The result showed that CD3AK induced and expanded in vitro could kill MHC I class - negative K562 (NK - sensitive) and Daudi (NK - resistant) tumor cells in a MHC - nonrestricted manner. Induction of necrosis and / or apoptosis of target cells were responsible for the tumorlytic effect mediated by CD3AK.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1994;0(01):-
A new type of killer cells, named PHA-?CD3LAK, was induced by means of costimulating the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) with anti-CD3McAb (?CD3) and rIL-2 after PHA-priming for 48 hours. Some biological characteristics of PHA-?CD3LAK, PHA-LAK and CD3AK were compared. The results showed that PHA-?CD3LAK exhibited some advantages over CD3AK and PHA-LAK in proliferation, cytotoxicity, the expression level of mIL-2R, as well as the utilizing of IL-2, suggesting the synergistic enhancing role of PHA, ?CD3 and IL-2. All three groups of effector cells were heterogeneous populations, predominantly CD3 + CD8 + T cells. The CD8 ~(+) cell percentage of PHA-?CD3LAK was higher than that of the other two groups. The application of PHA-?CD3LAK might open a new prospect to clinical therapeutic approach.

Objective To investigate the effects of conductive education with routine rehabilitation on cerebral palsy. Methods 59 caseswere divided into the conductive group (n=38) and the control group (n=21). The conductive group received conductive education with routinerehabilitation and the control group received routine rehabilitation only. They were assessed with the gross motor function, intelligentand activity of daily living (ADL) before and after treatment. Results The improvement of gross motor was not significantly different betweenthese groups (P>0.05), while the intelligence, ADL improved more in the conductive group than in the control group (P=0.001). ConclusionConductive education can promote the development of the children in ADL and intelligent.

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of PICC catheter patients' willingness to participate in patient safety. Methods A total of 198 PICC catheter patients were sampled from the targeted hospital by convenience sampling, and investigated by the Patient Participate Patient Safety Willingness and Behavior Scale ( PSWBS). Results The PSWBS score of PICC catheter patients was 3.73 ± 0.52 , including initiative willingness 4.13 ± 0.54, initiative tendency 3.82 ± 0.49, attention for technique level 3.70 ± 0.50, attention for environmental safety 3.27 ± 0.48. Among these factors, age(F=14.75, P<0.01), education degree(F=9.588, P<0.01), occupation(25.070, P<0.01), residence(t=8.570, P<0.01)and complications(t=8.880, P<0.01)were the influencing facts with statistical difference (P<0.05) . Conclusions Most of the patients have a high willingness to participate in patient safety , the distribution of impact factors have certain characteristics. Clinical nurses should take targeted nursing measures according to these different characteristics.

Most of the developed countries in the world have established a complete system of training of specialists consistent with their respective national circumstances. On the basis of continuously improving the training of clinical residencies in our country,we have started the formal training of pediatric neurologists. This article introduces the current status of pediatric specialists training in Children Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and the western region in China and puts forward relevant suggestions by comparing itself with that in North America,including:(1) establishing a perfect organizational structure and division of responsibilities of the training base,(2) standardizing the system of admission,(3) prolonging the training time and establishing a comprehensive training mode,(4) formulating strict assessment system and forming a standardized assessment model,(5) ensuring continuous and adequate financial support.

Objective To observe the outcome of selective posterior rhizotomy (SPR) for cerebral palsy children with different gross motor function before operation. Methods 132 cases accepted SPR were grouped with their grades of Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS), and their outcomes were compared. Results The muscle tension, gross motor function and activities of daily living improved in all the groups after SPR (P<0.01). The muscle tone decreased the most in grade I (P<0.01). The gross motor ability improved the most in grade II(P<0.001). The activiti es of daily living improved the most in grades I and IV (P<0.05). Conclusion The outcome of SPR for children with cerebral palsy is various with the gross motor function before operation.
