Objective To investigate the detection situation and distribution of blood typing positive and negative disagree and irregular antibody positive in blood transfusion related tests in tumor patients ,and to make comparative analysis with the data of non‐tumor patients .Methods The results data in 16 760 patients with blood preparation in our hospital from November 2011 to June 2015 were selected and divided into the tumor patients group and the non‐tumor patients group .Among them ,the results of blood typing positive and negative disagree and positive in the irregular antibody screening test were statistically analyzed .Results 27 cases were ABO blood type positive typing inconsistent with reverse typing ,the occurrence rate of the tumor patients group was 0 .65% ,which of the non‐tumor patients group was 0 .08% ;the irregular antibody positive was in 49 cases ,in which 18 cases were in the tumor patients group with the occurrence rate of 0 .74% ,31 cases were in the non‐tumor patients group witht e occurrence rate of 0 .22% ,showing that the occurrence proportion of blood typing positive and reverse inconsistency and irregular antigen posi‐tive was higher than that of the non‐tumor patients group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,31 cases in the non‐cancer group ,the positive rate is 0 .22% .18 cases in cancer‐group with 0 .74% incidence rate .It shows that the proportion of posi‐tive in cancer patients was higher than non‐cancer patients (P<0 .05) .The main influencing factors affecting blood typing problems in the tumor patients group and non‐tumor patients group were the antibody weakening ,followed by autoantibody ,etc .the reasons for the irregular antibody screening positive in the two groups were mainly the specific antibodies .Conclusion The disease charac‐teristics of tumor patients are easier to cause ABO blood type positive and reverse inconsistency and irregular antibody screening positive .In the work ,more attention should be paid to the detection results for avoiding the missed detection ,increasing the identifi‐cation ability and ensuring the blood transfusion safety .determination is more often in cancer patients about Tests about blood transfusion ;This should be relate to character of phymatosis .Much concern should be given to related test of cancer patients′blood transfusion ,avoiding omissions ,and improve the safety of blood infusion .

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP)for vertebral metastases.Methods 40 cases with 46 vertebral body metastases underwent PVP under the guidance of fluoroscopy or CT.The analgesic effect,vertebral body stability and complications after operation were observed.Results The successful rate of puncture was 100%.The pain relief was demonstrated in all cases(complete relief in 30 cases,partial relief in 8 cases,mld relief in 2 cases) after operation 1 to 3 days.All involved vertebral bodies had good stability.Imaging analysis demonstrated that the metastatic area was completely well-distributed filling and reinforce by polymethymethacrylate(PMMA) in 26 vertebra of 24 cases.The other 20 vertebral of 16 cases were great part filled by PMMA.There were no severe complications both during operation and post-operation.The treating effect was satisfying in the following 1 to 3 months.Conclusion PVP is one of the efficacious way to alleviate pain of vertebral metastases,and it can reinforce the stAbility of involved vertebral body.

Objective To explore the four criteria,including bedside index for severity in acute pancreatitis(BISAP),Ranson score,modified CT severity index(MCTSI) and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation scoring system Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) in assessment of severity and prognosis of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 326 patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis were studied retrospectively from August 2006 to July 2015.The discrepancy of the four criteria in assessment of severity and prognosis of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis was compared with chi-square test and receiver operating characteristic curve.Results The incidences of moderately severe acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis,local complications and mortality of patients with BISAP score ≥3,Ranson score ≥3,APACHE Ⅱ score≥8 and MCTSI score≥4 were significantly higher than BISAP score ＜ 3,Ranson score ＜ 3,APACHE Ⅱ score ＜ 8 and MCTSI ＜ 4 respectively (all P ＜ 0.05).As far as severity was concerned,the sensitivity and AUC of APACHE Ⅱ were 57％ and 0.814,which were higher than the other systems.The second most sensitive criterion was BISAP.In assessment of local complications,the sensitivity and AUC of MCTSI were 68％ and 0.791,which were higher than the other three.The most sensitive criterion to predict mortality was BISAP with sensitivity 89％ and AUC 0.867,which was followed by APACHE Ⅱ.Conclusions All four criteria can be used to determine the severity,local complications and mortality.Generally,BISAP is simple and easy to practice,and better than the other three.

