn~(2+), Ni~(2+) and Cd~(2+) via its absorption and fluorescence spectra.The recognition mechanism .and bind ing mode were discussed.The results showed that 8-AQ derivatives 1 coordinated with Cu~(2+) can induce a new absorption peak at 509 nm, which turned the solution to red from colorless.In acetonitrile Hg~(2+) and Cu~(2+) induced dramatic enhancement in the fluorescence of the derivation 1 by 368 and 192 folds.Job plot showed 1:1 stoichiometry between 8-AQ and Cu~(2+) or Hg~(2+).

Objective To investigate the relationship between risk factors and recurrent respiratory tract infections( RRTI) in children. Methods A case-control study was carried out in 204 children with RRTI,com-pared with 400 children without RRTI in control group. Results Second-hand smoking,breastfeeding,malnutri-tion,zinc deficiency,pet at home,home decoration and use of glucocorticoid were associated with RRTI in chil-dren. But the association between breastfeeding and RRTI was only found in children less than 5 years old. The second hand smoking was associated with RRTI only among boys,rather than girls. Home decoration,zinc defi-ciency,malnutrition and breastfeeding were associated with RRTI only among girls,but not among boys. Conclu-sion Recurrent respiratory tract infections are associated with multiple factors. Different risk factors have differ-ent affections on RRTI on gender.
