1.The usage of low dose of cholestyramine in the preoperotive preparation in hyperthyroidism
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of lowdose of cholestyramine in the preoperotive preparation in hyperthroidism(HT).Methods:Sixty-seven patients with HT were randomly and double blindedly divided into group A and group B,the former were give low dose of cholestyramine and thioureas, the latter were given tapazole(MMI)and Logul's liquid.Four weeks later, the level of TH and basic metabolism rate(BMR)were comparised between two groups. Results:The level of FT3,FT4,BMR,and the preoperotive preparation time were significantly priorier than those of group B(P0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that lowdose of(cholestyramine is beneficial for the preoperotive preparation in HT.
2.The expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor and Periostin in floor-of-mouth squamous cancer and its clinical significance
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;(6):27-29
Objective To investigate the mRNA expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) and Periostin in floor-of-mouth squamous cancer and explore its clinical significance. Methods Cancer tissues of 64 floor-of-mouth squamous cancer patients were enrolled as observation group, and the adjacent normal tissues were collected as control group. The mRNA expressions of VEGFR and Periostin were detected by fluorescent quantitation PCR analysis. Results The mRNA expressions of VEGFR and Periostin in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (0.514 ±0.142 vs.0.204 ± 0.086 and 0.502 ± 0.125 vs.0.184 ± 0.064,P < 0.01).The mRNA expressions of VEGFR and Periostin had no significantly related with gender, and they were significantly related with histological grade, lymphatic metastasis and clinical pathologic stage (P < 0.05).The mRNA expression of VEGFR was significantly positive related with the mRNA expressions of Periostin in floor-of-mouth squamous cancer tissues (r =0.624,P <0.01).Conclusions VEGFR and Periostin maybe play a key role in the development of floor-of-mouth squamous cancer, and be used as the markers for estimating the degree of differentiation of floor-of-mouth squamous cancer.

6.Effects of propofol on cognitive function in type 2 diabetic rats
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2017;33(9):904-908
Objective To explore the effects and mechanism of propofol on cognitive function of type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Ten of fifty adult male SD rats were fed with basic diet and allocated to control group.Another forty rats were fed with high sugar and high fat for 8 weeks and composite intraperitoneal injection of 1% streptozotocin (STZ)to establish model and then divided into four groups:diabetes group;low dose, middle dose and high dose of propofol group (diabetic rats were given intraperitoneal injection of 1% propofol 10,30,75 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 5 consecutive days). The cognitive functions were examined by Morris water maze from the first day after intraperitoneal injec-tion with propofol. The hippocampus were isolated for observing histopathologic alterations by HE staining and for the determinations of SOD,MDA,CAT,GSH and GSH-PX by colorimetry. Western blot was used to detect the expression of AGEs and RAGE.Results Compared to the control group, there was an obvious increased escape latent period, decreased the frequency of crossing platform, increased hippocampal neurons damage and MDA,decreased levels of SOD, CAT,GSH and GSH-PX,as well as the protein levels of AGEs and RAGE in diabetes group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference between diabetes group and low dose propofol of group on behavior ability and detection index. However, middle dose and high dose of propofol group showed more serious cognitive dysfunction, aggravated hippocampal neurons cells loss, increased oxidative stress as well as enhanced expression of AGEs and RAGE (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Multiple given sedative or anesthetic doses of propofol can aggravate the cognitive dysfunction and oxidative stress in type 2 diabetic rats, which may be related to increase the expression of AGEs and RAGE in brain tis-sue.
7.Effect of exogenous transforming growth factor-beta 2(TGF-?_2) and bone morphogenetic protein 2(BMP_2) and allografts bone on radius defects healing of experimental rabbits
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(09):-
[Objective]To investigate the effect of exogenous TGF-?2and BMP2 and allografts bone on radius defects.[Method]The model of adult rabbit radius defects was made and treated with TGF-?2 and BMP2 respectively or in combination and allografts bone in the radius defects.A group:BMP2 and allografts bone.B group:autogenous bone.C group:TGF-?2 and allografts bone.D group:BMP2 and TGF-?2 and allografts bone.Fracture healing was evaluated in different time by radiograph, biomechanical tests, measurement of the bone mineral density and calcium content in callus.[Result]The results of B group excelledthose of A,C,D group in aspects of calcium content in callus, the ability of radius defects and biomechanical strength of bone(P
8.Application of Early Enteral Nutrition on Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2008;0(08):-
Objective To discuss the feasibility and safety of early enteral nutrition (EN) on treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and its influence. Methods The advancement about application of early EN on treatment of SAP in recent years were reviewed. Results In patients with SAP, early EN via catheter placed in the jejunum could protect the integrity of intestinal barrier and reduce infectious complications. But no consensus had been reached about the starting time, ingredient and infusion mode yet. Conclusion Early EN may have positive effects on treatment of SAP, but further researches are still needed.
10.Oxaliplatin Combined with Paclitaxel and Fluorouracil for Advanced Colorectal Cancer: Clinical Observation

China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of oxaliplatin combined with paclitaxel and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.METHODS: 189 cases with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: Group A(n=94) received oxaliplatin combined with paclitaxel and fluorouracil, and Group B(n=95) to receive oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil. Both groups were treated with 3 cycles(21 days in every cycle).RESULTS: The total effective rate in Group A was 54.3% versus 40.0% in Group B;and the toxicity in Group A was less severe than in Group B(P
