Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment of 24 patients with hemor-rhagic moyamoya disease.Methods The clinical features of onset,bleeding location of the lesions and the type,ther-apeutic results of minimally invasive treatment were studied retrospectively.Results 24 patients with hemorrhagic moyamoya disease spontaneous intracerebral hematoma who need to acutely remove the hematoma were examined by CT angiography ( CTA) .Emergency minimal invasive puncture was performed according to the result of CTA,and the role of CTA in operation was analyzed.In all 24 patients,most of them were cerebral hemorrhage breaking into ventri-cles,5 cases with intracranial aneurysm.In all the hemisphere of hemorrhage,dilatation and abnormal branching of the AchA and P-CoM were observed in 9 patients,superficial temporal artery.Conclusion Minimally invasive treat-ment of hemorrhagic moyamoya disease scheme is simple,practical and effective,the maneuverability is strong.

Objective To explore relationships of expression of hypoxia?inducible factor?1α(HIF?1α), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and protein kinase B(P?Akt)with angiopoiesis and cell apoptosis. Methods Biopsy specimens were collected from skin lesions of 32 patients with lichen planus and normal skin of 20 patients with lipomyoma, and subjected to paraffin embedding. Immunohistochemical staining was performed to measure expression of HIF?1α, VEGF and P?Akt, and TUNEL technique was used to detect apoptosis of keratinocytes in these paraffin?embedded tissue sections. Microvessel density (MVD)was assessed by counting CD34?labeled vascular endothelial cells. Results HIF?1α, VEGF and P?Akt were moderately or strongly expressed in lichen planus lesions, but absent or weakly expressed in normal skin of controls, and the expression of HIF?1α, VEGF and P?Akt was significantly higher in the lichen planus group than in the control group (all P < 0.01). HIF?1α was mainly expressed in nuclei of keratinocytes, while VEGF and P?Akt were expressed in the cytoplasm of keratinocytes. In addition, the lichen planus group showed significantly increased MVD(21.27 ± 6.54 vs. 10.26 ± 1.10 microvessels/high?power(200 ×)field, t = 5.607, P < 0.01)and apoptosis rate of keratinocytes(72.81% ± 9.234% vs. 28.16% ± 3.464%, t = 8.431, P < 0.01) compared with the control group. Objective To investigate the activity changes of gelatinase in the formation of ascending aortic aneurysm.Methods Thirty five young Wistar rats were divided into two groups:the control group and the experiment group.The rat models induced by ascending aorta banding were made.The ascending aortas were taken after 3-5 months operation,changes of gelatinase activity was observed by gelatin zymography and film in situ zymography.Results Gelatinase activity of ascending aortic aneurysm was significantly increased compared with that of normal ascending aortic aorta.Conclusion Elevation of gelatinase activity may play a significant role in the formation of ascending aortic aneurysm.

Objective To explore the change of serum osteopontin levels in preoperative and postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinic significance.Methods The levels of serum osteopontin were detected by ELISA.Results In 88 NSCLC patients,serum osteopontin levels were significantly higher than in benign pulmonary disease and healthy control group(P＜0.05.P＜0.01.respectively) There was no difference between benign pulmonary disease and healthy control group(P＞0.05).Serum osteopontin levels were related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,and the levels of serum osteopontin were lower in postoperative patients than in preoperative cases(P＜0.05).For NSCLC.the detection of osteopontin had a sensitivity of 84.1%,a specificity of 92.5%,and an accuracy of 88.1%. Conclusion Increased serum levels of osteopontin may be useful as a helpful clinical biomarker to diagnose earlier,predict prognosis and differentiate from benign pulmonary disease.
