1.Analysis of 139 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Caused by Azithromycin
Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2007;0(05):-
Objective:To systematically analyze the ADRs caused by azithromycin, and provide references for its safe and rational meidication.Method:Based on the literature search in Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI) between 1994 and 2007,139 cases of adverse drug reactions caused by azithromycin were collected and analyzed.Result:The ADRs caused by azithromycin could be categorized into 7 types, and the most frequent one was allergy. Conclusion:Adverse reactions monitoring of azithromycin should be strengthened to ensure its safe and rational meidication.

International Eye Science 2014;(6):1037-1040
Neovascular glaucoma ( NVG ) is a kind of intractable eye disease with complex etiology, strong destruction and poor effect on treatment. Extensive retinal ischemia and hypoxia is the main etiology, and the key of treatment is early diagnosis, active prevention and taking effective measures to prevent the production of vascular endothelial growth factor. According to the related literature over recent years, the authors will discuss pros and cons for medical, surgical and combined treatment in this review.
3.Effects of rehabilitation training on the expression of S-100,GFAP and Nestin in the cortex of rats with cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(09):-
Objective To study the effect of rehabil it ation training on the expression of S-100, GFAP and Nestin in the cortex of cer ebrally infarcted rats. Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawle y rats were used. Experimental cerebral infarction was caused in all the rat s. 24 hours after the infarction, all the rats were randomly divided into 3 grou ps: a rehabilitation group, an immobiliaztion group and a control group. The rat s in the rehabilitation group were given balancing, grasping, rotating and walki ng exercises everyday, while those in the immobilization group were immobilized in cages. The rats in the control group was without any treatment. Immunohistoc hemical technique was used to detect the S-100, GFAP and Nestin expression at t he time points of 24 hours, 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after infarction, respectively. Results S-100, GFAP and Nestin expression were foun d around the infarcted cortex. The response increased as the extension of the su rviving time. The immunohistochemical reaction in rats in the rehabilitation gro up was stronger than that in the immobilization group. Conclusi on Rehabilitation training can activate astrocytes, which could impr ove the internal environment, protect the neurons and promote repairing of neuro n.
5.Effects of rehabilitation training on the expression of Fos in the central nervous system of rats with cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2001;23(1):7-10
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation training on the expression of Fos in the central nervous system(CNS) of rats with cerebral infarction. Methods 60 SD rats were made as cerebral infarction models and divided into 2 groups at random 24 hours later: rehabilitation group was given balancing, grasping, rotating and walking and other trainings everyday, while immobiligation group was fixed in cages. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the Fos expression 1 d, 7 d, 14 d, 21 d and 28 d after infarction respectively. Results Fos-positive immune reaction appeared in cortex, thalamus, hypothalamus, reticular form and posterior gray horn of the spinal cord of both groups .Rehabilitation group responded stronger than the immobilization group significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion Rehabilitation training can activate cortical neurons around the infarted focus and in its opposite side of the CNS, and thus promote the recovery of rats' motor functions.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the responses of neurons and astrocytes within rat′s spinal trigeminal nucleus(Sp5C) following nocuous pain stimulation induced by subcutaneous formalin injection into the unilateral upper lip. Methods By means of anti\|phospholipase(PLC),anti\|Fos protein and anti\|glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) immunohistochemical method, the distribution of reactive neurons and astrocytes in the Sp5C was observed at different time after formalin injection. Results No immunohistochemical staining was found in normal rat Sp5C.After formalin injection,PLC like immunoreaction(\|LI),Fos\|LI and GFAP\|LI were found in astrocytes while PLC\|LI and Fos\|LI in neurons. The labeled astrocytes and neurons showed similar distribution and close relationship.PLC\|LI and Fos\|LI were found earlier than that in neurons.Conclusion\ The results suggested that the astrocytes in the Sp5C might participate in pain modulation in CNS and actively regulate neuron′s function.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2B(LGMD2B).Methods The clinical data and the pathological result of skeletal muscle in five patients with LGMD2B were analyzed retrospectively. Results Five patients presented muscle atrophy and weakness(four limbs in three patients and both lower limbs in two patients),and the chronic onset, and the progressive deterioration. The pathological examination showed that the muscle fibers degenerating, necrotic and regenerating in different extents were observed, and the infiltration of inflammatory cells were appeared on all of cases.Immunohistochemical stains showed that the expression of anti-dysferlin monoclonal antibody was negative,anti-Dystrophy,Sarcoglycan and dystroglycan monoclonal antibodies were positive normaly,anti-CD8+T cell monoclonal antibody was negative, and anti-MHC-1 monoclonal antibody was up-regulated in five patients. Conclusions The clinical characters of LGMD2B are chronic onset, progressive muscle atrophy and weakness in four limbs or both lower limbs. The pathological characters of LGMD2B are similar to the changes of polymyositis.

In order to promote the Shenqifuzheng injection (SQFZ) clinical medication safety, this study reevaluate on SQFZ post marketing safety study systematically. Including multi center large sample registration type safety monitoring research, the analysis based on national spontaneous reporting system data, the analysis based on the 20 national hospital information system data and literature research. Above the analysis, it suggests that SQFZ has good security. The more adverse drug reaction (ADR) as allergic reactions, mainly involved in the damage of skin, appendages and its systemic damage, serious person can appear allergic shock. ADR/E is more common in the elderly, may be related to medication (tumor) populations. Early warning analysis based on SRS data and literature research are of the view that "phlebitis" has a strong association with SQFZ used.
