OBJECTIVE:To discuss the role and responsibility of clinical pharmacists in drug counseling for outpatients of our hospital.METHODS:The outpatient drug counseling records in our hospital from 2006 to 2007 were collected and analyzed by citing typical cases as example.RESULTS:The questions presented by patients were related to different aspects of pharmacy and most of which had been solved efficiently.CONCLUSION:In guiding patients' rational drug use,pharmacists should have extensive pharmaceutical knowledge meanwhile bear great responsibility.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of Wuling Capsule(xylaria) in treating senile systolic hypertension. METHODS: Sixty-four patients with senile systolic hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.Both the treated group and the control group were treated with anti-hypertensive for 4 weeks,but the treated group received Wuling Capsule.Therapentic effects were evaluated with HAMA.Noninvasive resting blood pressure was taken every day after treatment,and dynamic blood pressure before and after treatment. RESULTS: HAMA in both groups decreased somewhat but blood pressure in the treated group was lower than that in the control group,remission rate of the treated group was greater than that in the control group.Treatment period of the treated group was shorter than that of the control group. CONCLUSION: Wuling Capsule can relief anxiety in senile hypertension patients,and it can rise the control rate of blood pressure,and also shorten the treatment period.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of breviscapine combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of acute cerebral infraction. METHODS:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infraction were selected from our hospital during Jan. 2014-Dec. 2015,and then divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given Vinpocetine injection 20 mL+0.9％ Sodium chloride injection 250 mL,ivgtt,qd. Observa-tion group was additionally given Breviscapine injection 20 mL+5％ Glucose injection 250 mL,ivgtt,qd,at intervals of 2-3 h on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacies as well as serum copeptin,NT-proBNP,albu-min cobalt binding(ACB)value,European stroke scale(ESS)and functional independence measurement(FIM)score before and after treatment were observed in 2 groups,and the occurrence of ADR was recorded. RESULTS:Total response rate of observation group(90.0％)was significantly higher than that of control group(67.5％),with statistical significance(P<0.05). Before treat-ment,there was no statistical significance in serum peptide,NT-proBNP,ACB value,ESS or FIM score between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment,serum copeptin and NT-proBNP levels of 2 groups were decreased significantly,while ACB value,ESS and FIM score were increased significantly;the improvement of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Breviscapine combined with vinpocetine can improve neurological function of acute cerebral infraction patients and show good therapeutic efficacy with good safety.

Objective to observe the correlation between the expression and prognosis of osteosarcoma Insulin-like growth factor receptor(IGF1R),explore the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with osteosarcoma.Methods between January 2005 and April 2014 menstrual standardized comprehensive treatment of 60 cases of patients with stage ⅡB osteosarcoma were retrospectively analyzed.Using immunohistochemical method,the detection of osteosarcoma tissue and IGF1R expression rate in normal tissue adjacent to tumors and to analyze its correlation with survival of patients with osteosarcoma and factors affecting the prognosis.Results IGF1R in the positive expression rate of osteosarcoma tissues was 80.0％ (48/60),expression in normal tissue adjacent to tumor rate was 4/8,has a statistically significant difference between (P =0.032).IGF1R positive expression in osteosarcoma tissues group median disease-free survival time and the median overall survival time were significantly lower than the negative expression group (P =0.023,P =0.040) respectively.IGF1R expression level and pathological necrosis rate of preoperative chemotherapy,the time of first visit to the lung metastasis,and the survival prognosis of patients have significant correlation (P ＜ 0.05),and age,tumor location,tumor size,the serum LDH and ALP levels,is urgent to make a diagnosis and give treatment time,factors such as operation,preoperative chemotherapy times no significant correlation (P ＞ 0.05).Condusion IGF1R positive expression rate in stage Ⅱ B osteosarcoma tissue significantly negatively correlated with the prognosis of patients with osteosarcoma,is the independent prognostic factors of patients with osteosarcoma.

