Objective The paper described a convenient and sensitive radioirnmunoassav method which can be used to measure the amount of morphine in a single hair. Method Succinvl-eggalbumin-morphine was used as immunogen to immunize New Zealand rabbits for obtaining high quality antiserum. The morphine- labeled with Iodine-125 was purified by HPLC. The radioimmunoassay method was established and the amount of morphine in a single hair was detected. Results The affinity constant of antibody is 3.25 ? 10~11L/M. The radiochemical purity of I-mophine is 95% and the specific radioactivity is 112?Ci/?g. The detection limit for morphine (3SD from zero-dose binding) is 0.01ng/ml. Five normai person's single hair and five addict's were detected . The length of these specimens is 9-24cm and the weight of them 0.7- 2. 1mg. The amount of morphine in the hair of normai person is 1. 75 ? 0.37ng/mg (x ? 5) and that of the addictos'is 471 ?204ng/mg (x ? s). Conclusion This method can be employed for accurate mea-surement of the amount of morphine in a single hair and the result can be adopted to indicate the probability of illicit-drug use.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate clinical efficacy of intravenous drip of alprostadil combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer and its effects on inflammatory factors levels and wound microvascular density. METHODS:A total of 72 patients with diabetic foot ulcer in our hospital during May 2014 to Sept. 2015 were divided into observation group and con-trol group according to random number table, with 36 cases in each group. Control group was given Alprostadil injection 10μg add-ed into 250 mL 0.9% Sodium chloride injection intravenously,qd,on the basis of routine treatment as insulin. Observation group was additionally given acupuncture therapy (Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Fenglong,Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan and other acupuncture points),qd,on the basis of control group. Treatment courses of 2 groups lasted for 3 weeks. Clinical efficacy, wound healing time, fasting blood glucose, urine microalbumin, inflammatory factors, wound microvascular density as well as the occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:The total response rate of observation group(91.67%)was significantly higher than that of control group(72.22%),and wound healing time was significantly shorter than control group, with statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in fasting blood glucose, urine microalbumin and inflamma-tory factors between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, above indexes of 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and urine microalbumin and inflammatory factors of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statisti-cal significance (P<0.05). 14,21 d after treatment, wound microvessel density of observation group was significantly higher those of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Intrave-nous drip of Alprostadil combined with acupuncture can boost angiogenesis through mitigating inflammatory reactions, thus shorten the time of wound healing and enhance therapeutic efficacy.

BACKGROUND:Classical deltopectoral approach leads to a great injury to soft tissues. It is difficult to lay the steel plate on the lateral side. The steel plate is frequently laid on the anterolateral side of humerus. Fixed position is not ideal.
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the safety and feasibility of lateral deltoid-splitting approach in treatment of proximal humeral fractures.
METHODS:From August 2008 to August 2013, 114 patients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus, who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics, Yan’an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University in China, were enrol ed in this study. They were treated with locking compression plate, and assigned to deltoid splitting approach group and deltopectoral approach group (n=57). Surgical trauma, fracture healing, curative effects, functional recovery and Constant shoulder score were compared between the two groups.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al patients were fol owed up for at least 8 months. Compared with the deltopectoral approach group, the proximal humeral fractures were healed as scheduled in the deltoid splitting approach group, and the anteflexion, abduction, shoulder lifting of the shoulder joint, and sensation of lateral skin of the upper arm were not impacted. No significant difference in Constant shoulder score was detectable between the two groups (P>0.05), which suggested that deltoid splitting approach for treating the proximal humeral fractures was safe and feasible. In addition, in accordance with the Neer’s classification system, the excellent and good rate in the deltoid splitting approach group (91%) was significantly higher than that in the deltopectoral approach group (75%) (P<0.05). Therefore, the deltoid splitting approach can be used as the first choice for the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.
