The use of literature novelty assessment reports in medical researchers of Guizhou Province and its in-fluencing factors were investigated with questionnaires combined with interview, and measures were put forward for improving the use and level of literature novelty assessment reports, and service for scientific research.

Objective To investigate the bacterial spectrum changes and characteristics of drug resistance of patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and to guide clinical proper use of antibiotics medicine .Methods Clinical specimens of 50 patients with SAP were analyzed including sputum ,blood , urine ,central venous catheter ,bile ,et al .Bacterial strains were regularly isolated and drug sensitivity test was made by disc diffusion method .Chi-square test was performed for statistical analysis .Results One hundred and fifty-six bacterial strains were isolated .The number of strains isolated from the sputum , blood ,pancreas and abdominal cavity ,bile ,urine tract ,surgical incision ,oral secretion was 51 ,37 ,24 , 23 ,11 , 8 and 2 , respectively . The most common bacterial strains were Acinetobacter baumannii , Escherichia coli ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus f aecium ,the number of strains was 30 ,21 , 20 and 14 ,respectively .The drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to imipenem and meropenem was no less than 90% .The drug resistance rate to cefoperazone/sulbactam was lower ,but still over 60% . The drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli to penicillins ,majority of cephalosporins and quinolones was over 90% . The drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to partial cephalosporins was high (90% ) ,and the drug resistance rate to imipenem was also up to 65% . T he drug resistance rate of Enterococcus faecium to penicillin G and quinolones was up to 100% . No Enterococcus resistant to tigecycline ,vancomycin and linezolid was found .The infection rate of patients received invasive operation was higher than that of patients received no invasive operation .Conclusions The main bacteria of patients with SAP complicated with infection was Gram-negative bacteria ,which has high drug resistance .The common locations of infection were respiratory tract ,blood ,abdominal cavity ,biliary system and urinary tract .The infection in respiratory tract and blood may be related with invasive medical operations .

Tumor neovascularization and vasculogenic mimicry are two important angiogenesis pathways, which play an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of breast cancer. TCM has confirmed efficacy in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. In recent years, research on inhibition of tumor angiogenesis is also gradually in-depth. This article reviewed the progress of TCM in the dual pathways of breast cancer angiogenesis and its mechanism, and provided references for clinical medication and research and development of new medicine.

Lymphocyte chemiluminescence (Ly-CL) is one of the early events involved in the activation of lymphocytes. This CL is thought to be result ed from the reactive oxygen species (O_2, H_2 O_2, OH, 'O_2) produced by the lymphocytes, the consequent oxidation of luminol and emission of light. In this paper we investigated the experimental condition for ConA-induced human peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) CL by using orthogonal design. The effects of new born calf serum (NCS), bovine serum albumin (BSA), temperature and time of cell storage on CL were also studied. The results show that the optimal condition of Ly-CL assay was 1.0 ml PBL suspension (1.4 ? 10~6 cell/ml ), 0.2 ml Luminol solution ( 7 ? 10~(-4)M) and 0.2 ml ConA ( 700 ?g /ml ). The isolated PBL were suspended in phenol red-free Hanks solution containing 0.1% BSA and can be kept for 2 hr at 4℃ before being used without adversely affecting cell viability and CL.

Architectural environment is being paid more and more attention, especially the indoor air environment. With the development of architecture, the problem caused by sick building will become a hotspot of research. There are many measures to lower the concentration of indoor toxic gases and avoid sick building syndrome. This paper concretely analyzes the kinds of contaminants affecting the indoor air quality expounds the measures to improve indoor air quality, and points out the research direction of purifying indoor air.

Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on cervical surface electromyographic signals and explore the mechanism of its action on cervical muscle fatigue in patients with cervical spondylosis.Method All enrolled patients with cervical spondylosis received electroacupuncture treatment. Surface electromyography was performed in the patients before and after the first and one course of electroacupuncture treatment. An evaluation was made using a short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire before and after one course of electroacupuncture treatment. Pre- and post-treatment surface electromyographic RMS values and questionnaire scores were statistically analyzed and compared within the group.Result There were statistically significant differences in cervical erector spinae and upper trapezius RMS values during head lateral flexion and backward extension between before and after the first or one course of treatment (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the questionnaire sub-scores between before and after one course of treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can markedly reduce cervical muscle fatigue in patients with cervical spondylosis. Surface electromyography as a noninvasive and objective evaluation method has a broad application prospect.

