Objective To investigate the effect of somatostatin on pancreatic blood flow and pancreatic function on the patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 120 patients with acute pancreatitis from March 2015 to March 2017 were collected, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given routine treatment, at the basis of this, the observation group were given somatostatin.octreotide 0.6 mg was dripped into intravenous continuously, and was reducted to 0.3 mg, continuous treatment for 7 d.The changes of blood flow and the curative effect of pancreas were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 96.67%(58/60)in the treatment group and 80.00%(48/60)in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood flow(BF), blood volume(BV)and capillary surface permeability(PS)between the two groups before treatment.1 and 7 days after treatment, BF, BV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the levels of PS were significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, the differences of(CP), insulin(INS), glucagon(GLU), serum lipase(LIP), amylase(AMY)and trypsinogen-2(TPS)were measured in the two groups were not statistically significant.1 and 7 days after treatment, CP and INS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and GLU, LIP, AMY and TPS-2 were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion It has a protective effect on pancreatic blood flow and function which somatostatin was used in the treatment of the patients with acute pancreatitis, it can improve the overall state of pancreas, and has significant therapeutic effect.

Objective To evaluate the performance verification of Mindary BC5390 hematology analyzer .Methods According to requirement of CLSI documents ,the precision ,accuracy ,linearity ,carryover were evaluated .Results The background counts all met the designed requirements of manufacturer .Precision ,accuracy ,linearity of the WBC ,RBC ,PLT ,Hb ,HCT ,MCV were good and the contamination carrying rates were low .Except for basophils ,the classification of leukocyte was well correlated with the artificial microscopy classification(r2 >0 .95) .Conclusion The BC5390 is a ideal automated hematology analyzer which has high precision and accuracy ,wide linearity ,low contamination carrying rate ,and it can be used for the blood samples analysis .

Objective To investigate the distribution, isolation and culture of the epidermal stem cells from rats. Methods Immnohistochemical methods were used to confirm the location of the epidermal stem cells. The skin of neonatal rats were dissociated into single cells by dispaseⅡ and trypsin solution,the rapidly adherent cells to collgenⅣ were cultured with KSFM,and those no rapidly adherent cells were regarded as control. Immunohistology and flow cytometry were conducted to identify the epidermal stem cells. Results ? 6-integrin and K15 were expressed in the basal layer cells and hair follicle bulge cells, while the CD71 was negative negatively expressed. CD34 were expressed in the hair follicle bulge cells while not in the basal layer cells. The epidermal stem cells isolated by collgenⅣ had higher colony forming efficiency. Immunocytochemical staining showed that ? 6-integrin and K15 were strongly expressed in the cultured epidermal stem cells. Flow cytometry indicated that 84% cultured epidermal stem cells were expressed ? 6-integrin. Conclusion The epidermal stem cells of rats are located at the basal layer of epidermis and the hair follicle bulge.

Objective To study the effects of Bis(maltolato) oxovanadium(BMOV) on renal structure of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) and its mechanism.Methods Thirty-six SHRs were divided into three groups at random: blank group,Nifedipine group and BMOV group.The light microscope and electron microscope were used to examine the pathologic changes of the kidney in rats.Results The rat glomerular mesangial expansion was found and the lumen of glomeruler capillary nearly closed in bland group,while in BMOV group the pathological changes mentioned above were unobvious.Conclusion BMOV may have protective effects on kidney in SHRs.

Objective To evaluate the effect of caffeine citrate on oxygen metabolism in brain and intestine in premature infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS).Methods Preterm infants aged 30-34 weeks with NRDS admitted in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center during May 2015 and April 2016 were enrolled.They were administrated with maintainance dose of caffeine citrate at the 2nd day after birth.The oxygen metabolism in brain and intestine 1 h before,during and after the administration were recorded by near infrared spectroscopy.Results The cerebral oxygen saturation (ScO2) showed a less significant change before,during and after treatment.While a marked increase was seen in intestinal oxygen saturation (SsO2) during and after caffeine citrate administration,as well as the change of SsO2/ScO2 than before.SsO2/ScO2 was dramatical higher in infants with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP) than in those with incubator oxygen supply and mechanical ventilation during and after caffeine citrate treatment than before.Conclusion Caffeine citrate may improve the delivery of oxygen and may increase the oxygenation in local tissues for preterm infants with NRDS,especially for infants with nCPAP.

