Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2017;30(7):834-835
The work of blood donation has its own characteristics, including high demand of the blood quality and safety, the limited period of blood validity, blood donation is not a necessary behavior of the people、the particularity of blood donation publicity and so on.We are now facing the downward trend of blood donation, the employees'quality is not high enough, the fragility of blood donation and so on.In facing of the difficulties,we should start from our own, clear our thinking, assume the responsibilities and with the rigorous attitude,at the same time we should steadfastly promote the blood donation publicity.
2.Effects of Xiaofeng Powder on IL-4,IFN-? and sIL-2R in Delayed Hypersensitivity
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(04):-
Objective To study the effects of Xiaofeng Powder on IL-4,IFN-? and sIL-2R in delayed hypersensitivity and to explore the mechanism of treatment. Methods The mice model of allergic contact dermatitis was formed by DNCB. The effect of Xiaofeng Powder on ear swelling and leukocyte counts of the model mice were observed. The serum levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4),interferon-gamma (IFN-?) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) of the mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Xiaofeng Powder could inhibit ear swellings and obviously reduced the total amount of leucocytes. Xiaofeng Powder could heighten IL-4 level and reduce the level of IFN-?,sIL-2R. Conclusion Xiaofeng Powder has the function of inhibiting delayed hypersensitivity. The mechanism of treatment may be related to inhibiting the total amount of leucocytes, regulating cell factor and receptor.

Objective To investigate a safe, highly efficient and rapid skin expansion method. Methods Syringe pump and pump control of automatic (PCA) replacemented normal affusion were used with shorter and vertical skin professional jargon for continuous and constant pressure skin expansion. Twenty cases (23 expanders) were carried out in this way. Results The maximum area of defect was 16 cm?20 cm, and the minimum area of defect was 3 cm?3 cm. The expanders were used for 18 days and the volume of expanders were 40-900 ml . It was more rapidly than normal affusion. There were no more complications except a case of expander leakage, and others expressed their satifactions Conclusion This modification of the skin expansion is a safe, comfortable, convenient to carry with. It is worth recommendation.

Abstract?AIM:To compare the loss of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer ( RNFL ) thickness measurements by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography ( SD -OCT ) in healthy individuals and glaucoma patients with or without progression.? METHODS: A total of 60 eyes, comprising 36 glaucomatous eyes with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) and 24 healthy controls, were included in the study over a 2-year period. All eyes underwent at least 4 serial RNFL measurements performed by Cirrus OCT every half a year over a period of 2a.Visual field ( VF) testing was performed by using the Swedish interactive threshold algorithm( SITA) Standard 30-2 program of the Humphrey field analyzer within the same week as the optic disc/RNFL photography. By masked comparative analysis of VF test results and optic disc/RNFL photographs, the eyes were classified into non -progressive and progressive glaucoma cases. Longitudinal loss of RNFL thickness was compared.?RESULTS: The mean follow-up time was 2.1 ±0.3a. Seventeen from 36 subjects were identified as progressors. Mean rates of change in average RNFL thickness were significantly higher for progressors compared with nonprogressors (2.46μm/a vs.1.21μm/a;P <0.001 ). Inferior quadrant RNFL thickness were significantly correlated with MD reduction in glaucoma eyes with progression(r=0.423, P=0.03).? CONCLUSION: Longitudinal measurements of RNFL thickness using SD-OCT show a pronounced reduction in patients with progression compared with patients without progression.Inferior RNFL thickness parameters might be more important in discriminating eyes with progressive glaucomatous optic nerve damage.
7. Influence of nutritional status at birth on development of metabolic syndrome in adulthood: An advance
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(2):196-199
Aging as a global problem is intensifying with the development of economy; reducing the chronic diseases in the elderly and improving the life quality of the whole population are a study focus of medical researchers of today. The changes of cells, tissues, and organs in adults are not reversible to different extents. Fetal origin hypothesis believes malnutrition early in life is closely associated with the metabolic syndrome in adults, and if measures is taken at early stage of life, it may reduce or avoid a series of disease in adults. This paper reviews the association of malnutrition at early stage of life with metabolic syndrome (obesity, hyperglycemia, hypertension, and hyperlipemia) in adults.
