2.The relationship between dysfunctional cognitive attitudes and personality disorder tendency in pa-tients with somatoform disorders
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2016;25(8):728-731
Objective To examine the characteristics of dysfunctional attitudes in patients with so?matoform disorders and to delineate the relationship between dysfunctional attitudes and personality disorder tendency. Methods Sixty?four outpatients with somatoform disorder and 52 healthy individuals were recrui?ted and asked to complete the Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire( PDQ?4) and the Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale( DAS ) for the evaluation of their personality disorder tendency and cognitive characteristics. DAS scores were compared between patient and control groups. The relationship between DAS and PDQ?4 was e?valuated by comparing DAS scores of patients with and without personality disorder tendency and by correla?ting patients’ total scores of DAS and PDQ?4. Results Patients with somatoform disorder(150.13±31.75) showed significantly higher scores of DAS than healthy controls(121.62±20.30). Moreover, patients with per?sonality disorder tendency exhibited significantly higher scores in the total score of DAS and scores of five factors including vulnerability, absorption/exclusive, compulsion, dependence and cognitive philosophy ( P<0.05) . Finally,a positive correlation was found between total scores of DAS and PDQ?4( r=0.535, P<0.01) and the correlation coefficients between the total score of DAS and Cluster A( r=0.545) and C scores( r=0.625) were significantly higher than that of Cluster B score( r=0.317).Conclusion Patients with somato?form disorders have cognitive distortion, which is correlated with personality disorder tendency.
3.Correlation between Expression of MMP-9, TIMP-1 and VEGF and the Invasion of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(10):67-70
Objective To investigate the relationship between metalloproteinase-9-9 (Matrix),inhibitor-1-1 (MMP-9),metalloproteinase TIMP-1 factor (Matrix) and endothelial growth (VEGF),and to investigate the correlation between the expression of (matrix) and vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial) and vascular endothelial growth factor (vascular). Methods Sixty-eight cases of non small cell lung cancer patients treated in fengning manchu autonomous county hospital from January to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, and the expression level of TIMP-1,VEGF and MMP-9 were analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of MMP-9 (75%),TIMP-1 (19.12%) and VEGF (13.24%) were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (P<0.05),MMP-9 (60.87%),VEGF (54.55%),TIMP-1 (65.22%) and VEGF (76.09%,59.09%,63.64%).The positive rates ofTIMP-1,VEGF and MMP-9 were higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) Conclusion MMP-9,TIMP-1 and VEGF expression levels can predict the invasion and metastasis of non small cell lung cancer, and the three kinds of substances can promote the development and progression of lung cancer in different degrees.
4.Research on classification method of burn scar hypertrophy by using support vector machine
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
This paper introduces a new method which can judge the degree of burn scar hypertrophy by analyzing chroma of the burn scar. Its technical schedule is as follows: Firstly, the image of the burn scar is captured by using a digital camera. Then the chroma emendation is performed by using an Artificial Neural Network(ANN). At last, the chroma of burn scar is analyzed and the classification of burn scar hypertrophy is given by using a Support Vector Machine(SVM). Compared with clinical evaluation, the result deduced from this method is proved to be effective.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of acute intestinal perforation in the patients with colorectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 38 colorectal carcinomas complicated with acute intestinal perforation treated in our hospital during 19 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results Acute intestinal perforation was common in old patients with colorectal carcinoma (mean age 62 years). The primary lesions were mostly located in left-side colon and superior rectum(27/38,71.1%). The perforation in the proximal colon of tumor and cecum accounted for 81.6%(31/38), and in tumor site accounted for 18.4%(7/38). The correct rate of preoperative diagnosis was only 15.8%(6/38). The postoperative complications were common and severe. The perioperative mortality was 42.1%(16/38). All the causes of death were multiple organ function deficiency. There were close relations between perioperative mortality and operation time. The postoperative recurrent rate was 41.2%(7/17). Five-year survival rate was 23.5%(4/17). Conclusion Early diagnosis, early operation and active prevention and treatment of multiple organ function deficiency were key to decrease the mortality of the colorectal carcinoma patients with acute intestinal perforation.

Objective To analyse the tongue characteristics of cancer patients during chemotherapy ,in order to guide the TCM treatment. Methods 42 patients' tongue figure was collected respectively before and after chemotherapy by Canon digital camera, then to analyse the characteristics. Results Purple tongue was the most common in tongue color, account for 38.10%;meanwhile the tongue with stasis patch or with toothmark were common in tongue shape, account for respectively 26.19% and 21.43%;white thick or greasy tongue fur was the most common, especially in the central of tongue. Conclusion Deficience of Qi and blood stasis syndrome is common in cancer patients after chemotherapy, it is helpful to provide tasis for treatment of tonifying Qi and activating blood during chemotherapy.
