1.The characteristics of T wave alternans in aortic stenosis in school-aged children
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(12):1155-1157
Objective To explore the characteristics of T wave alternans (TWA) in aortic stenosis (AS) in school-aged children. Methods TWA was analyzed in 15 AS patients and 60 age-matched normal children using Microvolt T-Wave Alternans and the incidence of sustained TWA was compared between two groups. Myocardial ischemia during treadmill test was studied in sustained TWA and non-sustained TWA in AS patients. Results Compared with normal children, the incidence of sustained TWA was signiifcantly increased in AS group (P<0.01). In AS school-aged patients, the incidence of myocardial ischemia is higher in sustained TWA than in non-sustained TWA during treadmill test (P<0.05). Conclusions AS school-aged children have electrophysiologic basis for sunstained TWA. TWA is closely related to myocardial ischemia during treadmill test. Sustained TWA could be used as an important electrophysiologic index to assess the cardiac function in children with AS.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of long-term low doses of Azithromycin combined with Budesonide/Fomoterol in the treatment of stable Ⅲ to Ⅳ COPD patients. Methods Collect the confirmed COPD patients of our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (160μg/ 4.5 μg, Bid), the joint group (160 μg/ 4.5 μg/ Bid + azithromycin 250 mg qd). Then Observe the PEF, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, mMRC, 6 MWT, AECOPD of the two groups after treatment for 3 months and 6 months. Results the index of PEF, FEV1, FEV1/FVC of joint group improved more significantly (P < 0.05) than control group after 6 months; the mMRC, 6 MWT, AECOPD, of the two groups improve the similar degree in terms of 3 months (P > 0.05), joint group improved more significantly than control group after 6 months (P < 0.05). Conclusion the therapy of Long-term low doses of azithromycin combined with Budesonide/Fomoterol can more significantly improve lung function index , as the treatment time extended , it can significantly improve clinical symptoms ,reduce the number of exacerbations than single inhaled Budesonide/Fomoterol .

In the basic skill teaching of "Diagnostics Foundation"in Chinese medicine colleges and universities, the standardized patients are used to strengthen students’ clinical basic skill, let them consolidate their theoretical knowledge and change it into their skills, which is an effective way to guarantee the students to enhance their"double-base"ability,namely the elementary theory and clinical basic skill, and their self-confidence and shorten the time from the classroom to the clinical practice running-in period.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2017;37(2):147-150
Objective To evaluate the effects of dexmedetomidine on inflammatory responses in lung tissues during one-lung ventilation (OLV) in patients undergoing esophageal cancer resection. Methods Forty American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients, aged 25-65 yr,with body mass index of 18-25 kg/m2,scheduled for elective radical resection of esophageal cancer, were divided into 2 groups (n=20 each) using a random number table:dexmedetomidine group (group D) and control group (group C).Dexmedetomidine was infused intravenously in a loading dose of 0.6 μg/kg over 10 min before induction of anesthesia, followed by an infusion of 0.4 μg · kg-1 · h-1 until 30 min before the end of operation in group D,and the equal volume of normal saline was given instead in group C.After intubation (T1),at 30,60 and 90 min of OLV (T2-4),and at 30 min after restoration of two-lung ventilation (T5),blood samples were taken from the internal jugular vein.Broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF)in ventilated lung was collected at T1-4.The concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL) and IL-10 in plasma and BALF were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with group C,the plasma concentrations of TNF-α at T5 and IL-6 at T4,5 were significantly decreased, the plasma concentration of IL-10 was increased at T4,5,and the concentration of TNF-α in BALF at T4 and concentration of IL-6 in BALF at T3,4 were decreased, and the concentration of IL-10 in BALF was increased at T4 in group D (P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can significantly ameliorate the inflammatory responses in lung tissues during OLV,thus reducing systemic inflammatory responses in patients undergoing esophageal cancer resection.

This paper was aimed to investigate the effects of icariin on the expression of p38 mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)protein in rat osteoblasts cultured in vitro, to elucidate the signal transduction of icariin in preventing and treating osteoporosis. The results showed that p38MAPK could be activated by icariin within 5min, and Cbfal could also be upregulated, and SB203580, an inhibitor of p38MAPK pathway, could partly inhibit Cbfal upregulation by icariin.
10.Expression of MT-1 and MT-2 Genes in Liver of Chronic Exposure to Inorganic Arsenate Mice
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the effect of MT-1 and MT-2 in liver damage in chronic inorganic arsenate exposure mice and to explore the mechanism of arsenic-induced liver damage. Methods The male Kunming mice were randomly divided into control and exposed groups. The control group was given ordinary feed and tap water. The exposed group was given ordinary feed and 300 mg/L of sodium arsenite solution by drinking water. After 10 months of treatment, the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and globulin (Glb) content were determined. The total RNA was extracted by the TRIzol-phenol-chlorofor-method from the liver tissue. The quantity of the RNA was determined by spectrophotometry and its purity was judged at a ratio of A260/A280. Then real-time PCR(RT-PCR) was used to measure the mRNA expression of MT-1 and MT-2. Results Compared with the control group, serum ALT, AST activity and Glb content were higher and the MT-1 and MT-2 mRNA content was lower in the exposed group (P
