By practicing psychological crisis intervention among medical college students after earthquake in Sichuan province,this project aims to release their pressure and adjust their emotions through investigating their mental health,elective courses,group counseling,students' activities,etc.

Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of glutathione redox-state in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Based on both with or without atherogenic risk factors and the result of coronary arteriography, 118 patients were calssified into three groups: control group( n =30) ,risk group(n =28) and CHD group (n =60). Venous blood sample was obtained, then the plasma reduced glutathione ( GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSC) were measured by using glutathione reductase recycling method. Redox potential(EhCSH/GSSG) was calculated using Nernst equation. According to clinical situation,CHD group was divided into two subgroups:un-stable angina pectoris( UAP) group(n = 32) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group (n =28). Results From control group to risk group,then to CHD group,GSH gradually decreased,and there was significant difference between CHD group and control group (P < 0.05 ) , but GSSG and EhGSH/GSSG gradually increased, there was significant difference between CHD group and risk group and control group (P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference be-tween the UAP subgroup and AMI subgroup in GSH,GSSG and EhGSH/GSSG(P >0.05). Conclusions Body's an-tioxidant capacity decreases and the oxidative stress exists in artherosclerosis, and furthermore there is a certain degree of relevance between oxidative stress and hyperlipoidemia,all these show that improving this situation may decelerate or prevent the formation and progress of artherosclerosis.

This paper presents a motion rehabilitation-training instrumentfor stroke patients.Taking linear motion mode and circinal motion mode as training trajectory. we are aimed to help patients to accomplish nerve rehabilitation according to preset motion trajectory. Rehabilitation-training instrument takes pneumatic artificial muscle as a motion driver.Pneumatic artificial muscle has the following characteristics,such as,light weight,strong power,good flexibility,safety in use, easiness and cleanliness in source, etc. and it is suitable for rehabilitation medical treatment.The compression of gas,the nonlinearity of pneumatic artificial muscle and the existence of inherent hysteresis in the joint make the driving joint position in pneumatic artificial muscle be poor controlled and the response time be delayed,and thereby,the trajectory planning problem will be influenced directly.Therefore,we adopts proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller by neural network to control the position of pneumatic artificial muscle.

The mentorship for young college instructorspolicy is aiming to provide an individual training for the young teachers to improve their teaching skills efficiently. In this article, the advantages for improving the young teachers teaching ability through the fundamental teaching, scientific research quality and clinical practice were briefly discussed.

Objective To obtain the overall picture of the PubMed cited publications by major domestic medical institutions in 2013;and to learn the distribution of the number of publication,published journals,impact factor of journal,and articles published in China and overseas.Methods Information was retrieved from PubMedplus database,and the statistical analysis was conducted to assess the distribution in the number of publications,published journals and impact factor of journals by major medical institutions in China.Results Top 30 medical institutions of China in 2013 published 12178 PubMed cited papers on 1890 journals,in which 10602 papers were in English accounted for 87.06％,and 1575 papers were in Chinese accounted for 12.93％.2552 papers were Published in the top 13 journals accounted for 20.96％.PLoS One published the most of total papers.Conclusions The level of journal that published papers for major domestic medical institutions needs to be improved,and each medical institution has its own advantage in different disciplines.

Chronic rhinosinusitis is a common health problem of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery, and is characterized by persistent inflammation of the nasal and paranasal mucosal linings. In recent years, tissue remodeling has been demonstrated to play an important role in the development of chronic rhinosinusitis, and furthermore transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGF-beta1) may play a pivotal role in this progress. This review will summarize the current knowledge on the roles of tissue remodeling in chronic rhinosinusitis, therefore to offer reference to the research and help to make diagnosis and give treatment for this disease.

This article summarizes the experience for the application of digital medical imaging devices. Such aspects have to be emphasized on as the cultivation of compound personnel for application & maintenance of digital medical imaging devices, optimization of filing, transmission and management of digital images as well as the preventive maintenance of digital imaging devices.

Objective: To investigate the antagonistic effect of lithium on the neurotoxicity of lead acetate and the possible mechanisms. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, Pb group and four Pb+ LiCl groups fed with feed containing 3, 30, 300, 3 000 mg/kg LiCl respectively. All Pb exposed groups were given distilled water containing 0.2% PbAc. The changes of nNOS protein and gene expression in rats hippocampus were studied by ABC immunohistochemistry and the semiquantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method. Rusults: Compared with the control group, the number of nNOS positive neurons in CA1 area and the nNOS mRNA content of hippocampus of LiCl (3, 30 mg/kg) groups were increased,while those of Pb-exposed rats were significantly decreased. Compared with Pb groups, the number of nNOS positive neurons and the nNOS mRNA content of Pb+LiCl (3,30,300 mg/kg) groups were increased. In dentate gyrus, the changes of the number of nNOS positive neurons coincided with the changes in CA1 area, but those in CA3 area showed little difference. Conclusion: Low dose of lithium could resist the lead neurotoxcity obviously.

Because of lots of ethical problems,military medical triage has been unaccepted by general doctors.But it's adopted by American Army in front of facts of the war.The main principles of the military medical triage are justice and efficiency.They practice the military medical triage through tow steps.First,all patients are assigned into urgent,immediate ,delayed,minimal or ambulatory and expectant status in decreasing order of medical urgency.Second,choosing the model of triage depends on nonaustere,austere or extreme conditions.The ethical issues of American military medical triage focus on four aspects - how to deal with minimally injured patient treatment first,how to treat expectants,how to care for noncombatant casualties and who decide the model of triage.
