1.On the Legal Attribution and Application of the Doctor-patient Relationship
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Doctor-patient relationship plays an important role in medical practice. Legal trend of doctor-patient relationship, including the legal attribution of doctor-patient relationship, information consent, rights to privacy, medical confidentiality of patients, rights to know of the medical side and the legal protection of doctor-patients' rights, is the first key element in keeping good relationship of doctor-patient and preventing medical tangles.

Objective To investigate the expression and implication of p21~(WAF1) and Ki-67 in the le- sions of Bowen Disease. Methods p21~(WAF1),Ki-67 proteins were examined with immunohistochemical SP method in 35 cases Bowen disease and 12 cases of normal skin or muscosa. Results Both of the expression of p21~(WAF1) protein and Ki-67 protein were elevated in Bowen disease lesions(both P
4.Application of Suresight handheld auto-refractometer in refraction screening for infants in Community Health Service Center
International Eye Science 2014;(8):1548-1549
AIM: To observe the application of Suresight handheld auto- refractometer in measuring diopter of infants in Community Health Service Center.
METHODS:Totally 836 cases ( 1 672 eyes ) from June 2013 to December 2013 were examined diopter of infants by Suresight handheld auto-refractometer in Community Health Service Center.
RESULTS: Within 1 672 eyes of 836 infants were examined, 202 eyes were diagnosed ametropia, 38 eyes were suspicious, 240 eyes were transferred to the department of ophthalmology, the referral rate was 14.35%; 172 eyes were diagnosed ametropia, and the diagnosis rate of the referral patients was 71. 67%. Among 172 eyes, 46 eyes were provided with corrected glasses, accounting for 2. 75% of the number of screening, and 126 eyes were given intensive monitoring, accounting for 7.54% of the number of screening.
CONCLUSION: Application of Suresight handheld auto-refractometer in refraction screening for infants in Community Health Service Center is convenient and effective. With two - way referral between community health service center and department of ophthalmology can monitor and intervene vision development of infants much earlier.

Objective To observe the effect ofShenmal injection on vascular endothelial function after cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into a sham operation group, a model group and aShenmal group, with 10 in each. Except the sham operation group, animal models of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were established by the right internal carotid artery occlusion of middle cerebral artery. Then shenmal injection was given to theShenmal group, 2 ml/100 g Sodium Chloride was given to the other groups, once per day, for successive 7 days. Endothelin-1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), and homocysteine (Hcy) were tested. Results In Shenmal group, ET-1(126.10 ± 6.07 ng/mlvs.105.41 ± 0.09 ng/ml), hs-CRP (15.93 ± 2.79 mg/Lvs. 9.33 ± 1.32 mg/L) and Hcy (11.01 ± 0.98 μmol/Lvs. 8.13 ± 0.46 μmol/L) were decreased after the treatment, while NOS (168.87 ± 9.25 U/mlvs.242.25 ± 10.36 U/ml) and NO (84.03± 6.02vs.102.42± 5.05) were increased after the treatment with statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionShenmalinjection can improve NOS activity and promote the synthesis of NO, decrease the level of plasma ET-1, hs-CRP and Hcy, reduce endothelial inflammatory exudation, and prevent vascular endothelial dysfunction caused by cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the end point of catheter ablation of pulmonary vein (PV) foci initiating atrial fibrillation (AF) to guide the catheter ablation of PAF Methods Thirty two drug resistant PAF patients withdrew all antiarrhythmias drugs for one week and received Holter monitoring on dyas 7, 5, 3, and 1 before operation, respectively During the operation, focal ablation was performed in the patients whose target PV could be documented, and all pulmonary veins os and isthmus of right atrium were ablated in the other patients All patients received Holter monitor on days 1,3,5, and 7 postablation, respectively If PAF relapsed after the first operation, the patient would undergo operation again until no AF was documented The patients were followed up for 3 to 20 months Results Total 82 PV in 32 patients were success isolated In foci ablation patients, 9(60 0%) patients successed by one operation, and 6(40 0%) patients successed after the second operation In all PVs isolation patients, 9(47 0%) patients successed by one operation, and 10 (58 8%) patients successed after the second operation, and the success rate was 11 (64 7%) after the third operation The overall success rate was 81 3% Conclusion The endpoint of PAF ablation should be no AF recurrence when no antiarrhythmias drugs were administrated The success rate was higher in the patients who had clear target PV and the overall success rate could be improved by the ablation once again

Herald of Medicine 2016;35(7):769-772
Objective Daidzein solid dispersions were prepared by solid dispersion technology to improve in vitro dissolution rate. Methods Daidzein solid dispersions were prepared by solvent method using polyvinyl pyrrolidone K30 ( PVP K30) as carrier. The in vitro dissolution characteristics of solid dispersions were evaluated, and the properties were detected by IR and XRD. Results The dissolution rates of different mass ratio of daidzein-PVP solid dispersion were significantly improved compared with that of daidzein API.The cumulative dissolution of solid dispersion with mass ratio of 1∶6 within 30 minutes was up to 87.8%,equivalent to six times of API. The in vitro drug release kinetics were fitted mathematically to Korsemeyer-Peppas model. Conclusion Solid dispersion with PVP K30 as carrier could significantly improve dissolution rate of daidzein.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2008;27(5):475-478
Objective To analyze the allele frequencies of 5 short tandem repeat(STR)loci(D12S313,D12S304,D12S1640,D12S1708 and D12S1583)on chromosome 12 among Kashin-Beck disease(KBD)patients and the control population living in the area suffered from KBD.Methods Fifty KBD patient8 and 50 non-KBD patients were chosen in endemic afea of Shaanxi Province,5 STR loci on chromosome 12 were genotyped by the technology of polymerase chain reacfion(PCR)and capillary electmphoresis. The pelymorphisms of STR in these popIllations were analyzed. The allele and genotype frequencies of each STR in the corresponding groups were caleulated and compared. Results In KBD group, the 5 STR loci had 8,6,7,5 and 11 types ofalleles and 17,11,15,8 and 28 genotypes, respectively;while in the control group, the number of aUele types of 5 STR loci were 6,8,6,4 and 10,the number of genotype of those loci were 13,21,14,8 and 23,respectively The allele frequence of D12S304 locus was statiBtically significant between KBD patients and controls(P<0.05),especially for the 319 bp allele(P<0.006 25). Conclusion There is an association between D12S304 locus and KBD.The 319 bp allele might play the key role.
