2.The Efficacy of Bupivacaine Combined with Midazolam Tramadol or Fentanyl on Patient-controlled Epidural Analgesia
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2000;16(9):444-446
Objective: To compare the efficacy of bupivacaine alone or combined with fentanyl, midazolam or tramadolduring PCEA. Methods:Sixty patients scheduled for abdominal hysterectomy under combined epidural and spinal anesthesiawere randomly divided into four groups. Group A received 0. 125 % bupivcaine, group B 0. 125 % bupivacaine + fentanyl(2.5tg/ml), group C 0.125 % bupivacaine + midazolam(0.5mg/ml), group D 0. 125 % bupivacaine + tramdol(3mg/ml).PCEA parameters were a loading dose of 6mi, a bolus dose of 3mi, a lockout interval of 30 min and continuous infusion of2ml/h. The total drug dosage was recorded for up to 24h after operation. The number of PCEA demand, visual analogue painscales(VAS), sedation scales, the incidence of nausea and vomiting, respiratory rate (RR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP)were measured at 4h, 8h, 12h and 24h postoperatively. Results: The total drug dosage, number of button pressed and VAS ingroup A were significantly higher than those in the other groups( P < 0.01 ), which was the least in group D. The sedationscales were the highest in group C. There was a higher incidence of nausea and vomiting in group B. Conclusions: Bupivacainecombined with fentanyl, midazolam or tramadol used for PCEA produces higherquality of pain relief than bupuvacaine alone.
3.Clinical study of vaccinating BCG vaccine in bronchiolitis developed into child bronchial asthma in the future
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(6):16-17
Objective To observe the incidence of vaccinating BCG vaccine according to plan in bronchiolitis developed into child bronchial asthma in the future. Methods Using the method of retrospective study and clinical follow-up,chosen 280 children diagnosed with bronchiolitis from January 1995 to December 2002,135 cases were vaccinated BCG vaccine according to plan (vaccinated BCG group),145 cases were not vaccinated BCG vaccine according to plan (non-vaccinated BCG group),followed up for 3-10 years, the incidence of bronchial asthma between two groups were compared. Results The incidence of bronchial asthma in vaccinated BCG group was lower than that in non-vaccinated BCG group [17.04%(23/135) vs.40.69%(59/145)],there was significant difference (P< 0.01).Conclusions It's easy for bronchiolitis developing into bronchial asthma in children.Vaccinating BCG vaccine in time in occurrence of bronchial asthma show a protective effect in the future.
5.Characteristics and Implication of Post-Exercise Hypotension
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 1997;3(3):118-122
Eighteen cases with post-exercise syncope or hypotenstion are reported in this paper. All subjects were middle-aged or elerly. The Characteristics include significant bradycardia or transient asystole, hypotension and dizziness or syncope, which occured 2 to 6 minutes after exercise and relieved a few minutes with supine position. Its occurence was related to exercise intensity and the capacity of cardiovascular regulation, but there was no any pathological evidence. The mechanism of this phenomenon remains nuclear.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(8):698-701
OBJECTIVETo search for an optimal protocol and freezing conditions for the cryopreservation of microamount round spermatids of the mouse.
METHODSWe compared the survival rates of frozen-thawed microamount round spermatids of the mouse achieved by vitrification or standard slow freezing with different concentrations of glycerol (5, 7, or 9%) and different lengths of equilibrium time (0, 15, 30, 45, or 60 min).
RESULTSUnder the conditions of 7% glycerol and 30 min equilibrium, both vitrification and standard slow freezing achieved high survival rates of spermatids, and the former obtained an even higher rate than the latter ([72.9 ± 15.4]% vs [58.2 ± 17.7]%, P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONA high rate of frozen-thawed microamount round spermatids of the mouse can be achieved by vitrification under the conditions of 7% glycerol and 30 min equilibrium.

7.Expression of KLF13 in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and its significance
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(7):439-443
Objective To investigate the expression level and its significance of KLF13 in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).Methods Fifty-six DLBCL patients treated with CHOP chemotherapy regimen were followed up in 4-6 years.Tissue samples of the 56 DLBCL patients were collected. Then the expression level of KLF13 in tissue samples was detected by immunohistochemistry, the relationship between the expression level of KLF13 and the survival rate, clinical features of the patients were analyzed, respectively.Western blot was used to detect the expression level of KLF13 in DLBCL cell trains Pfeiffer and LY8.Subsequently,the expression of KLF13 in DLBCL cell strains was blocked by siRNA method. The proliferation rates of DLBCL cell strains were assayed by CCK-8.Results The expression of KLF13 was significantly over-increased in 32 patients with DLBCL (57.1%) and slightly increased in 24 patients with DLBCL (42.9 %).The 5-year survival rate in the significant overexpression group (46.5 %) was lower than that of slight overexpression group (75.0 %) (P =0.01).Multivariate analysis demonstrated that KLF13 expression, serum LDH levels and clinical pathological stage were independent prognostic indicators for patients with DLBCL (all P < 0.05).There was statistically significant association between the expression level of KLF13 and the clinical stage, the diameter of lymphoma, respectively. After the expression of KLF13 in DLBCL cells was blocked, the proliferation rate of cells decreased. Conclusion KLF13 might be regarded as a prognostic factor and used as a treatment target.
9.Clinical Study on Large Dose Intravenous Immunoglobulin in Decreasing Incidence of Asthma Following Bronchiolitis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(18):-
Objective To study the efficiency of large dose intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) in decreasing incidence of asthma following bronchiolitis. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight children with bronchiolitis were chosen to use different treatment plans,81 children receiving large dose of IVIG[ 0.4 g/(kg?d)] daily,on the basis of routine treatment for 5 days, while other 87 children were reserved as control group receiving routine treatment only, which were followed up 5 to 10 years. Results After following up 5 to 10 years, only 17 cases in 81 patients with bronchiolitis receiving large dose IVIG developed into asthma.However,46 cases in control group developed into asthma. The incidence of asthma was 20.99% and(52.87%) in two groups, respectively, showing significant(differe-)nce between them(P
10.Analysis of Correlation Factors between Bronchiolitis and Bronchial Asthma by Long Time Follow-up of 280 Children with Bronchiolitis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(21):-
Objective To observe the incidence of bronchial asthma thereafter by 3 to 10 years′ follow-up of 280 children with bronchio-litis and analyze the correlation factors affecting the development of asthma. Methods Two hundred and eighty children with bronchitis were chosen and treated from Jan.1995 to Dec.2002,220 males, and 60 females. The review research and clinical revisits were carried out to investigate and analyze the subjects in terms of whether receiving large dose of intravenous injection immunoglobulin(IVIG) treatment or not, whether getting vaccinated with bacille calmette guerin(BCG)as planed or not, whether having asthma family history and the allergic physique or not,the way of feeding, and so on.Results The rate of asthma was 29.29%(82/280),and the incidence of asthma was significantly lower in children with administering the large dose of IVIG,vaccinating BCG vaccine as planed, having no allergic physique, having no asthma family history or breast feeding than those without administering the large dose of IVIG,vaccinating BCG vaccine as planed, brest feeding, with allergic physique, asthma family history(Pa
