Objective:To evaluate the imaging findings and differential diagnosis of pancreatic stones(PS).Methods:18 patients hospitalized undergoing surgical therapy during 1991-2001 were studied retrospectively,and their imaging findings analyzed.Results:(1)PS were along with pancreatic duct in company with pancreatic duct high dilatation and the maximum PS were in pancreatic head.(2)PS was seen 100% on CT.CT can find PS combined with other complications.(3)PS are different from pancreatic calcinosis.Conclusions:(1)Ultrasonography was the first choice for cxamination.It is valuablc to usc CT to cstablish diagnosis and display complications for designing preoperation strategy.(2)Patient with definite diagnosis of PS should undergo early operation.

Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis of fat embolism syndrome(FES)imagings in the chest with Spiral CT.Methods:To analyze 5 cases FES which had been proved by clinical diagnosis,all had received Spiral CT scanning,among which 3 cases had X-ray chest plain films done.Results:Chest CT imagings showed bilateral multiple patchy and ground-glass opacity imagings in 3 cases,diffuse 2 cases,pleural effusion in 2cases.X-ray chest plain films showed the lung markings increased in 2 cases,normal in 1 case.Conclusion:Bilateral pulmonary diffuse multiple-patchy or "snowstorm" changes in the chest were the typical CT imagings after the multiple-bone fractures complicated by FES.It can provide evidence directly for FES with Spiral CT,earlier diagnosis of FES in the chest scanning can help clinical therapy and evaluate prognosis.

Objective: To explore the effects of Qingshi Cream, a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine, on chronic dermatitis-eczema in mice induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). Methods: Thirty BALB/C mice were randomly divided into vaseline group, 0.1% mometasone furoate cream group and Qingshi Cream group. Right ears of BALB/C mice were repeatedly challenged with 0.1% DNCB every three days for five times and previously sensitized with 7% DNCB to induce chronic dermatitis-eczema. Mice in different groups were applied Qingshi Cream, 0.1% mometasone furoate cream and vaseline respectively after each challenge. Weight difference of two ears, pathological change of right ear and dermal inflammatory cell number were used to assess the effects of the drugs. Results: After the 5th challenge, weight differences of two ears in the 0.1% mometasone furoate cream group and the Qingshi Cream group were significantly decreased as compared with that in the vaseline group. Changes such as ear swelling thickening and cellular infiltration in dermis were observed, and these features seemed to be more significant in the vaseline group as compared with the 0.1% mometasone furoate cream group and the Qingshi Cream group. Conclusion: Qingshi Cream has an obvious effect in treatment of chronic dermatitis-eczema in mice.

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT) combined with TCM on verruca acuminata. [Method] Select 80 cases of verruca acuminata, divide them into control group and treatment group, n=40 for each; the control one only took LE D-IB PDT therapeutic apparatus, the treatment one added with TCM on the base of control one; Observe their cure effects and side effects. [Result] The effective rate was 97.5% for treatment group, and 88.5% for control one, the treatment one was better than other one; there ’re 2 cases in each group respectively who had slight red and swol en skin of the il umination part, without side effects of erosion, ulcer, infection or scar;the recurrence rates were respectively 2.5% and 12.5% for both groups, the difference had statistical meaning. [Conclusion] PDT combined with TCM treating verruca acuminata had high cure rate, low recurrence rate, little side effects and high safety, without influencing patients ’life quality, with good compliance, worth clinical broad popularization.

Objective To improve the recognization of hip joint lesion in ankylosing spondylitis and it's related factors.Methods Pelvis computed radiography(CR) and HLA-B27 were examined in 100 cases of ankylosing spondylitis proved by clinical.Results 58% cases appeared differed degree of narrowing of the interticular space,osteoporosis on head of femur and acctabulum,cystis under the surface of acctabulum and joint inosculated.This probability was higner at thoe patients that had diaease at youthful or HLA-B27(+).Conclusion Hip joint lesions of ankylosing spondylitis appear characteristic signs in CR.It relates with the age that the disease come on and HLA-B27.

