Standardization of Forensic Sciences is a worldwide judicial topic, with the implementation of judicial reform and the government’s intention on the standardization work, China,the golden age of the establishment of forensic identiifcation standards will becoming. However, the current standards of forensic identiifcation are less in quantity;uneven quality;slow updating; lack of scientiifcity in making standards procession and other issues, leading to the derailment of Forensic work and practice, many projects identiifed lack of identiifed standards. To this end, the authors suggested that a correct understanding of the legal status of forensic identiifcation standards and the presence of errors, committing to build forensic identiifcation standardization.

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of continuous lumbar cisterna drainage for severe intracranial infection. METHODS We cured 24 patients of severe intracranial infection with the method of continuous lumbar cisterna drainage and injecting sensitive antibiotics to subarachnoid space. RESULTS Making use of continuous lumbar cisterna drainage and injecting sensitive antibiotics to subarachnoid space turned to be an effective method for severe intracranial infection,all patients had been cured. CONCLUSIONS In patients of severe intracranial infection,the responsible agents have been transformed,we conclude that it improves the outcome obviously to drain the CSF and inject sensitive antibiotics to subarachnoid space.

Objective To investigate the conditions of diabetes-related knowledge as well as the influencing factors in elderly people in Changchun so as to provide basis for regulation of health education policy.Method A total of 400 community elderly people in Changchun involved in the survey by questionnaire for investigating the knowledge on diabetes and the influencing factors. Results The elderly people in the community in Chuangchun knew much better about the typical symptoms,diet and treatment by 74.0%,80.8%and 75.8%,respectively,but they knew little about the causes of the disease and complications by 52.7%and 25.7%respectively.The factors influencing their acquisition of diabetes related knowledge included education level,income and disease condition.Conclusions The elderly people in the communities lack diabetic knowledge,which is unbeneficial for the prevention and control of diabetes.Therefore,it is a need to strengthen diabetes-related knowledge education in order to prevent and reduce the complications.

Objective To analyze factors influencing the incidence of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and discuss the prevention and treatment of DVT in hip fracture patients. Methods The present study enrolled 531 patients who received surgery between June, 2008 to June, 2010 for hip fractures. They were 242 men with a mean age of 56. 2 years and 289 women with a mean age of 65.2 years. There were 336 femoral neck fractures, 183 femoral intertrochanteric fractures, and 12 femoral subtrochanteric fractures. The associations between DVT incidence and fracture type, plasma D-Dimer, sex, age and preoperative duration of immobilization were statistically analyzed. Inferior yens cava filters were used for patients who suffered DVT while surgery was performed. Results The total incidence of DVT was 10. 4% in this series. DVT occurred in 21 cases of femoral neck fracture, 34 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture and 0 case of femoral subtrochanteric fracture. All DVT events happened before surgery. DVT incidence had no significant associations with age or sex (P =0. 347 and 0. 376, respectively), but did with plasma D-Dimer, fracture type and preoperative duration of immobilization (P = 0. 002, 0. 017 and 0. 037, respectively). All the 55 DVT patients underwent a successful surgery. Conclusions The DVT incidence in hip fracture patients may have no significant associations with age or sex, but may do with plasma D-Dimer, fracture type and preoperative duration of immobilization. Inferior vena cava filters can ensure a successful internal fixation of the fracture and an uneventful postoperative rehabilitation.

Objective To study the analysis of non-small cell lung cancer patients with multiple brain metastases with erlotinib combined with whole brain radiation therapy clinical observation and effect of C on vascular endothelial growth factor level. Methods 40 cases of non - small cell lung cancer patients with multiple brain metastases treated in Taizhou tumor hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group and the experimental group patients were given clinical treatment of whole brain radiotherapy, the control group was given routine treatment, the experimental group received erlotinib. The clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the experimental group of 20 patients, 8 cases of complete remission, 7 cases of partial remission, the number of effective treatment for 15 cases, the treatment rate was 75.0％. Of the patients in the control group, 6patients had complete remission, and 4 patients had partial remission. The effective rate was 50％. Available, the effective rate of the treatment group (75.0％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (50.0％), with statistical difference (P<0.05). The survival rate of the experimental group after one year (80.0％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.0％), with statistical difference (P<0.05). The level of vascular endothelial growth factor (C) in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Non small cell lung cancer patients with multiple brain metastases with erlotinib combined with radiotherapy in the clinical treatment effect of whole brain is better, can improve the survival rate in a large extent, improve the endothelial growth factor C levels, with the further promotion of the clinical significance.

