A rapid method for authenticity detection of grapeseed oil was proposed based on Ion Mobility Spectrometry ( IMS) . After optimization, the inlet temperature was set at 170 ℃, drift tube temperature was set at 60 ℃. In this method, the oil sample was diluted in hexane (50-fold, V/V) and then directly analyzed in IMS. The detection time was 20 s. To establish an adulteration detection model, recursive Support Vector Machine ( R-SVM) was applied to classifying pure and adulterated grape seed oils. The result of 10-fold cross validation showed that the accuracy of discrimination was up to 91 . 2%. The results in study indicate that IMS method is a new, fast and convenient technique for the adulteration detection of edible oil.

OBJECTIVETo identify and quantify the compound compositions of ether extracts of Ligustrum lucidum.

METHODAfter extracted 4 hour by Soxhlet extraction with ether, the extractive were analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Furthermore, heuristic evolving latent projection (HELP) was used to resolve the overlapping peaks to obtain the pure concentration profiles and mass spectra. Subsequently, mass spectral similarity search combining with the retention index was employed for the identification of each component.

RESULTTotally, 75 compounds were identified, accounting for 84.3% of that in the whole ether extracts of L. lucidum.

CONCLUSIONThe main compounds of L. lucidum are oleic acid, lupeol and (Z,Z) 9,12-octadecadienoic acid, whose relative content were 9.805%, 8.848%, 8.357%, respectively.

ObjectiveTo explore the relation between the uterine position and acupoint effect by analyzing the data of a clinical trial of electroacupuncture in treating primary dysmenorrhea.MethodThe uterine position was detected by ultrasonic examination;Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain degree before and after intervention; Retrospective Symptom Scale (RSS) was adopted to determine the improvement of symptoms.ResultThere were no significant differences in comparing the VAS score, real-time effect and post-treatment effect, and effective rate among different uterine positions (P>0.05). Electroacupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6) can produce a real-time effect in releasing abdominal pain and relevant symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients with anteversion of uterus, a less significant effect was shown in patients with retroposition of uterus, while no effect was shown in patients with uterus at middle position.ConclusionElectroacupuncture at Sanyinjiao possibly has a specific effect in releasing abdominal pain and relevant symptoms of dysmenorrhea at anteversion of uterus, and the uterine position may be related to the corresponding meridians and Zang-fu organs. The current statistical result indicates that there is no relation between the uterine position and the effect of Sanyinjiao, but this conclusion still needs proving by prospective randomized controlled clinicaltrials.

Objective To investigate the current situation of preoperative nursing trust in total knee replacement patients and analyze the influencing factors.Methods Using convenience sampling method,138 patients who underwent total knee ar-throplasty in our department from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were inves-tigated by general information questionnaire,nurse-patient relationship trust scale(NPTs),self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and knee American Special Surgery scale(HSS),to explore the current situation and influencing factors of patient-nurse trust in pa-tients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Results The total score of preoperative trust of patients(136.75±7.93);Pearson correlation analysis showed a negative correlation with total anxiety score(r =-0.419,P＜0.01)and no correlation with knee function score(r=0.063,P＞0.05).The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the educational level,previous experience of hospitalization,and preoperative anxiety entered the regression equation(P＜0.05)explained 66.9% of the total variation.Conclusion In this group,the trust between nurses and patients in patients undergoing total knee arthroplas-ty is at the upper middle level,and is affected by education level,previous hospitalization experience and preoperative anxiety.Nurses should focus on patients with low education level,no previous hospitalization experience and high anxiety level,and carry out targeted intervention for theme,so as to reduce postoperative anxiety and improve postoperative function,Promote doctor-pa-tient relationship,reduce medical disputes and help patients recover as soon as possible.

