1.Clinical Study of Bushen-Yiqi-Huayu Capsule in The Treatment of Vascular Dementia
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen-Yiqi-Huayu capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods 58 cases who diagnosed with vascular dementia,Chinese Traditional Medicine fine for the gas deficiency and blood stasis,Tanzu patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group with 30 patients(oral Bushen-Yiqi-Huayu capsule); control group with 28 cases (oral Piracetam tablet),Treatment course three-months. Results The total effective rate was 86.7 percent, compared with the control group (total effective rate 60.8%), and the difference was significant (P

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway on mechanical ventilation effect of ARDS patients. Methods 59 ARDS patients with mechanical ventilation from June 2008 to December 2010 were randomly divided into the observation group (30 cases)and the control group (29 cases). The control group used the traditional care model, conventional mechanical ventilation monitoring, treatment and care according to routine measures; the observation group used clinical nursing pathway. The mechanical ventilation time, complication rate of mechanical ventilation, and the gratification level of patients in the two groups of patients were observed. Results The mechanical ventilation time in the observation group was less than the control group, and incidence of complications was lower, and satisfaction degree of patients and their families was better, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The clinical nursing pathway can shorten the time of mechanical ventilation, lower incidence of complications of mechanical ventilation, and it improves satisfaction degree of patients and their families.

24 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with interleukin-2 activated human peripheral blood lymphocytes (IAPBL). 23 patients served as control. The results showed that HBeAg disappeared in 54.2% of IAPBL group, in comparison with 17.4% of the controls (P

Objective To understand the cognition of patients with anxiety disorder and their inner experience and disease, and provide reference and basis for making more perfect health education. Methods A group of 38 patients with hospitalized anxiety were interviewed by collective focus interview. The interview was conducted by using the team skill training model to create a pleasant atmosphere. Results Five subjects of periods were identified, including the denial period of disease, the period of inner pain, the period of worrying about side effects of drugs, and the expectation period of disease cure. Conclusions The lack of awareness of disease and the desire for disease-related knowledge are very urgent. Through this study, we understand the psychological characteristics and needs of some patients with anxiety, and explore a set of patients who are suitable for anxiety of the mission model to provide some reference.

Objective:To investigate the ultrasonographic features and evolution of thyroid shrinking nodules in order to improve the differential diagnosis and management strategy and avoid unnecessary biopsy. Methods:A total of 245 patients with old bleeding of benign thyroid nodules diagnosed via fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) from May 2015 to July 2020 in the southern part of the Shanghai General Hospital Affiliated to the Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University, including 263 nodules. The sonographic parameters such as size, shape, aspect ratio, echo, edge, boundary, periphery, halo, calcification, posterior echo enhancement and posterior acoustic attenuation of nodules were analyzed retrospectively, and the ultrasonic appearances of nodules were classified; 41 nodules from 40 patients, who did ultrasound examinations more than twice and had both complete ultrasonographic data, were compared and then classified in order to explore the evolution rules of the nodules. Results:Two hundred and sixty-three thyroid shrinking nodules in 245 cases were classified into 4 types: "cystic wall shrinkage sign" type(71.48%, 188/263), "carcinoma-like" type (22.05%, 58/263), "inflammation-like" type(3.04%, 8/263) and "undefined atypical solid nodules" type(3.42%, 9/263). Of the 41 consecutive follow-up nodules, 37 cases showed obvious cystic wall shrinkage sign, and 7 of them developed into "carcinoma-like" type and 6 cases into "inflammation-like" type. Conclusions:The ultrasonographic appearance of thyroid shrinking nodules is a dynamic process, which can be divided into 4 types: "cystic wall shrinkage sign" , "carcinoma-like" , "inflammation-like" and "undefined atypical solid nodules" types. The "cystic wall shrinkage sign" type is typical and common. The "cystic wall shrinkage sign" type can develope into the "carcinoma-like" type or the "inflammation-like" type.
