Objective To investigate the effects of Lipo-PGE1 on the expression of T-bet and Gata-3,and its potential mechanisms causing the shift of T cells from Th1 to Th2 on Acute lung injury(ALI)induced by Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in mice.Methods Sixty male BALB-C mice were randomly divided into three groups(n =20 in each group):(1)control group,mice were treated with intravenous injection of NS in dose of 10 ml/kg,(2)LPS group,mice were exposed to LPS with dosage of 5 mg/kg(0.5 g/ml diluted in saline),and(3)LPS + PGE1 group,mice were treated with Lipo-PGE1 in dose of 15μg/kg.Sixhours after injection,the lungs were removed for observing the histopathological changes and determination of wet/dry lung weight(W/D)ratio.The levels of Th1 and Th2 were determined by flow cytometry,and the expressions of T-bet and Gata-3 mRNA were detected by using RT-PCR.One-way ANOVA was used for comparing differences between groups,and all data were presented in((x)± s).Results The histological changes of lung injury were lessened by PGEC ompared with the W/D ratio(5.74 ± 0.31)in LPS group,the one(4.92 ±0.27)in LPS +PGE1 group was lower significantly(P ＜0.01).The levels of Th1 and Th2 and their ratio Were higher in LPS +PGE1 group[(20.31 ±2.20)％,(10.50±0.80)％,(1.93±0.05)]than in LPS group[(16.65 ±1.70)％,(9.40 ±1.25)％,(1.73 ±0.03)](P＜0.01).Compared with control group,the expressions ofT-bet mRNA(1.183 ±0.495),and Gata-3 mRNA(0.693±0.285),and their ratio(1.713 ± 0.131)were lower(P ＜0.01); compared with LPS group,PGE1 significantly increased the expressions of T-bet mRNA(1.827 ± 0.705)and the ratio of T-bet/Gata-3 (2.502 ±0.352)(P ＜0.01),while didn(t)increased the expressions of Gata-3 mRNA(0.7191 ±0.186)significantly(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Lipo-PGE1 may up-regulate transcription factor T-bet which participates in the Th1 differentiation ratio,and then improve the inflammatorv svmntom.

Objective To compare the effect and survival period of endoscopic treatment group and non endoscopic treatment group of esophageal gastric varices bleeding in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and portal vein tumor thrombus, in order to define the significance of endoscopic therapy for prolonging the survival period of patients. Methods 76 patients diagnosed as esophageal gastric varices bleeding with hepatocellular carcinoma and portal vein tumor thrombus from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2015 were enrolled, of all these cases, 27 were non endoscopic treatment group and 49 were endoscopic treatment group. The medical records were analyzed retrospectively. Then compare the effect of emergency treatment, the main causes of death and survival time of the two groups. Results In the non endoscopic treatment group, 40.7% (11/27) patients died in one week after bleeding, 81.5% (22/27) patients died of esophageal gastric varices bleeding, the mean survival period was (42.03 ± 13.94) days; In the endoscopic treatment group, only 16.3% (8/49) patients died in one week (P < 0.05), 55.1% (27/49) patients died of esophageal gastric varices bleeding (P < 0.05), the mean survival time was (174.24 ± 34.42) days (P < 0.05). Conclusions Endoscopic therapy can effectively reduce the risk of death from acute hemorrhage and prolong the survival time in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and portal vein tumor thrombus.

Objective To research the therapeutic effect of vitamin E in prevention and treatment of anemia in premature children.Methods We investigated 90 cases of premature children admitted to the neonatal ward of our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011.According to hospital successively order these premature were randomly divided into control group (Group A),high-dose group (Group B),low-dose group (Group A).Group A including 30 cases,subcutaneous injection of erythropoietin(EPO) from the 7th days after admission,750IU/kg weekly for 3 times,for 4 weeks.At the same time,plus iron 6mg/(kg·d).On the basis of the above-mentioned control treatment,oral administration of different doses of vitamin E was in the treatment group,for 4 weeks.Group B including 30 cases was given vitamin E 15mg/(kg·d).Group C including 30 cases was given vitamin E 2.5mg/(kg· d).The changes of each group during the treatment in hematocrit (Hct),hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell(RBC),reticulocyte(Ret) and the changes of serum concentrations of vitamin E before and after treatment were observed.Results Hct,Hb,RBC,Ret in group B,group C patients were both improved.The improvement of the indicators was better than that of group A (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference between the improvement of each index of Group B and Group C(P ＞ 0.05).Serum concentrations of vitamin E after treatment in group B and group C patients were significantly higher and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Serum concentration of vitamin E in group A didn't increase obviously.Conclusion Additional small doses of VitE should be given during EPO prevention of anemia in premature children.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of double filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP) in the treatment of patients with refractory rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Eighty-two patients were randomly aesigned,42 to the DFPP group and 40 to the no-DFPP group. All patients previously experienced an incomplete response to 2-3 dis-ease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and 1-2 nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or predni-sene. All patients received sulphasalazine (SASP,0.75 g three times daily) plus methotrexate (MTX, 10 mg orally once weekly). DFPP was performed once a week for 2-3 sessions. A total of 121 plasmapheresis procedures were per-formed in 42 patients. Control patients did not receive sham DFPP. The efficacy measures recorded one day after the final treatment and latest month in follow up for 12～24 months included the American College of Rheumatology 20% ,50% ,and 70% improvement criteria (ACR20, ACR50, and ACR70), the Health Assessment Questionnaire estimate of disability (HAQ); and the disease activity index. Results Patients in the DFPP group had ACR 20, ACR 50 and ACR 70 improvements of 100% ,92.9% and 81.0%,as compared with the patients in no-DFPP group 17.5% ,0,and 0 (P<0.001). Significant change from baseline was observed in HAQ scores in the DFPP group but not in the no-DFPP group (P<0.001). The changes from baseline in the disease activity scores were significantlygreater than in the no-DFPP group (P<0.001). Conclusion DFPP therapy significantly alters the signs and symp-toms of refractory RA. There are significant increases in physical function and improvement in quality of life.

