Objective:To explore the expression of LOX-1(lectin like oxidizeol low density lipoprotein receptor-1,LOX-1) in aorta of atherosclerotic rabbits and modulating the effect of fluvastatin and Shexiang baoxin pill on the gene and protein expression of LOX-1. Methods:Tirty-two New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: hypercholesterol diet group (fed mth high cholesterol diet),hypercholesterol diet plus Fhevastatin group(fed with high cholesterol diet plus Fhe vastain 25mgl kgld).hypercholesterol diet plus shexiang Bao xin Pill group (fed with high cholesterol diet plus shegxiang Baoxinpill 25mgl kgld).normal diet gwup(fed mith regnlar chow),the protein expression of LOX-1 in aorta of rabbits were examined by immunohistochemsthy,the gene expresswin of LOX-1 in aorte of rabbits were examined by R7-PCK. Objective:To search for a simple and rapid method of preparating the IL-2 conjugated immunoliposomes with high conjugate rate.Methods:The IL-2 conjugated immunoliposomes were prepared by Glutaraldhyde,Undecanal or Derivatization.All methods were analyzed and compared.The conjugate rate of IL-2 was determined by Bradford Assay.Centrifugal acceleration experiment served to prove the liposome stability.Results:IL-2 conjugated liposome by shiff’s base through Undecanal didn’t cause IL-2-self or liposme-self inter-cross link,and conjugate rate was high and stability was good.Conclution:Undecanal is suggested to prepare the IL-2 conjugated immunoliposomes for the anaphase cell experiment.

Objective To explore the effect of self-made water pillow on absolute bed rest patients.Methods Eight-eight patients were randomly allocated into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=42).The patients in the control group received daily care with conventional cotton pillows which were placed at the compression part, while those in the observation group were treated with newly designed water pillows.Both groups received constant turn-over to avoid pressure sores.The two groups were compared in terms of times of daily turn-over,degree of comfort and rate of skin pressuring red.Results The time of daily turn-over in the observation group was less than that of the control group and the degree of comfort was higher and the rate of skin pressuring red smaller all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the self-made water pillow can effectively prevent pressure sore,enhance comfort degree of absolute bed rest patients and reduce the workload of nursery.It is simple, economical,convenient and safe.

Objective: To study the effect of Resen heche tablets (RSHC) on tonyfing and warming Shen Yang. Methods: The mice model of Shen Yang deficiency was established by injecting hydrocortisone. The body weight, autonomic activity and swimming time in ice water in model mice were observed. The level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in red cell and lipid peroxide (LPO) in plasma of aged rats were analyzed. The effect on anti stress in mice was examined. Results: RSHC had the remarkable effect to improve body weight and autonomic activity and to prolong swimming time in ice water in model mice, and to increase SOD activity and reduce LPO in blood of aged rats, and to elevate the ability of anti fatigue and anoxic tolerance in mice. Conclusion: RSHC drug has the effect on tonifying and warming Shen Yang; can promote growth, enhance organism activity, elevate the adaptation to circumstances and protect injury from free radicals.

Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine the content and related substances of cefetamet pivoxil hydro-chloride tablets. Methods:A Hypersil ODS2 C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was 0. 005 mol· L-1 tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution-acetonitrile (64: 36, adjusting pH to 4. 5 with phosphoric acid). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 232 nm. The column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:Cefetamet was completely separated from the related substances. The equation of linear regression was Y=2.29 ×104X-4.30 ×104(r=0. 999 9) and the linear range of cefetamet was 51. 01-510. 07 μg·ml-1 . The average recovery was 99. 60% and RSD was 0. 84%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and suitable. It can be used for the determination of content and related sub-stances of cefetamet pivoxil hydrochloride tablets.

Observations are made on 1208 postoperative cases and logistic analyses are centered on the risks related to postoperative hospital infections.It is discovered through observations that the rate of hospital infections is 7.5%.The infected parts are mainly the lower respiratory tract and the inci- sion.Logistic analyses of the risks indicate that postoperative hospital infections are related to preopera- tive hospitalization duration,the time span of endotracheal intubation,trachealaryngotomy and the re- tention of pleural drainage,type of operation,operational duration,and postoperative complication. Thesefore,hospitals should look seriously at the postoperative infection risks and take important steps to control them.

In this experiment, Animal model of guinea pig's experimental Autoimmune sensorineural hearing Loss was established by injecting crud inner ear antigen (CIEAg), Dexamethason was used to tret the deaf guinea pigs for one week, the ABRT(Acoustic Brain—stem Reaction Threshold) of guinea pigs was measured and the morphological change of the guinea pigs inner ear, tissue was observd. We found that the deaf guinea pig's ABRT rose distinctly to 60. 8?5.31 dBspl and inner ear hair cell showed severe damage. The number of the hair cell of the third cochlear turn lost 111?55.8. After one week treatment with Dexamethason,the treated group's ABRT reduced to 48. 8?6. 69dBspl, the number of the outer—hair—cell of the third cochlear turn is only 57. 254?18. The results indicate that Dexamethon has effect on the AISNHL,it can clearly lighten the damage of inner ear tissue and significantly improve the ABRT. The mechanism still remains unknown.

The most suitable antigenic frozen sections are the sections of infected mice liver and adult worm of Schistosoma japonicum at 7th week and 6th week after infection respectively; the most suitable thickness of section is 7?m. The antigenicity of liver tissue-egg frozen section(TEFS) is markedly higher than that of adult worm frozen sectin(AWFS) and of liver tissue-egg paraffin embedded section.TEFS, as antigen, is considered to be of high sensitivity(96.7%), high specificity (98.7%) and lower cross reaction rates(0~3.3%) in IEST for diagnosis of schistosomiasis. The sensitivity of TEFS-IEST ig markedly higher than that of AWFS-IEST and that of COPT. The main advantages of TEFS-IEST are lower cost of the antigen, high sensitivity and rapid yield of results.
