Three pentacyclic triterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliarus Iljinsk. On the basis of chemical evidences and spectral data, they were identified as: 2?-hydroxyursolic acid (Ⅰ), 3-oxo-2?，23-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (Ⅱ)and arjunolic acid (Ⅲ).