Objective:To investigate the purification of antibacterial effective fraction of Syringae folium by macroporous resins. Methods:Static adsorption and desorption tests were carried out to screen the macroporous resins. The desorption experiment was per-formed on the selected D101 resin to optimize the separation process. The effects of resin amount, diameter length ratio, elution flow rate, elution solution concentration and volume were studied. Results:The optimal conditions were as follows:the elution solution was 55% ethanol, the adsorption flow rate was 1 BV·h-1 , the elution flow rate was 5 BV·h-1 , 6 BV 25% ethanol was used to eliminate impurity and 8 BV 55% ethanol was used to elute to obtain the effective fraction. Conclusion: The content of antibacterial effective component is above 65% after purified by D101 resin, indicating that the present method is suitable for large-scale preparation of anti-bacterial effective fraction of Syringae folium.

An analytical method based on ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of cyantraniliprole and its main metabolite J9 Z38 residues in pepper and soil. The fate of cyantraniliprole and J9Z38 in pepper and soil was also evaluated. The target compounds were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by C18 cartridge, and further analyzed by gradient ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization in positive mode ( ESI﹢) using a UPLC BEH C18 Column. The method was validated using fortified pepper and soil. Intra-day mean recoveries of cyantraniliprole and J9Z38 at three spiked levels (0. 01, 0. 10 and 1. 00 mg/kg) ranged from 88. 6% to 105 . 7% with relative standard deviations of 3 . 8%-15 . 1%. Inter-day mean recoveries of cyantraniliprole and J9 Z38 were found between 91 . 4% and 105 . 3% with relative standard deviations of 4 . 9%-12 . 3% at three spiked levels. Limits of quantification ( LOQs) of cyantraniliprole and J9Z38 were 0. 1 and 0. 2 μg/kg, respectively. Linear calibration functions with correlation coefficients of r>0. 9992 were obtained in the concentration range of 2. 0-128. 0 μg/L. This method was applied to the analysis of cyantraniliprole and J9Z38 residues in real pepper and soil samples selected from field. The results of the residue dynamic experiment showed that the half-life of cyantraniliprole ranged from 9 . 2 to 11 . 2 days in pepper and from 9 . 2 to 20. 8 days in soil. While, the residues of J9Z38 in pepper were below LOQ, and the half-life of J9Z38 in soil was 9. 4 days. The degradation speed of cyantraniliprole increased with the increase of the precipitation.

Objective To investigate changes of risk factors in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI) , and analyze the relationship between it and the risk of occurrence of adverse cardiac events. Methods Totally 868 patients after PCI in the follow-up database center of a tertiary hospital in Harbin from March to September 2012 were selected as the research object. 2 years after surgery, the changes of blood lipid, body mass index (BMI), smoking, blood pressure and other risk factors were analyzed.Results There was no significant change in BMI and systolic blood pressure 2 years after PCI compared with prior, while low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) , triglyceride ( TG) and total cholesterol ( TC) significantly decreased compared with preoperative, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased (P<0.05). In addition, risk stratification of adverse cardiac events was in the low-risk and intermediate-risk group 2 years after PCI, and it was significantly higher compared to the previous, and percentage of high-risk group and very high-risk group decreased (P<0.05).Conclusions The change of risk factors in PCI patients leads to the reallocation of risk stratification of cardiac adverse events, which reminds that medical staff should adhere to strengthening long-term secondary prevention interventions after PCI, to improve the quality of life of patients.

This paper introduces the new research achievement and progress of electro-physiology in olfaction and gustation. Classical implements such as patch-clamp or glass pipette are not appropriate in the dynamic detection of cellular signal transportation. In view of this, we have analyzed the feasibilities and challenges of olfactory or gustatory cell-based biosensors such as field effect transistor (FET) and light addressable potentiometric sensor (LAPS). Finally we present the research work carried our in out lab and a future prospective on the development in this field.