Objective:To study the performance of the elastic fixation with our self-designed Tightrope system for inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis (ITFS) diastasis.Methods:In this self-control study, 6 specimens of normal cadaveric ankle were used as a normal ITFS group while the models of the ITFS diastasis were constructed as a group of ITFS diastasis. On the models of ITFS diastasis, elastic fixation with transverse Tightrope system (transverse fixation group) or binding Tightrope system (binding fixation group) was applied. The reduction and stability of ITFS were compared between transverse fixation and binding fixation for ITFS diastasis in terms of ITFS parameters on X-Ray[tibiofibular clear space (TFCS) and medial clear space (MCS)] and on CT[inferior tibiofibular anterior clear space (ITFACS), inferior tibiofibular middle clear space (ITFMCS), inferior tibiofibular posterior clear space (ITFPCS), anterior inferior tibiofibular interval (AITFI) and fibular rotation (θfib)].Results:The transverse fixation with Tightrope system for ITFS diastasis on the models led to iatrogenic injury to the fibular and the ITFS interosseous ligaments and to the perforating peroneal artery, and malreduction as well while the binding fixation with Tightrope system caused no injury to the anterior or the posterior ITFS ligament or the superior peroneal retinaculum but fine reduction as well. Objective To evaluate the psychometric properties and the clinical feasibility of Chinese version of the Oxford Knee Score in patients with knee osteoarthritis before total knee arthroplasty.Methods One hundred and fourteen (91 females,23 males) preoperative patients with knee osteoarthritis were recruited.Internal consistency was tested using Cronbach's alpha coefficient,and dimensionality was evaluated using exploratory factor analysis.The correlations between the scale,namely,WOMAC,SF-8 and EQ-5D were used to determine construct validity.The floor and ceiling effects were also examined.Results The scale showed acceptable internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha=0.885) and demonstrated good convergent and divergent validity with the moderate to strong correlations between the scale and WOMAC (r=-0.80),the SF-8 physical component summary (r=0.65),and the EQ-5D usual activities (r=-0.41) and mobility (r=-0.35).Moreover,the strong correlation between the scale and the SF-8 mental component summary (r=0.58),as well as the moderate correlation between the scale and the EQ-5D anxiety/depression (r=-0.35) were observed.Divergent construct validity was supported by weak correlation between the scale and EQ-5D VAS (r=0.30).The exploratory factor analysis yielded three factors with eigenvalues ＞ 1,accounting for 66.02％ of the variance.All items had factor loadings above 0.4.Factor 1 closely relates to physical function,while factor 2 depicts pain associated with knee osteoarthritis.Factor 3 had only one item (item 8),reflecting the patient's sleep problems.No sign of floor or ceiling effect was found.Conclusion Chinese version of the Oxford Knee Score is proven to be a reliable,valid scale for knee osteoarthritis patients before total knee arthroplasty.

This study was aimed to observe the clinical effect of low frequency negative pressure meridian viscera regulating sub-health.According to the diagnostic criteria,34 cases of sub healthy subjects were randomly selected.The low frequency negative pressure meridian viscera regulating method was used.By analyzing the cupping spot color feedback conditioning information of the sub healthy subjects and conditioning before and after the synthesis of the four diagnostic methods of digital and quantitative,its effect was evaluated.After 4 weeks of continuous adjustment,34 cases of sub healthy subjects,compared with preconditioning,cupping spot color of the subjects was shallow or disappeared (P ＜ 0.01);after adjusting,the proportion of light red tongue and thin white tongue coating increased obviously (P ＜ 0.05),the proportion of ecchymosis tongue was decreased compared to precoditioning (P ＜ 0.05);after adjustment,core symptoms such as back pain,neck pain,anxiety and irritability,were alleviated or disappeared;after adjustment,the pulse string tightness decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.01).It was concluded that the low frequency negative pressure meridian viscera regulation can significantly improve discomfort symptoms of sub healthy subjects and promote therecovery of tongue,pulse and cupping spot color in sub healthy subjects.This method is worth popularizing and further exploring.

Objective To explore the application low of stimulation parameters of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)and transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)for post-stroke movement disorders based on data mining.Methods The relevant clinical research literature was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed and Web of Science from January 2000 to May 2023.A database was set up after quality assessment.Frequency analysis,association rules and complex network analysis were used to explore the application law of core acupoints and electrical stimulation parameters.Results A total of 79 articles were included and 128 groups of data were contained.For TEAS,the core acupoints included Waiguan(TE5),Shousanli(LI10),Zusanli(ST36),Hegu(LI4),Neiguan(PC6),Yanglingquan(GB34),etc.,while the most commonly used acupoint combinations of upper limb and lower limb were Shousanli(LI10)-Waiguan(TE5)and Yanglingquan(GB34)-Zusanli(ST36).Among the electrical stimulation parameters of TEAS,the frequencies used vary widely,and 100 Hz was most commonly used,while 2 Hz TEAS was also mainly used for stimulating acupoints located on upper limbs in the treatment of flaccid paralysis.The application of other electrical stimulation parameters was relatively consistent.The bidirectional symmetrical square-wave with 200-250 μs pulse-width was used in majority of studies.The stimulus intensity was mostly determined by patient tolerance.For tDCS,stimulation electrodes were often positioned on the projection of the primary M1,and the safe stimulus intensity was mostly set as 1 to 2 mA.Conclusion In the treatment of post-stroke movement disorders,appropriate acupoints and electrical stimulation parameters of TEAS should be determined on the muscle strength and muscle tension of stroke patients at different stages after stroke,particularly the selection of electric stimulating frequency.