Objective To analyze the screening and confirmation test results of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody during 2009-2015 to provide the basis for the recruiting strategies in recruiting blood donors among the low risk population and blood donor′s returning to the team .Methods The blood samples of voluntary blood donors were detected the HIV antibody by the ELISA method ,with the reagents provided by 2 different manufacturers .The samples of HIV antibody positive or suspected sam‐ples were submitted to the Shenzhen Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention CDC for conducting the Western blot confirmation .The confirmation results of blood samples during 2009 -2015 were statistically analyzed .Results There were 197 766 blood samples from 2009 to 2015 .The overall infection rates of HIV were 1 .3 ,4 .7 ,5 .6 ,5 .4 ,5 .3 ,4 .6 ,7 .3/one hundred thousand respectively ,the average infection rate was 0 .004 9% (4 .9/one hundred thousand) ,the average confirmed positive rate was 22 .1% ,the false positive rate was 77 .9% .Among the blood donors of confirmed positive HIV antibody ,the donors aged 18-30 years old accounted for 67 .7% .Conclusion It is important for the recruitment work before the blood donation .Aiming at the blood donors of workers from outside and relative low cultural level ,especially the blood donors of high risk behavior ,the small card mode could be adopted to guide them to the disease control center to conduct the professional consultation and detection ,which can increase the blood transfusion safety coefficient and also prevents the spread of HIV/AIDS .Aiming at the false positive blood do‐nors ,the works of follow up ,tracking monitoring and return to the blood donation team should be done well for reducing the run a‐way of blood donors .Selecting more sensitive reagents and more sensitive method for the amplification of virus nucleic acid can shorten the infection risk of the window period as far as possible for ensuring the safety of blood transfusion .

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of pulse cyclophosphamide(CTX)therapy for refractory adult-onset Still's disease(AOSD).Methods Eleven patients with refractory AOSD received the treatment of intravenous pulse cyclophosphamide with 500～750 mg/m2 body surface area.The features of clinical manifestations and lab findings before and after the treatment were compared.The literatures associated with pulse CTX therapy were reviewed.Results After the first time of pulse CTX therapy,nine cases returned body temperature to normal within 72 hours,and the other two within 1week.Fever relapse was seen in five patients after the first time of pulse CTX therapy,and they returned body temperature to persistent normal after the second time of pulse CTX therapy.At the point of 1 week after the first time of pulse CTX therapy,serum C-reactive protein(CRP)significantly decreased when compared with that before treatment(P

Objective To analyses the CT characteristics of primary malignant ovarian tumors and metastatic ovarian carcinoma and its diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods CT findings in 31 patients with pathologically-proved malignant ovarian tumors,encountered during 1999-04~2003-11 were retrospectively analyzed.The observation of the lesion was focused on the following aspects:location,internal density,septa,wall,intra-cystic and extra-cystic vegetation,the composition of the soft tissue,ascites,peritoneum,mental implantation and metastatic lymphadenopathy.The characteristic of each in both primary malignant ovarian tumor and metastatic ovarian tumor were compared.Results Among the 24 primary malignant ovarian tumors,13 patients had lesions in both sides of ovary,type Ⅱa:n=3,Type Ⅱb:n=11,Type Ⅱc:n=7,Type Ⅲ:n=3.Among the metastatic ovarian carcinomas,Type Ⅱa:n=6,Type Ⅱc:n=1.Conclusion Type Ⅱb and Ⅱc are commonly seen in primary malignant ovarian tumors.Type Ⅱa is always seen in metastatic ovarian carcinoma.The metastatic tumors often happen in the right peritoneum,epiploon,and liver."arborization and silk screen likely"are the characteristic representation of the metastatic ovarian carcinoma.

Objective:To investigate the electromyography activities of the facial and neck muscles during mandibular movement in children with high-angle.Methods:A computer-integrated BioEMG Ⅱ diagnostic system was used to synchronously record the electromyography activities of temporal anterior(TA), masseter muscle(MM), sternocleidomastoid(SCM) and digastric anterior(DA) muscles during mandibular movement in 14 children with high-angle and 16 children with normal-angle.Results:Muscular activity of TA, DA and SCM in children with high-angle was significantly weaker than that in those with normal-angle in the rest position(P