Objective To explore the management mode of regional clinical blood ,as well as the role of Regional Medical Center in the blood management ,and have a comprehensive understanding of Daxing district clinical blood using present situation .Methods Organized Daxing district clinical blood using quality control center experts to do a research of 18 medical institutions in the blood management status of clinical blood demand within the jurisdiction ,and analyzed the statistics related to clinical use of blood in vari‐ous medical institutions from January to December in 2014 ,according to Beijing Wei Yi [2008]189 words in medical institutions of Beijing City ,the department of transfusion(blood bank) in the relevant provisions of the basic standard.Results Through the sur‐vey ,only regional medical center established the department of transfusion in 18 medical institutions ,other medical institutions have set up blood bank .Practitioners of department of transfusion (blood bank) in the number full‐time staff ,with post qualification num‐ber and degree of structure ,difference between regional medical center and other kind hospitals was significant (P<0 .01) ,but no statistical differences in the structure of professional title (P>0 .05) .Three grade hospitals in biological safety and continuous im‐provement of quality ,could be carried out in accordance with the PDCA cycle ,and have obvious advantages compared with the other one or two grade hospitals .Conclusion Fifteen medical institutions do not have the clinical blood transfusion compatibility testing conditions .To ensure the safety of blood for clinical use ,blood need to be tested by the department of transfusion regional medical center .

BACKGROUND: The nomination of undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy (USpA) has provided clues for the early diagnosis of spondylitis ankylopoietica and other subsets of SpA, thereby avoiding possible wrong treatments.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prevalence of SpA in the workers and their adult relatives aged over 16 years old from a factory in Beijing urban district, as well as the results of human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) B27 and X-ray inspection on sacroiliac joint.DESIGN: Systematic sampling investigation.SETTING: Department of Internal Medicine, Chenghai District People's Hospital of Shantou City; Rheumatism Research Institute, Medical College of Shantou University; Department of Internal Medicine, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital.PARTICIPANTS: A survey was conducted among 1982 workers and their adult relatives aged over 16 years from a factory in Beijing urban district between May and October 1999; there were 1,025 males and 957 females.They all volunteered into this study after informed of the experiment.METHODS: All examinees were surveyed door to door with the modified Chinese-International Anti-rheumatic Alliance Rheumatism Questionnaire,those with positive results were subjected to physical examination and those suspicious cases were subjected to MHC-B27 and X-ray examination.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The prevalence of SpA in the workersand their adult relatives aged over 16 years from a factory in Beijing urban district, as well as the results of MHC-B27 and sacroiliac joint X-ray inspection.RESULTS: Totally 1,982 subjects were enrolled in this study and all entered the result analysis. The prevalence of spondyloarthropathy was 1.61%(32/1 982), amongst which the prevalence of ankylopoietic spondylitis,USpA, and psoriastic arthritis was 0.31% (6/1 982), 1.21% (24/1 982),and 0.10% (2/1 982), respectively. No other subsets of SpA were observed. USpA was mainly presented by inflammatory lumbago and asymmetric arthrosteitis [83% (20/24), 62% (15/24)], while rheumatoid factor was negative in all subjects. Meanwhile, MHC-B27 was proved positive in 25% (6/24) subjects with the male-to-female ratio of 1.2:1.CONCLUSION: The prevalence of SpA is 1.61% in Beijing urban area,and SpA mainly consists of ankylopoietic spondylitis and USpA.

The study on tumor metabolism has been gradually be-come a hot spot in recent years .A lot of proteins involved in the regulation of tumor metabolism especially the glucose transporter protein 1(GLUT1).As a key regulatory factor mediating energy metabolism within tumor cells , GLUT1 can regulate the glucose intake and maintain the basic level of metabolism in tumor cells . More importantly, the abnormal expression of GLUT1 was asso-ciated with many kinds of tumors , of which GLUT1 was used to meet the energy requirement for the fast growth of tumor .Thus GLUT1 also played a crucial role in growth , differentiation and metastasis of tumor cells and prognosis of tumors .Meanwhile , as three-dimensional crystal structure of GLUT 1 was determined , it is possible to design the small molecular inhibitors of GLUT 1, which can realize “starve to death” tumor cells.GLUT1 can be a particularly attractive target for tumor treatment and interfer-ence.The relationship between abnormal expression of GLUT 1 protein and tumor metabolism was reviewed . Moreover , the mechanism of tumor metabolism regulated by GLUT 1 protein ex-pression and treatment of cancers were discussed , which may provide references for future research and clinical treatment .