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of pharyngeal treatment machine (PTM) combined resuscitating acupuncture (RA) on patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods: A total of 98 stroke patients with dysphagia were selected.According to random number table, they were randomly and equally divided into pure pharyngeal treatment group (received pure PTM therapy based on routine treatment) and combined treatment group (received RA based on pure pharyngeal treatment group).Video fluorography (VFG) score and swallow-quality of life (SWAL-QOL) score before and after treatment, and total effective rate were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results: Compared with before treatment, there was significant rise in VFG score, and significant reduction in SWAL-QOL score in both groups after treatment, P<0.01 all;compared with pure pharyngeal treatment group after treatment, there was significant rise in VFG score [(5.46±2.04) scores vs.(6.54±2.75) scores], and significant reduction in SWAL-QOL score [(741.33±25.92) scores vs.(632.54±26.77) scores] in combined treatment group, P=0.032, 0.001 respectively.Total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of pure pharyngeal treatment group (93.88% vs.75.51%), P=0.014.Conclusion: Compared with pure pharyngeal treatment machine, pharyngeal treatment machine combined resuscitating acupuncture possesses better therapeutic effect for recovery of swallowing function, which is worth extending.

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation for the VX2 liver tumor near the hepatic main blood vessels of rabbits by using dosimetry and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and by analyzing path-ological changes and survival. Methods:Rabbits with VX2 liver tumor adjacent to the abdominal aorta were divided into the HIFU (n=32) and control groups (n=20). MRI-guided HIFU was employed for the ablation of the liver tumor in the HIFU group. The ablation vol-ume and the energy efficiency factor (EEF) of the 32 ablated rabbits were further analyzed. MRI and pathology were used to compare the changes in the tumor before and after HIFU. The survival of the animals in the HIFU and control groups was also determined. Re-sults: Both pathology and imaging showed that the rabbit liver VX2 tumor adjacent to the abdominal aorta was completely ablated, with an EEF of (25.72±11.40) J/mm3. The survival rate was significantly higher in the HIFU group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: HIFU ablation is safe and effective in rabbit VX2 liver tumor near the abdominal aorta. This approach significantly in-creases survival.

Background and purpose:This study was to investigate the effect of miRNA-486 on the growth of human colorectal cancer cell line SW620 xenograft in nude mice and to explore the possible mechanism of action. Methods:Eighteen mice were randomly divided into three groups, including the experimental group, the negative control group and the blank control group. Each group contained 6 mice. The SW620 cell line was inoculated subcutaneously into nude mice to establish the model of human colorectal cancer xenografts. Peritumoral injection of miRNA-486 overexpres-sion plasmid, or blank vector and PBS were performed every 3 days. The volumes of subcutaneous tumors in each group of inoculated mice were compared. Then mice were sacrificed 3 weeks after infection. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to measure the expression of neuropilin-2 (NRP2).Results:The growth rate of tumors in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the negative control group and the blank control group. After 21 days, the size of transplanted tumors in the experimental group nude mice was (0.32±0.12) cm3, that in the negative control group was (0.77±0.31) cm3, and that in blank control group was (0.82±0.18) cm3. Tumor mass in the experimental group was sig-nificantly smaller than that in the other two groups (P=0.006<0.05). Tumor mass in the experimental group was (0.40±0.08) g, significantly smaller than that in the negative control group (0.75±0.18) g and in the blank control group (0.79±0.18) g (P=0.008<0.05). Compared with the expression of NRP2 in other groups, the growth of tumor in the experimental group de-clined (P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion:Colorectal cancer cell line SW620 xenografted tumor in nude mice can be suppressed after injection of miR-486, which may decrease the expression of NRP2.