Objective:To compare minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) and open reduction and internal fixation via traditional lateral L-type approach (ORIF-LA) in the therapeutic effects concerning reduction and calcaneal alignment for Sanders Ⅲ/Ⅳ calcaneal fractures.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted of the 105 patients with calcaneal fracture who had been treated at Department of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Qilu Hospital from 2014.1 to 2018.2. Of them, 50 were treated with MIPPO (group A) and the other 55 with ORIF-LA (group B). The X-ray lateral and axial films, three-dimensional computed tomography (CT) of the calcaneal were taken pre-operatively and post-operatively to evaluate the reduction and calcaneal alignment. The American Orthopedic Foot Ankle (AOFAS) Ankle-Hind Foot Scale and Foot Function Index-Verbal Rating Scales (FFI-5pt) were adopted to assess the therapeutic effects. The postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:All patients were followed up for 20-36 months (mean 24 months). The length of hospital stay and incision in group A was shorter than that in group B ( t=-11.276, -25.965, P<0.001). In group A and group B, the correction degrees of B?hler angle and Gissane angle were (34.49±3.81)°, (35.12±3.77)° and (-20.62±9.86)°, (-20.94±8.38)°, respectively ( P>0.05). Posterior calcaneal articular surface defects or steps in group A and group B were 1.55(1.12, 2.00)mm and 1.20(1.03, 1.60)mm, indicating that there was no significant difference in the reconstruction ability between the two groups ( P>0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS pain score between the two groups at 3 months after operation ( P>0.05), but group A was significantly lower than group B at 3 days after operation ( P<0.001). There was no significant difference in AOFAS and FFI-5pt scores between the two groups at 18 months after operation ( P>0.05). The complications of group A (6.0% incision infection, 2.0% incision area sensory disturbance, 2.0% foot stiffness) were lower than those of group B (16.36% incision infection, 14.55% incision area sensory disturbance, 10.9% foot stiffness) ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Compared with ORIF-LA, the MIPPO shows promising results in terms of reduction capacity and safety. Use of the MIPPO technique minimized the risk of postoperative wound complications and achieved superior functional outcomes compared with standard locking plate fixation via the extended lateral approach. MIPPO can be used as a choice for the treatment of calcaneal fracture.

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of achilles tendon rupture in male patients and to verify them.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on the medical records of male inpatients with achilles tendon rupture (242 cases in achilles tendon rupture group) and simple ankle joint injury (825 cases in control group) admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from May 2013 to June 2020. The tendency score matching method was used to balance the confounding factors at a ratio of 1∶1. After matching, 147 cases were in achilles tendon rupture group and 147 cases in control group. The baseline data and related indicators were compared before and after matching, and the risk factors of achilles tendon rupture were analyzed by constructing a multivariate logistic regression model.Results:The age, smoking rate, drinking rate, family history of hypertension and diabetes, previous history of hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease, and BMI of the achilles tendon rupture group before matching were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). After matching, there was no significant difference in age, smoking proportion, drinking proportion, family history of hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease, previous history of hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease, and BMI between the two groups (all P>0.05). After matching, the levels of fasting uric acid (UA), cholesterol (TG) and triglyceride (TC) in achilles tendon rupture group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed UA ( OR=1.006, 95% CI: 1.003-1.010, P<0.001), TC ( OR=2.462, 95% CI: 1.194-5.076, P=0.015) was an independent risk factor for achilles tendon rupture in male. Conclusions:Dyslipidemia and UA may be an independent risk factor for achilles tendon rupture in male.