Objective To investigate antithrombotic and antiplatelet effects of Dragon's Blood,?-cyclodextrin inclusion of Dragon's Blood.Methods The methods of injection of adenosin diphosphate(ADP) into mouse tail vein,electrically stimulated arterial thrombosis in rats were used to evaluate the anti-thrombotic effects of Dragon's Blood and?-cyclodextrin inclusion of Dragon's Blood,respectively.Platelet aggregation(PRP or washed platelets) was tested according to Born's method.Results ?CYDB significantly protected against thrombosis caused by ADP on mice,and electrical stimulation on rats.In vitro?-cyclodextrin inclusion of Dragon's Blood inhibited AA,ADP,PAF-induced platelet aggregation.Conclusions The results suggest that compared with Dragon's Blood,?-cyclodextrin inclusion of Dragon's Blood has more potent anti-thrombotic effects on the thrombotic models,its mechanisms may be closely related to the inhibition of anti-platelet aggregation.?-cyclodextrin inclusion of Dragon's Blood can improve the bioavailability of Dragon's Blood.

Tumor metastasis is one of the important biological characteristics of malignant tumor,which is closely related with the prognosis of the cancer patients.High expression of ADAM8 in varieties of tumors was revealed in many recent studies,and such aberrant expression played a crucial role in regulating of tumor metastasis.Studies showed that overexpression of ADAM8 attenuated the intercellular adhesion effect,promoted tumor angiogenesis,and enhanced the degradation of ECM as well as the releasing of cytokines.Therefore,suppression of ADAM8 may lead to inhibition of tumor metastasis,which makes ADAM8 a particular attractive target as it can be used as a prognostic indicator and a potential therapeutic target of malignant tumor.A review about the relations between ADAM8 protein′s abnormal expression and tumor occurrence was discussed in this paper,also include discussion about the mechanisms of ADAM8 protein′s disorder-induced tumor formation,as well as therapeutic strategies based on ADAM8-targeted,which may provide references for follow-up research and clinical treatment.

Objective? To investigate the status of professional identity,job burnout and organizational affective commitment of dental clinic nurses and analyze their correlation. Methods? Cross-sectional study was carry out on 275 dental clinic nurses from 14 Class Ⅲ hospitals in Beijing, as measured by Professional Identity Scale, the Revised Edition of the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey and the Affective Commitment Scale(ACS). The statistical analysis performed by SPSS 24.0 and Amos 21.0 software. Results? The score of Professional Identity Scale of 237 dental clinic nurses was(121.34±20.34), moreover the nurse who working in general hospitals exhibited higher score than in dental-specialized hospitals,the difference was statistically significan(t P=0.041). The score of the Revised Edition of the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey of 237 dental clinic nurses was (1.96±1.02),the average score of entries of ACS was (4.07±0.79). The results of the analysis showed that the professional identity scores of nurses with different working years were statistically different (P＜0.05). The scores of nurses with different working years, academic qualifications and professional titles were statistically different on Job burnout (P＜0.05). Moderate correlations were found among the scores of professional identity, job burnout and organizational affective commitment (P＜0.001), while organizational affective commitment had an intermediate effect between professional identity and job burnout, accounting for 31.5% of total effects. Conclusions? The status of professional identity and organizational affective commitment of dental clinic nurses in tertiary hospitals is at moderate-to-high level, and the status of job burnout in most of them is at low-to-moderate level. Moderate correlations are found among them, while organizational affective commitment plays an intermediate role between professional identity and job burnout. In order to reduce job burnout and establish harmonious and stable working environment, nurse administrators should implement intervention to improve professional identity and enhance organizational affective commitment.

This is a research project aimed at investigating the clinical efficiency of W-F168-B, a dialyzer reprocessing machine made by Weilisheng Biological Material Company in Chengdu, evaluating its effects on total cell volume (TCV) and dialysis sufficiency, and assessing its disinfection efficacy. All subjects were randomly divided into two groups, whose dialyzers were reprocessed by W-F168-B (made in Chengdu) and RENATRON II (made by MINNTECH Company in the United States) respectively. We detected TCV of the dialyzer before and after reusing and calculated their diversity. We also calculated all subjects' Kt/V. The values of TCV diversities of two groups were 5.5 +/- 4.15 (experimental group) and 4.5 +/- 2.56 (control group) respectively, P > 0.05. The levels of Kt/V of experimental group and control group were 1.25 +/- 0.26 and 1.24 +/- 0.19, P > 0.05. T-test showed that there was no statistically significance difference between the two groups. The result of every hemoculture is negative. In conclusion, these two dialyzer reprocessing machines are similar in the effect of the dialyzer's performance and the subject's dialysis sufficiency. The reused dialyzers reprocessed by these two machines are safe for use.
