Objective To observe the characteristics of coronary hemodynamics in acute hibernating myocardium (AHM) model by intracoronary doppler guidewire. Methods 13 little domestic Chinese swine were established to the model of AHM by interventional method (closed chest),intracoronary Doppler guidewire were used to measure average peak velocity (APV),diastolic systolic velocity ratio (DSVR) and coronary flow velocity reserve (CFVR) distal to the stenosis in the period of pre model, post model and reperfusion. Then animals were executed, the histomography changes of AHM cells were observed. Results 10 animals (76 92%) were established to the model of AHM successfully, myocardium necrosis were not found under microscopical examination.APV and CFVR distal to the stenosis decreased significantly in AHM model ( P
3.Advances of programmed death ligand 1 and its inhibitor in non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(8):628-630
Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1 ),which is highly expressed in NSCLC,can be divided into two categories:membrane PD-L1 and soluble PD-L1 .PD-L1 participates in tumor immune escape through combining with its receptor.PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors have entered the phase Ⅰ studies and showed a good application prospect. It is also found that the sensitivity of PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors is strongly associated with the expression of PD-L1 in tumor.Therefore,PD-L1 can be used as a biomarker to pre-dict its curative effect.

Objective To discuss the treatment and nursing effect for prevention of cystospasm in patients after prostatic surgery with irrigation of resinieratoxin (RTX) into urinary bladder. Methods Twenty patients were divided into the control group and observation group with 10 cases in each group according to the date of hospitalization.Four milliliters of RTX and 100 ml of normal saline were irrigated into the bladder 3 days before operation in the observation group.Only 104 ml normal saline was irrigated into the bladder in the control group. The frequency, intension and duration of cystospasm and clearing time of bladder flushing fluid were observed. The international prostatic symptom score (IPSS) and score of life quality were evaluated at the first, second and 4th week after removing of urinary catheter and bladder stoma. Results The outcome in the observation group and the control group were as followed: the incidence rate of cystospasm was 20% and 80%,the clearing time of bladder flushing fluid was (2.8±1.7)d and (5.2±1.0)d,the indwelling time of bladder stoma was (4.0±1.6)d and (5.8±1.1)d,the indwelling time of urinary catheter was (9.3±1.3)d and (11.8±1.1)d,the VAS score was (2.3±1.3)d and (4.6±1.1)d, the IPSS score at the first, second and 4th week were (11.1±3.3)and (16.0±3.0), (9.5±1.4) and (12.7±13.2), (8.4±1.6) and (11.3±2.7),the score of life quality at the 4th week was (1.6±0.5) and (2.8±0.9), respectively. All the above results had statistical difference between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standard bladder irrigation, rigorous monitoring of patients condition and maintenance of smooth flush of bladder were the important nursing basis to ensure the exertion of best effect of RTX irrigation.

AIM:To investigate the protective effects of Danshen Tablet on the brachial artery flow-mediated dilatation(FMD)in the subjects accompanied with risk factors of coronary heart disease(CHD). METHODS: Fifty-five subjects were randomly assigned to two groups, therapy group(32 cases)were administrated Danshen Tablet(three tablets once, three times a day),the control group(23 cases) were received placebo and then observed their brachial artery FMD before and after three months' therapy.Meanwhile 19 healthy cases were compared with the subjects. RESULTS: The brachial artery endothelium-dependent dilation(EDD) of the subjects accompanied with risk factors of CHD was significantly lower than that in the normal group[(5.98?1.13)%,(5.95?1.14)%vs((8.11?1.25)%,) P

Objective To investigate the role of IL-13 in the patients with acute and chronic urticaria. Methods In 22 patients with acute urticaria, 20 patients with chronic urticaria and 19 normal controls, the levels of IL-13, IL-4 and IFN-? of peripheral T lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometry. The serum concentrations of IL-13 and total IgE were tested by ELISA. Results The results of flow cytometry showed that the level of IL-13 of the patients with acute urticaria was significantly higher than that of the normal controls (P

Background and purpose:Osteosarcoma, a highly malignant bone tumor, develops rapidly. The current medicines for osteosarcoma present some limitations with serious side effects of long-term use. Isosteviol has the structure of tetracyclic diterpene which is the starting material of many anti-cancer drugs. However, its anti-tumor activity has been rarely reported. This study investigated the effect of isosteviol on proliferation of human osteosarcoma cell line U-2OS.Methods:The effect of isosteviol on U-2OS cell proliferation was assayed by MTT method. Cellular morphologic changes were observed under an inverted phase contrast microscope. The cell condition was observed with Hoechst 33342 and PI staining. Generation of reactive oxygen species and cell membrane potential were detected as well. The cell cycles were analyzed with lfow cytometry. The expressions of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax were measured by Western blot assay. Results:The result indicates that isosteviol suppressed the growth of U-2OS cells in time- and concentration-dependent manner. Isosteviol could cause S phase cell cycle arrest at 24 h and apoptosis at 48 h. With the increased drug concentration, reactive oxygen species increased significantly, and the membrane potential gradually reduced. In addition, isosteviol treatment enhanced the expression of Bax but reduced that of Bcl-2.Conclusion:The inhibition of isosteviol on cell growth of U-2OS cells was possibly caused by promoting apoptosis through regulating the apoptosis-related protein expressions, such as the enhancement of Bax and reduction of Bcl-2 expression.

Objective To evaluate the application value with low-dose CT scan and quantitative analysis in airway disease of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods All subjects(34 control cases,88 cases of stable COPD patients)underwent low-dose CT chest scans, and 88 COPD patients underwent pulmonary function tests.Measuring the airway dimensions of 3th generation in apical bronchus of the right upper lobe, the posterior basal bronchus of the right lower lobe and left lower lobe. Results COPD patients with moderate to extremely severe airflow limitation demonstrated higher WA% and Pi10 in comparison with normal volunteers(all P<0.05),meanwhile patients with extremely severe airflow limitation demonstrated higher WA % and Pi10 in comparison with patients with mild airflow limitation(both P <0.05).COPD patients with severe airflow limitation demonstrated higher T/BSA and WA/BSA in comparison with normal volunteers and patients with moderate airflow limitation (all P<0.05).The WA % and Pi10 of COPD patients group were negatively correlated with ventilation indices and small airway indices(all P <0.01).Pi10 were positively correlated with lung volume indices (all P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Low-dose CT scan and quantitative analysis can provide an objective and quantitative method to evaluate the information about airway disease of COPD,inwich both WA % and Pi10 are objective indices. With the increase of air flow limitation, the bronchial wall thickness gradually increased.
