1.Theoretical Research on Disease Pricing for Medical Service in China
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(11):60-62
Objective: To propose essential thought for the disease pricing and to provide theoretical and methodological references for promoting disease pricing in China. Methods: Utilizing literature research method and theoretical deduction method are used to comb and analyze the theory of disease pricing theory. Results: On the basis of the research for disease cost calculation, key process of pricing like disease groups is proposed, benchmark disease and relative weight of diseases price and draws into degree of risk factors and technical difficulties. At the same time, it proposes the manipulation of cases outside the lines and pricing adjustment system. Conclusion: The research is scientific, prospective and innovative.
2.Reflections on establishing a medical quality and cost reporting system in the hospital
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(01):-
Through an analysis of the establishment of a medical quality and cost reporting system, the paper argues that quality management in the hospital is an eternal theme and that full awareness and high regard of quality management-related costs together with an effective control of them is an important guarantee for gaining advantages amidst quality competition.

Chinese Health Economics 2014;(2):60-62
Objective: To construct the supervision index system operated in public hospitals based on artificial neural network, provide references for implementing the supervision of public hospital operation. Methods: To integrate qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, integrate site investigation and mathematical model. Through literature analysis and decide index by expert consultation, collect index data of 118 hospitals, construct the neural network model and calculate the index weight. Results: 7 indexes, such as proportion of medicine income in business income, debt ratio, doctors and nurses ratio and the weights of these indexes are concerned. There is no significant difference between the measure value and actual value by using this index system. Conclusion: The index system given by this analysis has higher reliability and validity.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(6):547-552
Based on the performance management theories and methods, the factors affecting clini-cal teachers' teaching motivation were analyzed in domestic university affiliated hospitals. In consideration of the functional position of university affiliated hospitals and the responsibilities of clinical teachers, the Delphi, KPI and other methods were used to identify key index and respective weight of teaching perfor-mance evaluation, therefore the teaching performance evaluation system including teaching load, teaching quality and teaching capacity in three dimensions were constructed. Then this index system was applied to a university affiliated hospital as an example to verify its feasibility, scientificity and effectiveness. Further-more, the evaluation system was embedded to information platform of educational administration manage-ment, and was proved as a useful teaching performance information management tool that provided reference for hospital performance payment distribution, title evaluation and recommendation, and teaching awards evaluation at all levels, etc. Consequently, theoretical and methodological references were provided for improving clinical teachers' teaching enthusiasm.

Objective:To acquire the implementation effect of the neonatal Phenylketonuria(PKU)Screening Project in Dong-guan,and evaluate its economic effectiveness,so as to provide references for the prevention and control policies of genetic defects in newborns. Methods:Choosing PKU children born in Dongguan from January 2012 to December 2021(excluding BH4 deficien-cy)as the subjects, conduct the cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis on the prevention and treatment of PKU.The relevant data was gained from questionnaire surveys, statistical data, medical service prices of non-profit medical institutions in Dongguan, and relevant literature materials. Results:In the past 10 years,1 245 243 newboms were screened for PKU in Dongguan, the average screening rate is 93.32%.Among them,29 were diagnosed with PKU,with a positive rate of 1:42939.During continuous follow-up,23 cases were diagnosed.Among the 23 follow-up cases, only 1 had intelligence at the critical value, while the rest were normal. The total cost of screening is 29.728 7 million, and the total benefit is 14.239 9 million. The cost-effectiveness ratio is 102.51:1,the cost-benefit ratio is 1:4.79.Conclusion:Neonatal phenylketonuria(PKU)screening in Dongguan has significant social and economic benefits. It's necessary to continue and improve the screening work, especially the policy which can benefit the PKU's full life.
