OBJECTIVE:To explore the general rules and characteristics of ADR/ADE induced by Glycerol fructose injection and provide reference for clinical ration drug use. METHODS:284 cases of ADR/ADE induced by Glycerol fructose injection from Jan. 2004 to Oct. 2014 in Drug ADR Monitoring Center of Henan Province were statistically analyzed and comparatively analyzed with the drug instructions in 11 domestic drug manufacturing enterprises. RESULTS:ADR/ADE induced by Glycerol fructose injec-tion was related to gender,mainly adult male,and ADR/ADE might occurred within 30 min;main clinical manifestations were skin and its appendages damages,medication site damage and systemic damage. There were larger differences among the notes de-scription in the package inserts from 11 drug manufact urers. CONCLUSIONS:The clinic should strengthen the monitoring of ADR/ADE induced by Glycerol fructose injection,try to avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR,improve the drug instructions and ensure medication safety.

Objective To investigate the differences in expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1? (HIF-1?) in placental trophoblasts between normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and the relationship of HIF-1? expression with magnesium sulfate treatment of PIH. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin-peroxidase complex technique (SABC) was used to examine the expression of HIF-1? in 20 cases of PIH and 20 cases of normal placenta. Three groups of PIH were divided according to the degrees of severity. The results were analyzed by computer-assisted imaging and compared by t-test. AIM: To investigate the expression of aquaporins-1 (AQP-1)in cultured bovine corneal endothelial cells and to explore the role of AQP-1 in corneal endothelial fluid transport.METHODS:The bovine corneal cells were cultured in DMEM containing 200mL/L neonate bovine serum. AQP-1 expression in the bovine corneal endothelial cells was detected with immunohistochemistry method before and after treatment of the cells with aquaporin inhibitor, p-chloromercuribenzene sulfonate. The osmotic water permeability was determined bymonitoring volume changes of cultured bovine corneal endothelial cells.RESULTS: AQP-1 expression in the membrane of cultured bovine corneal endothelial cells was revealed by positive staining (in brown color). The reading of osmotic water permeability of the cultured bovine corneal endothelial cells before treatment with p-chloromercuribenzene sulfonate was 0.044±0.005cm/s, which significantly decreased to 0.017 0.003 cm/s(n= 15) after treatment.CONCLUSION: AQP-1 expressed in the membrane of cultured bovine corneal endothelial cells may play an important role in fluid transport of corneal endothelial cells. Alteration of the AQP-1 expression may cause abnormal corneal function and corneal edema.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for clinical safe administration and drug instruction revision through analyzing 552 cases of ADR/ADE induced by Sodium aescinate for injection. METHODS:Using“aescinate”and“ADR”as search words,re-trieved from CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database,47 literatures were included according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data was extracted and analyzed statistically. The drug instructions of twelve domestic pharmaceutical enterprises were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:The ADR/ADEs may involve multiple organs and systems,the most common reactions were venous irritant reactions as phlebitis,venous injury,etc. The drug instruction lacked some parts of information. CONCLUSIONS:Great impor-tance should be attaches to ADR/ADEs caused by Sodium aescinate for injection,and improvement of the drug instruction to en-sure the safety of drug use in the clinic.

Methods Combined the characteristics of large public hospital, with recognized treatment pathway in international MDT for colorectal cancer and management of medical human resource, colorectal cancer MDT project team summarized a system of multi-disciplinary treatment-working for colorectal cancer of West China Hospital (MDT-CRC-WCH) by own management mechanism and subject feature. Results Based on the main four principles——whole, match, voluntary and interactive, MDT-CRC-WCH constructed reciprocation “concentric circle” with the team of directors, coordinators, colorectal surgeons, related professors, nursing and other assistants.Conclusion With construction of multi-layers, MDT for colorectal cancer is completing MDT personnel framework and suitable layers relation. And how to construct prolong active and innovative system of MDT human resource management needed more research.

Methods Combined the characteristics of large public hospital, with recognized treatment pathway in MDT for CRC and the way of medical project construction, MDT for CRC project team summarized a system of MDT for CRC of West China Hospital (MDT-CRC-WCH) by own characteristics and subject feature. Results MDT for CRC summarized the 5 basic characteristics about profession, classification, interaction, optimization and fast. The project has the core competencies: system new operation types for colorectal cancer and volunteer culture. By the matrix organization structure, MDT set the main departments: database team, follow-up team, nursing team and public team. Conclusion With effective MDT whole construction and suitable organization structure, MDT will develop in long time.

Objective The article explained how to build the data system and its running strategy in the mode of multi-disciplinary team (MDT) for colorectal carcinoma. Methods It illuminated the cause of the data system building, also described the essential composition of the data system and how to support the running of the data system, and it discussed the value feedback of the data system, lastly the author proposed the prospect of the data system building. Results The data system could work normally through consultation of doctors, follow-up, clinical support and appropriate implement of construction of information flow-sheet in colorectal carcinoma MDT mode. Conclusion As the foundation of colorectal carcinoma MDT, data system could show both medical and social value through change of medical mode.

Objective To report the progression of breviscapine's protective effect to hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods Pertinent literatures and journal articles published in recent years were reviewed,and the progression of breviscapine protecting hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in the experimental and clinical research were analyzed and summarized.Results The role of breviscapine is considerable extensive.It can protect hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury by anti-oxyradical and anti-lipid peroxidation,inhibiting mitochondrial damage,intracellular calcium overload,intra-thromboxane and apoptosis,improving microcirculation,and so on.Conclusion Breviscapine plays a protective role in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury,and it will be of great value to application and research.