Objective To explore the anti-tumor effect and the influence of antitumor immunity of PD-L1/PD-1 blocked by PD-1 antibody combined with cisplatin. Methods Tumor models were established by injecting TC-1 cells into C57BL/6 mice, and the mice were divided into four groups (n = 4). The tumor growth curves and survival curves were drawn to observe the anti-tumor effect. The tumors were then removed; and the PD-L1 and CD8+ T cells were analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Results The anti-tumor effect was greater in the cisplatin group , PD-1 antibody group , and PD-1 antibody plus cisplatin group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Expression of PD-L1 in the tumor tissues was markedly increased in the cisplatin group and it was obviously decreased in the combination group (P < 0.05). CD8+ T cells decreased in the cisplatin group; and expression of CD8+ T cells was significantly increased the combination group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The anti-tumor effect and anti-tumor immunity of cisplatin are enhanced by blocking PD-L1/PD-1 pathway with PD-1 antibody.

OBJECTIVETo explore the intergrating of N-isopropyl oxamate and serum protein and establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection method of N-isopropyl oxamate (specific inhibitor of testis-specific lactate dehydrogenase (LDH-C4)) in the blood of plateau pikas.

METHODSTwenty highland pika 150-200 g, were randomly divided into two groups (n = 10): control group and inhibitor group. Different concentrations of N-isopropyl oxamate were added to examine the intergrating of N-isopropyl oxamate and serum protein. In order to determine its concentration in the pika blood accurately, we used the method of adding trypsin to incubate the serum first, followed by trichloroacetic acid treatment and detecting by HPLC. Results: When the concentrations of N-isopropyl oxamate in the pika serum were added to 0.05 mmol/L, 0.1 mmol/L, 1 mmol/L, 10 mmol/L, 16.7 mmol/L, 33.3 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L, the intergrating rates between N-isopropyl oxamate and plateau pika serum were 100%, 100%, 100%, 86.84%, 54.11%, 40.10% and 20.18%, respectively. The method established in this paper was good on recovery rates, precision and stability. A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.0125-0.25 mmol/L. When the concentrations of N-isopropyl oxamate in the serum were added to 0. 15 mmol/L,0.3 mmol/L and 1 mmol/L, the recovery rates were 98.05%, 98.98% and 98.12%, respectively; the precision relative standard deviation( RSD) of concentrations were 1.17%, 0.92% and 0.83%, respectively; the stability relative standard deviation (RSD) of concentrations were 1.38%, 1.40% and 0.88%, respectively. The repeatability RSD of the method was 1.76%. Quantitative limit was 0.0125 mmol/L.

CONCLUSIONN-isopropyl oxamate has a strong affinity with plateau pika serum protein that can't be accurately determined with common HIPLC method. It can be accurately determined in the blood by adding trypsinto digest the serum protein first, followed by adding trichloroacetic acid to precipitate the protein.

Among the patients with 46-65 year old has the highest percentage of diseased; admission to general outpatient clinic is the most; the most common medical payment is medicare; combined disease such as hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease is more common; early treatment effect of herpes zoster is better than the sequelae; summer and autumn solar term patients is hospitalized more, TCM syndrome is damp heat of liver fire; about drugs, western medicine is the most commonly used vitamin B1 and mecobalamin, traditional Chinese medicine is the most frequently used Danhong injection, combination therapy with promoting blood circulation drugs and neurotrophic drugs. Thus, herpes zoster, more common in elderly patients, with no obvious relationship between solar term, should be early diagnosis and early treatment, often with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine treatment.
