AIM:To establish the method for quality control of Huisheng Diyidan Tablet(Eupolyphagea seu Steleophaga;Radix Angelicae sinensis,Sanguis Draconis,etc.). METHODS: Radix Angelicae sinesis,Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga,Chinnabaris,Moschus,Boswellia carterii were identified by microscope.Sanguis Draconis was identified by TLC,Pyritum was identified by general identified reaction;The content limitation of cinnabaris(HgS) was determined by titration.Ferulic acid content of Radix Angelicae sinensis was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Every part of the tablet was identified,the content limitation of cinnabaris(HgS) and ferulic acid content of Radix Angelicae sinensis were determined. CONCLUSION: The method showed that the characteristic for identification is distinct and highly specific,quantitative assay is simple,accurate,reliable and can be used for quality control of Huisheng Diyidan Tablet effectively.

Objective: To observe the influencing factors for efficiency of liposome-mediated transfection into human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC). Methods: Transferring HUVECs by distinct conditions,such as ratios of liposome and plasmid,densities of per well and different times of incubation,and transfection rates were observed and calculated by fluorescent microscope and flow cytometry. Results:⑴ When density of per well exceeded 2?l04 and times exceeded 4 hours,liposome-mediated transfection efficiency of endothelial cells decreased. ⑵With adding plasmid quality, transfection rates increased;while plasmid quality exceeded 1.0 ?g,in condition of 2?l04 per well and liposome volume 2 ?l, transfection efficiency reached the peak level. ⑶With adding liposome volume, transfection rates increased;while liposome volume was 8 ?l,in condition of 2?104 per well and plasmid quality 1 ?g, transfection efficiency was depressed.When ratios of liposome and plasmid were 1:6～1:8,the optimal transfection efficiency was 18.62%. Conclusion: Using optimal transfection parameter,we obtained the optimal transfection efficiency .

Neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction was closely related to postnatal growth retardation.Looking for an early specific indicator to reflect gastrointestinal function was important.Calprotectin was a calciumzinc binding protein mainly in human neutrophil granulocytes,which was the marker of acute inflammatory cell activation.Fecal calprotectin was expressed at high levels during the neonatal period and was significantly higher in the intestinal damage,which could be used as the marker of intestinal illnesses (such as feeding intolerance,neonatal diarrhea,necrotizing enterocolitis).This review will summarize the characteristics of fecal calprotectin in neonates and its clinical significance as a noninvasive marker of intestinal illnesses during the neonatal period.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of triclosan in combination with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic urticaria who were enrolled in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given desloratadine alone, and the observation group was treated with on the basis of the addition of compound glycyrrhizin tablets adjuvant therapy.compare the two groups of patients withThe short-term efficacy,the scores of 7 days urticaria activity,the laboratory indicators and the rate of follow-up recurrence were compared before and after treatment in two groups. Results The total effective rate (96.00％) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.00％) (P <0.05). After the treatment of 7days, the urticaria and itching score in the observation group [(0.79 ± 0.20), (0.65 ± 0.10)] were significantly lower than the control group [(1.54 ± 0.29), (1.29 ± 0.42)] (P<0.05). The levels of IL-4, IFN-γ and IgE in the observation group [(28.16 ± 4.10) pg / mL, (11.95 ± 3.05) pg / mL, (55.21 ± 11.37 g / L) were significantly higher than those in the control group[(35.40 ± 7.92) pg/mL,(7.23 ± 1.89) pg/mL, (73.75 ± 15.09) g/L] (P<0.05). The recurrence rate (10.00％, 18.00％) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (24.00％, 36.00％) (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic urticaria with cisplatin combined with compound glycyrrhizin can alleviate the symptoms of skin lesions, improve the level of related laboratory indicators and help to avoid long-term recurrence.

Objective:to investigate the status ofpatients with genitourinarytract infection caused byUreaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),and its drug susceptibility and resistance in Chongqing.Methods:The genitourinary tract samples from 8 494 doubtful patients with mycoplasma infection were cultured and the susceptibility of the disease to 10 routine antibiotics was measured by mycoplasma cultivation,identification and drug susceptibility integration kit.Results:In the results of mycoplasma cultivation of 8 494 doubtful cases,2 735 cases were positive(32.2%),and 2 239 of them were simple Uu infection(26.4%),and 29 cases were simple Mh infection(0.3%)and 467 cases were double infection(5.5%).The results ofsusceptibilitytest showed that the sensitivityofUu toMinocycline,Deoxycycline,Clarithromycin,Azithromycin,JosamycinandRoxithromycinwas96.4%,95.4%,94.4%,87.1%,74.2%,and 73.3%,respectively,but tospectinomycin was 6.5%.Otherwise,the sensitivityofMh toDeoxycycline,Minocycline,Josamycin and Lincomycin was 100%,96.6%,96.6%,86.2% respectively,but toRoxithromycin,Azithromycin,Clarithromycin was 0%,0%,3.4% respectively.The double infection was the most sensitive to Minocycline and Deoxycycline,then to Josamycin,and the sensitivity was 92.1%,89.7% and 61.2%,respectively,but the sensitivityofittoRoxithromycin,Azithromycin,Clarithromycin,andSpectinomycinwas3.9%,5.2%,8.6%,and9.4%respectively.Conclusion:Mycoplasma is one of the main pathogen in genitourinary tract non-gonococcus inflammation,especially Uu infection.The therapy of mycoplasma infection should depress the production ofdrugresistant strain bythe reasonable adoption ofantibiotics accordingtothe results of susceptibilitytest.
