Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(7):66-71
The use of literature novelty assessment reports in medical researchers of Guizhou Province and its in-fluencing factors were investigated with questionnaires combined with interview, and measures were put forward for improving the use and level of literature novelty assessment reports, and service for scientific research.
2.Study on the Interface of Ti-porcelain Fused Under Different Nanomateria
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective This study was made to observe the effect of different surface treatment pure titanium on bond strengt of pure titanium and porcelain, and find the mechanism as basisi of clinic use. Methods Dental pure titanium(TA2) was choosen as material, before applied for porcelain the rest groups were treat as followings:the metal substrate surface was smeared with Nano-scale material(nano-SiO2,nano-gold and nano-palladium particles), compared with control group ,and find the change of bond strengt. The change of bond strengt in the Ti-porcelain interface area were observed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA) respectively. Results Before applied for porcelain, the metal substrate surface was smeared with nano-SiO2 and nano-gold particles,we acquired a positive effect to increase the bonding strength, while using nano-palladium particles has a negativee ffect. Conclusion The bonding strength was enhanced when the metal substrate surface was smeared with nano-SiO2 before applied for porcelain,so we adviced that it should be used in practice as a try.

4.Effect of Nerve Growth Factor on Expression of Caspase-3 in Hippocampus of Rats with Seizures Induced by Kainic Acid
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on Caspase-3 expression in hippocampus of epileptic rats induced by kainic acid(KA) and explore the protective effect and mechanisms of NGF on the epileptic neurocytes. Methods Sixty healthy rats aged 21 to 30 days were randomly divided into 3 groups, each of which included 20 rats.Rats in group A were treated with 9 g?L-1 sodium, rats in group B were treated with KA,rats in group C were treated with KA and NGF.Concentration of KA was 2 g?L-1 diluted by 9 g?L-1 sodium;KA was injected into rats in group B and group C,intraperitoneally. Then state of seizure was recorded, and EEG and pathological section were performed.Five rats in each group were sacrificed by perfusion with paraform respectively at 6 hour,on the 1st day,on the 3rd day after injection of KA.Specimen was sampled and made into frozen section.Expression of Caspase-3 in hippocampus of epileptic rats was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. And microscope image measuring and analysis instrument was used to analyze image of expression. Results Symptoms of seizure appeared 30 min after injection of KA.Seizure was proved by detection of EEG and pathological section.Expressions of Caspase-3 detected by immunohistochemistry in group C decreased at every time spot were higher than those in group B,and the defferences between 2 groups had statistically significant(Pa

Objective To observe the effect and safety of hemabat(H)on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section and after cesarean section in high risk pregnant women. Methods Four hundred and sixty-nine pregnant women with high hemorrhagic risk factors including twin pregnancy, polyhydramnios, fetal macrosomia, placenta previa were planned cesarean section.A total of 457 pregnant women were divided into 3 groups by operation indications. There were 239 cases of fetal macrosomia,145 cases of twin pregnancy and polyhydramnios, and 73 cases of placenta previa.Three kinds of hysterotonics were used randomly in each group.Group oxytocin(O):20 U oxytocin injected into the uterine plus 20 U oxytocin intravascularly,152 women;Group oxytocin+hemabate(O+H):20 U oxytocin and 250?g hemabat injected into the uterine,192 women;group H:250 p,g hemabat, injected into the uterine,125 women. The amount of bleeding during the operation and within 2-hour after delivery were measured. The side effect of each group was observed. Results The amount of bleeding during cesarean section in group O was(445?262)ml,in group O+H(33?218)ml,and in group H(375?265)ml.There was an extremely significant difference between group O and group O+H(P

Morus alba L. (mulberry) is a well-known deciduous tree, belonging to the genus of Morus of Moraceae famlily. Its leaves, twigs, roots (bark) and fruits are widely used in the traditional Chinese medicine. The active constituents of mulberry contained flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, coumarins, with the significant hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, antihypertension, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-tumor and immunomodulatory activities. This review summarized the research progress of the major pharmacological activity, pharmacokinetics and drug-drug interaction based on CYPs and transporters of mulberry and its active constituents.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(11):1951-1955
Multi-target drugs can simultaneously adjust multiple links of the disease network. Despite the higher efficacy and lower toxicity caused by single targets, multi-target drugs become ideal drugs for treating complicated diseases as well the main direction of drug R & D. By virtue of their structural diversity, higher multi-target activity and lower toxicity, natural products become an important source for developing multi-target drugs. Computer-aided drug design (CADD) is a commonly used multi-target drug R&D method, which mainly includes virtual screening and pharmacophore design. In this paper, the authors made a systematical analysis and discussed the prospects and advantages of various methods for multi-target drug R&D with natural products.