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of sequential radiotherapy and chemotherapy in 40 patients with advanced gastric cancer after operation.Methods 80 postoperative gastric cancer patients who received sequential radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital were prospectively analyzed.According to the order of admission,80 patients were divided into two groups,40 cases of the control group(chemotherapy)and 40 cases of the observation group(sequential chemotherapy).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,1 year survival rate and 2-year survival rate(77.50%,47.50%)were higher than those in the control group(50.00%,25.00%),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(x2=19.20,32.65,all P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the control group was 12.50%,which was lower than 30.00% of the observation group,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(x2=9.15,P<0.05).The mortality rate of the observation group was 32.50%,which was lower than 45.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.29,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple chemotherapy after the operation of gastric cancer,sequential radiotherapy and chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,significantly reduce the rate of postoperative metastasis and recurrence of gastric cancer,and it is worthy of promoting.

Objective To evaluate the values of diagnosis in anomalies of aortic valve with transesophogeal echocardiography (TEE) before operation. Methods Thirty-seven cases of anomalies of aortic valve which were diagnosed by TEE and treated by operation were analyzed retrospectively, the features of anomalies of aortic valve, pattern of cardiac structure changing and the reference values of diagnosis with TEE in choosing correct operation method were summarized. Results There were different characteristics in the number of valve and juncture, location of juncture, opening and closing shape of aortic valve, aortic valvular stenosis, aortic valvular regurgitation or both of them.Pattern of changes of cardiac structure included ascending aorta dilatation, left ventricle enlarge and left ventricle hypertrophy. Features of aortic valve anomalies and pattern of changes of cardiac structure were the important consulting information for the selection of operation method. Conclusion TEE is an important diagnosis method for anomalies of aortic valve, and it can provide abundant and valuable information for choosing an appropriate operational method.

Objective To study the expression and regulation characteristics of aquaporin water channel(AQP) of cerebuller metastatic tumor and brain tissue surrounding tumor and to understand the role of abnormal expression of AQP in formation and elimination of brain edema.Methods The tumor tissue specimens from five lung adencarcinoma brain metastasis cases after surgical resection were accessed.The total RNA was extracted,and RT-PCR,immunohistochemical staining were progressed to study the expression and regulation characteristics of AQP.The average gray values of near and far regions from tumor tissue were measured with HPIAS-1000 cells measuring procedure to compare actual expression quantity of AQP.Results AQP4 had a high expression in the peritumoral brain tissue and no expression in the center of brain metastasis tumor organization.The AQP4 staining was junior in the more distant region from tumor and it added significantly in the region close to the tumor tissue.Stained AQP1 was not found in cerebullar metastatic tumor and peritumoral brain microvascular endothelial cells.Conclusion The expression of AQP4 is increased significantly in the region next to the cerebullar metastatic tumor tightly.It is probably related to the formation of peritumoral brain edema.The negative expression of AQP1 might not be conducive to the removal of edema in the interspace of nerve cells.

Objective To identify the association between fatigue and depression in Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods 56 PD patients were enrolled in this study.The degree of fatigue was measured by Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS).Hamilton Depression Scale (24 items) was used to evaluate the degree of depression.PD Quality of Life Questionnaire (PDQL) were tested to evaluate the quality of life in PD patients.While other clinical information such as Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) Ⅲ,Hoehn-Yahr Scale and modified Webster Scale were investigated.Results The incidence of fatigue in this group is 71.4％ (40/56).Score of HAMD and PDQL exhibited a significant correlation to patients' fatigue,coefficient of partial correlation was 0.451 (P ＜ 0.01),-0.346 (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of fatigue in non-depressive patients was low,27.3 ％.While in depressive patients,the incidence of fatigue is relatively high,for mild depression 75％,moderate depression 100％,severe depression 100％ respectively.Conclusions Fatigue is a prominent symptom of depression in PD patients,sometimes independent of depression also influencing the patients' quality of life.

Objective To recognize the existing problems of master of nursing specialist students during clinical practice.Methods Eight master of nursing specialist students from 4 general hospitals in Changchun city were selected as respondents.Data were collected by focus group interview and analyzed by qualitative research method.Results Three formed themes included feeling of great pressure in clinical practice,existing problem in clinical practice teaching and assessment.Conclusions School and hospital need cooperate to carry out a training on competence of nurses,establish a comprehensive supervised clinical practice teaching and a assessment system with nursing features.
