1.Research in the effect of different cataract ultrasonic emulsification incision on the stability of the tear film after operation
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(15):1-3
Objective To discuss the effect of different cataract ultrasonic emulsification incision on the stability of the tear film after operation. Methods 82 patients (149 eyes) in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were adopted as the research object.Patients were randomly divided into group A (40 cases,72 eyes) and group B(42 cases,77 eyes) used stratified random block method.Patients in group B were treated with anti-eyebrow scleral tunnel incision, and patients in group A were treated with corneal incision. The subjective feeling, tear secretion, tear film break-up time and the corneal incision staining of patients were compared and the results were analyzed between two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in the subjective feeling of patients, the amount of tear secretion and the tear film breakup time (BUT) between the first day and the seventh day after operation. Conclusions Anti-eyebrow scleral tunnel incision is an ideal incision method for phacoemulsification. It has less impact on the stability of the cornea, and the damage to nerve is also light.

China Pharmacy 2015;(25):3504-3506
OBJECTIVE:To study the anti-inflammatory,antalgic effects and irritation of Fuyan suppository. METHODS:Mouse auricle swelling test(Fuyan suppository 4.5,3.0 and 1.5 g/kg for administration)and mouse vola pedis swelling test(5 min and 0.5,1,4,6 h)were employed to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Fuyan suppository. Mouse writhing response test(Fuy-an suppository 4.5,3.0 and 1.5 g/kg) was used to study the antalgic effect. Rabbit vagina mucosa irritation test was adopted to study the vaginal irritation(Fuyan suppository 1.0 g/rabbit,once daily for one week). RESULTS:Fuyan suppository at a dose of 4.5,3.0 or 1.5 g/kg could inhibit auricle swelling of mice and reduce the times of mice’s writhing response. 3.0 g/kg Fuyan suppos-itory could,at 0.5-6 h from administration, inhibit vola pedis swelling of mice and be nonirritating to the rabbit’s vagina. CON-CLUSIONS:Fuyan suppository has better anti-inflammatory and antalgic effects and is nonirritating to the rabbit’s vagina. Theoreti-cally,vaginal administration of Fuyan suppository can be considered as safe.

Objective:To explore the causes and influencing factors of financial toxicity in young breast cancer survivors, and to provide evidence for intervention program development to improve financial toxicity in young breast cancer survivors. Methods:Using descriptive qualitative research methods, 29 young breast cancer patients from September to December 2021 in Breast Surgery Follow-up Clinic of Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center were interviewed. The Nvivo 12.0 qualitative data analysis software was used to analyze the data. Results:Four themes were extracted as following, direct cost of cancer treatment was the primary cause of financial toxicity, indirect costs related to cancer and treatment cannot be ignored, long-term effects of cancer and treatment further exacerbated financial toxicity, and cancer-related financial toxicity was also influenced by a variety of other factors. Conclusions:Multiple causes affected the experience of financial toxicity in young breast cancer survivors. The occurrence and risks of financial toxicity in young breast cancer survivors should be assessed. Intervention and support should be provided to meet the needs of young breast cancer survivors.

Objective To investigate the relationship between brain white matter lesions (WML) and triglyceride glucose (TyG) index in non-diabetic elderly individuals based on magnetic resonance imaging. Methods A total of 523 non-diabetic elderly individuals aged ≥ 60 years were selected from Jinan, Shandong Province, China from June 2018 to December 2019. According to the quartiles of TyG index, there were 133 participants in the first quartile (Q1) group, 127 in the second quartile (Q2) group, 132 in the third quartile (Q3) group, and 131 in the fourth quartile (Q4) group. All participants underwent brain magnetic resonance imaging to evaluate paraventricular, deep, and total WML volumes, as well as Fazekas scores. Results Compared with Q1, Q2, and Q3 groups, Q4 group showed significant increase in periventricular, deep, and total WML volumes (P < 0.05). The proportion of participants with a Fazekas score ≥ 2 in the periventricular, deep, and total WML was higher in the Q4 group compared with the Q1 and Q2 groups (P < 0.05). The proportion of participants with a Fazekas score ≥ 2 in deep WML was higher in Q4 group than in Q3 group (P < 0.05). TyG index was significantly positively correlated with periventricular, deep, and total WML volumes (r = 0.401, 0.405, and 0.445, P < 0.001). After adjusting for confounding factors, TyG index was still significantly positively correlated with periventricular, deep, and total WML volumes (P < 0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with Q1 group, the risk of Fazekas score ≥ 2 in periventricular WML was 1.950-fold (95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.154-3.294, P = 0.013) in Q3 group and 3.411-fold (95% CI: 1.984-5.863, P < 0.001) in Q4 group, the risk of Fazekas score ≥ 2 in total WML was 2.529-fold (95%CI: 1.444-4.430, P = 0.001) in Q3 group and 4.486-fold (95%CI: 2.314-8.696, P < 0.001) in Q4 group. The risk of Fazekas score ≥ 2 in deep WML was 2.953-fold (95%CI: 1.708-5.106, P < 0.001) in Q4 group compared with Q1 group. Conclusion Increased TyG index is an independent risk factor for WML in non-diabetic elderly individuals.
