Objective To investigate the change of event-related potentials(ERPs)N400 and its significances in children with Tic disorders. Methods N400 of 35 children with Tic disorders(case group)and 20 healthy children(control group)were taken. The results of case group and control group were compared with each other. Results N400 latency of the case group was(706.87?198.99)ms,and the amplitude was(26.12?13.64)?V;N400 latency of the control group was(485.75?85.76)ms,the amplitude was(22.35?19.76)?V.There was obvious difference in latency between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion ERPs N400 latency of children with Tic disorders prolong obviously which shows cognitive dysfunction in the patients.

Objective To explore the effects of the mindfulness mode intervention on the adverse reaction of the patients with breast cancer during the period of chemotherapy. Methods 75 patients with breast cancer during the period of chemotherapy were randomly assigned to the control group(38 cases) and the intervention group(37 cases). All patients received the routing nursing of chemotherapy. In addition the intervention group received the mindfulness intervention. The adverse reaction of chemotherapy questionnaire was used to investigate the level of their adverse reaction before the intervention and two months after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of the adverse reaction in the intervention group was (32.19± 7.70)points,less than that of the control group, which was (36.97±10.03)points.There was statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusions The mindfulness model intervention could reduce the adverse reaction of the patients with breast cancer.

Objective To assess the correlation between inflammation, specific immune response and coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Thirty healthy cases passed the health examination were taken as the control group. Eighty cases who were diagnosised into CHD,affirmed by coronary angiography, were divided into three groups: acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group(26 cases),unstable angina pectoris (UP) group (24 cases),and stable angina pectoris (SP) group(30 cases). All the cases were tested on the concentrations of C-reactive protein(CRP),IgA,IgG,IgM in serum. Results The serum indices of CRP,IgG,IgA in AMI group and UP group were significantly difference than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion The correlation between inflammation and immune system activation are closely associated with CHD.

Objective To clone and express of Rv0091 encoding protein in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, identify and characterize of the enzyme activities. Methods Construct the Rv0091 prokaryotic expression plasmid, the vector was transformed into E.coli strain BL21trxB.After induced by IPTG,recombinant protein was purified by Ni2+-NTA chromatography and analyzed for purity by SDS-PAGE gels stained with Coomassie Blue.Immunological activity was identified by Western blot. The recombinant protein molecular weight was identified by Mass spectrometry. The enzyme-coupled assay detectes enzyme activity. Results The expression plasmid pET32a-Rv0091 was constructed and expressed in E.coli.BL21trxB,and the optimum expression system was conformed. The purity of the recombinant protein was more than 95%.Western blot analysis confirmed that recombinant protein was one of Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteins.Mass spectrometry identified the relative molecular weight and theoretical molecular weight was basically the same.Enzyme assay showed the recombinant protein able to catalyze the substrate MTA.Enzymatic properties showed that the optimal buffer for the phosphate and Hepes buffer, the poor thermal stability of the enzyme, the optimal temperature of 37℃,optimal pH10-12,when the pH ≤7,the protein denaturation and loss of some vitality. Conclusion The recombinant protein methylthioadenosine nucleosidase(MTAN) was obtained and enzyme activity was detected and plays a key role in the metabolism of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

In the current study, we aim to investigate whether post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is associated with structural alterations in specific subfields of hippocampus comparing with trauma-exposed control (TC) in a relatively large sample. We included 67 PTSD patients who were diagnosed under Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (4th Edition) (DSM-Ⅳ) criteria and 78 age- and sex-matched non-PTSD adult survivors who experienced similar stressors. High resolution T1 weighted images were obtained via a GE 3.0 T scanner. The structural data was automatically segmented using FreeSurfer software, and volume of whole hippocampus and subfield including CA1, CA2-3, CA4-DG, fimbria, presubiculum, subiculum and fissure were extracted. Volume differences between the two groups were statistically compared with age, years of education, duration from the events and intracranial volume (ICV) as covariates. Hemisphere, sex and diagnosis were entered as fixed factors. Relationship between morphometric measurements with Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) score and illness duration were performed using Pearson's correlation with SPSS. Comparing to TC, PTSD patients showed no statistically significant alteration in volumes of the whole hippocampus and all the subfields ( > 0.05). In male patients, there were significant correlations between CAPS score and volume of right CA2-3 ( = 0.197, = 0.034), right subiculum ( = 0.245, = 0.016), and duration statistically correlated with right fissure ( = 0.247, = 0.016). In female patients, CAPS scores significant correlated with volume of left presubiculum ( = 0.095, = 0.042), left subiculum ( = 0.090, = 0.048), and left CA4-DG ( = 0.099, = 0.037). The main findings of the current study suggest that stress event causes non-selective damage to hippocampus in both PTSD patients and TC, and gender-specific lateralization may underlie PTSD pathology.
