Practical Oncology Journal 2017;31(1):48-52
Liver is the common metastatic site of breast cancer .The process of liver metastasis consists of multiple steps and involves various factors from breast cancer cells and the liver micro -environment .In this re-view,we reviewed the molecular(including the connection of proteins ,protein kinases,miRNAs),signal transduc-tion pathways(including CXCL12-CXCR4 axis,Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway,AF1q/TCF7/CD44 regu-latory axis, laminin receptor/Akt/ERK signaling pathway,leptin/ERK/IL-8 signaling pathway)and the influen-cing factors(including hypoxia inducible factors,tumor-associated fibroblasts, adipose tissue matrix stem cells, metalloproteinases, selective ligands, inflammatory cell infiltration)associated with the liver micro -environment in breast cancer .
2.Transcrestal sinus floor elevation with the presence of pseudocyst:A clinical study
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(1):44-47
Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcome of transcrestal maxillary sinus floor elevation(TMSFE)in the presence of pseudocyst.Methods:14 cases with pseudocyst were treated by TMSFE.In the operation following osteotome, pseudocyst was not ex-cised and sinus floor membrane was elevated,15 implants were placed for the 14 cases.Definite prosthesis was delivered about 6 months after implant placement.CBCT examination was done before, immediately after and 1-year after surgery, the cyst condition, the gain of vertical bone height and implant stability over time were observed.Results:Pre-operation residual ridge height of the alveo-lar crest was (6.85 ±1.07)mm.The sinus membrane was successfully elevated in all sites without perforation (mean elevation height,6.93 ±2.07)mm.All 15 implants were ossteointegrated. At 1-year revisit the gained bone height was (12.76 ±2.03)mm. Cyst grew bigger in 3 cases, not changed in 3 cases, became smaller in 5 cases and disappeared in 3 cases. Conclusion:Pseudocyst excision is not necessary in TMSFE.
3.Biological characteristics and molecular biology research hotspots of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(1):19-25
Extranodal NK/T-Cell lymphoma, nasal Type (NKTL) is an individual type in the World Health Organization (WHO) classification. The reports for NKTL are relatively uncommon since the incidence of this disease is low. In recent years, the nude mice model and cell lines of NKTL were established which built up the basis of researches in molecular biology. The investigation are carried out in molecular genetic analysis of lymphoproliferative disorders, tumor microenvironment, and target therapy and so on.We reviewed those advances and concentrated on the development of NKTL molecular biology.

7.Peptide retention prediction algorithm and its application in proteomics
Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2021;52(4):422-430
Most of the proteomics analysis methods based on tandem mass spectrometry rely on the matching scoring of actual spectrum and theoretical spectrum, the interference of a large number of co-eluting peptides could cause error in the identification and quantification of peptides and proteins. Peptide retention time prediction, as a auxiliary and verification index of the peptide, can transition the chromatographic behavior into stable independent time attributes, and improve the accuracy of the peptide identification. Prediction of peptide chromatographic retention in complex systems is also of great significance for optimizing proteomics determination conditions and improving the detection rate and repeatability of mass spectrometry data in data-independent acquisition. This review focused on the chromatographic retention prediction method of unmodified peptides and modified peptides, summarizes the content, characteristics and limitations of four types of peptide retention time prediction methods based on standardized indexes, peptide molecular models, amino acid residue parameters, and machine learning, as well as their applications in proteomics, with a prospect of their future.

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment for chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis or complicated with other thyroid diseases. Methods Seventy-seven patients were diagnosed as chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis or complicated with other thyroid diseases by operation and histological examination at this department from November 2002 to March 2005. All their clinical records including general information, the results of careful physical examination, thyroid correlated hormone tests, color Doppler, fine needle aspiration cytological examination and some intraoperative examinations have been retrospectively analyzed in this report. Results There were 53 cases of simple chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis, 10 cases complicated by papillary carcinoma, 1 case complicated by follicular carcinoma, 2 cases complicated by non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, 6 cases complicated by nodular goiter, 4 cases complicated by follicular adenoma, and 1 complicated by parathyroid adenoma. Almost all the operations were successfull and the symptoms of the diseases were alleviated. Seventy-two patients had been followed up ranging from two months to two years differently and none of them relapsed. Sixty-three of these patients have received thyrine inhibition and vicariousness treatment, 2 patients who complicated by non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma had been hospitalized and 7 patients complicated by carcinoma were treated with iodine-131. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis are complex, and it often complicated with other thyroid disease, which make it difficult to diagnose the diseases before operation. However, some ancillary methods such as careful physical examination, thyroid correlated hormone tests, !color Doppler and fine needle aspiration cytological examination may improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis. Intraoperative thyroid lamellar section and frozen histological examination are also very important for intraoperative diagnosis and operative modality selection.