[Objective]To investigate etiopathogenisis,modus operandi and rehabilitation in treatment of bone nonunion and residual deformity (cubitus valgus) after humeral lateral condyle fractures in children. [Method]The author retrospective summarized a total of 27 patients diagnosed with humeral lateral condyle fracture follow with bone nonunion and/or cubitus valgus consecutive enrolled in Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2001 to 2006,including 19 cases of male,8 cases of female,16 cases of right humeral lateral condyle fracture and 11 cases of left. The mean age at injured for all the patients (n =27) was 5.6 yr (range 3-10 yr).The mean age at suigical operation for all the patients (n =27) was 9 yr (range 5-14 yr).The average time from injury to operation was 2.8 yr (range 8mon-10 yr).There were three modus operations including direct normal position internal fixation of 7 cases,open reduction following os illium bone graft internal fixation of 11 cases,distant humerus varus wedge shape cut orthopaedic for 9 cases.[Result]Thirteen patients were followed up ranging from 6 month to 2 years,and 14 patients over 2 years. All the patients were achieved union for 8 to 16 weeks after surgery. Elbow deformity had been corrected and function of elbow joint had been recoverd satisfactorily. All of them,excellent rerult were found in 13 cases,good in 11 cases,and poor in 3 cases,the excellent and good rates was 88.9%. None of the cases happened with osteonecrosis,traumatic arthritis and myositis ossificans.[Conclusion]It is common that delay treatment of humeral lateral condyle fractures in children can result in bone nonunion and residual deformity (cubitus valgus) and it is difficult for treatment. Corresponding surgical treatment with different condition and early exercise can improve the appearance and function of elbow joint.

Objective In order to investigate and evaluate the heating-ventilating-air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the public areas and therefore provide the support for the hygiene management. Methods According to Hygiene Criterion of HVAC System, 10 HVAC systems in 10 star grade hotels in Nanchang were selected and PM10 and the total count of aerobic bacterial in the air condition systems, the collected dust weight and the total count of aerobic bacterial in the dust in the inner surface of ventilation vessels, the legionella bacteria in cooling tower water were determined. Results The HVAC systems in the 10 hotels, 90.1% for the PM10 and 73.3% for the total count of aerobic bacterial in the air condition systems, 8.9% for the collected dust weight and 86.7% for the total count of aerobic bacterial in the dust in the inner surface of ventilation vessels were over the standard limits, the legionella bacteria were detected in two of the investigated HVAC systems cooling tower water. Conclusion The hygienic problems are existed in the ventilated systems in the air conditioners in the pubic places.The health supervision and monitoring must go on enhancing.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare compound zinc sulfate oral solution and establish its quality control method. METHODS: The oral solution was prepared with zinc sulfate and lysine hydrochloride as chief components. The content of lysine hydrochloride was determined by coordination titration and uv spectrophotometry, respectively, and the stability of the preparation was investigated. RESULTS: The oral solution was colorless or yellowish, with its identification and test results all in conformity with the related stipulation stated in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2005 edition). The average content of zinc sulfate labeled in the sample stood at 101%. The linear range of lysine hydrochloride was 3.2～9.6 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9) and its average recovery rate was 99.75%(RSD=0.27%, n=6). The preparation was stable within 6 months storing under room temperature. CONCLUSION: This preparative technology of compound zinc sulfate oral solution is simple and feasible, and the quality of which is stable and controllable.

Objective:To investigate the effects of strain force on t he expression of osteoclast differentiation factor(ODF) and osteoclasto-genesis i nhibitory factor(OCIF) in human periodontal ligament cells (HPDLCs). Met hods: HPDLCs were subjected to cyclic strain force for 0, 6, 12 and 24 h ours, mRNA expression of ODF and OCIF were determined by RT-PCR. Result s:After treatment of the cells for 0,6,12 and 24 hours the ODF/?-actio n values were 0.7280?0.0261,0.6831?0.0411,0.5801?0.2230 and 0.4572?0.0373( P0.05) respectively.Conclusion:Strain force may decrease the expression of ODF and increase the expression of OCIF.
