1.ADR Reports of Our Hospital in 2008: Analysis of 113 Cases
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and general pattern of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital. METHODS: A total of 113 ADR cases reported by our hospital in 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients’age and sex, route of administration, dosage form, category of drug, organs and systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations, etc. RESULTS: The ADR were mainly induced by venous administration (59.29%). Anti-infective drugs dominated the first place on the list of ADR incidence rate (46.90%) followed by TCM preparations (23.01%). The most common manifestation of the ADR was lesion of skin and its appendants(37.17%). CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.

4.Ischemic postconditioning increases the change of hippocampus rCBF and VEGF following cerebral Ischemic in tree shrews
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(07):-
Objective To find the effect and potential mechanism of ischemic postconditioning relief rCBF and VEGF expression during focal cerebral thrombosis. Methods The thrombotic focal cerebral ischemia was induced by photochemical reaction in tree shrews. The rCBF and VEGF expression in hippocampus CA1 area were detected,by laser-Doppler(LD) fowmeter and immunohistochemistry. Results rCBF reduces along with temporal lasting in cerebral thrombus, especially in 24 h;VEGF expression enhanced after cerebral ischemic, express of VEGF in 12 h is the most intensification(P0.05),mostly in 12 h(P

6.Evaluation and management of soft tissue healing induced by closed fracture
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(11):-
The criterion of injury severity is an important part of evaluation, which can affect the treatment for closed fracture. The reaction in soft tissue healing process contains microvascular responses and inflammation.Take soft tissue with low immunity as a incision will lead to wound dehiscence and deep infection. Therefore, realization of injury severity lays a foundation for effective treating with closed fracture. Many treatment methods, such as splint fixation, cryotherapy, compression or delayed operation, can prevent soft tissue from a second injury, and promote self-repair ability prior to operation. The newly development surgical tech-nique can improve efficacy of therapy, meantime, decrease the incidence of complications.

Yueqin LUO ; Li LIU ;
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(12):-
Objective: To establish quality standard on Qinggan Granules (Radix Actinidiae valvatas, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Badix Bupleuri, etc.). Methods: Radix Actinidiae valvatae, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Bupleuri were identified by TLC, and the content of Baicalin was determined by dual wavelength TLC scanning. Results: Baicalin showed a linear relationship at the range of 0.55~4.4?g, the average recovery was 102.9%. Conclusion: Method is simple, quick and good reproducible.
9.Relationship of susceptibility of primary angle-closure glaucoma with glutathione S-transferase T1 and M1 polymorphisms
International Eye Science 2015;(5):836-838
?AlM:To investigate the relationship of susceptibility of primary angle- closure glaucoma with glutathione S-transferase T1 ( GSTT1 ) and M1 ( GSTM1 ) polymorphisms.
? METHODS: Totally, 300 cases were collected from primary angle-closure glaucoma patients and 300 health volunteers were served as control group. The observation group were divided into chronic and acute primary angle-closure glaucoma groups, then multiplex PCR technology was used to detect the genetic polymorphisms of GSTM1 and GSTT1.
?RESULTS:The distribution frequencies of GSTT1-null genotype were 54. 3%, while it was 54. 0% in the control group, statistically no significance between control group and observation group (χ2 = 0. 053, P > 0. 05 ) ; The frequency GSTT1 - null genotype in chronic group of primary angle-closure glaucoma was 54. 9%, while it was 48. 6% in the acute group of primary angle - closure glaucoma, statistically no significance between control group and acute group(χ2=0. 064, P>0. 05), and chronic group (χ2=0. 037, P>0. 05); The distribution frequencies of GSTM1-null genotype was 59. 0%, while it was 55. 7%in the control group, statistically no significance between control group and observation group (χ2=0. 013, P>0. 05);The distribution frequencies of GSTM1-null genotype was 62. 3% and 58. 1% in acute and chronic group of primary angle - closure glaucoma patients respectively. Acute group of primary angle - closure glaucoma has no significant compared with control group (χ2 = 0. 005, P>0. 05), Chronic group of primary angle-closure glaucoma had no significant compared with control group (χ2 = 0. 047, P>0. 05).
?CONCLUSlON:No statistic significance relationship is found between primary angle-closure glaucom patients and the null genotypes of GSTM1 and GSTT1 susceptibility.
10.DNA sequence homology analysis of Trichophyton rubrum isolates from multiple body sites of patients with onychomycosis
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2010;43(8):542-545
Objective To profile genotypes of Trichophyton rubrum isolates from different body sites in patients with onychomycosis. Methods DNA was extracted from 30 T. nibium isolates from 10 patients with onychomycosis, and subjected to PCR with tandemly repetitive subelement 1 (TRS1 )-specific primer to analyze the number of repetitive elements in the non-transcribed spacer (NTS) region of ribosomal DNA gene, and to random primer amplification with the random primer OPAA11. The genotype variety was evaluated for T. rubrum isolates from different body sites of patients with onychomycosis. Results All the strains were classified into 5 genotypes based on the copy number of TRS1, and into 11 genotypes by RAPD analysis. The genotypes of T. rubrum seemed unrelated to sites of infection. Genotype diversity was observed among T. rubrum strains from different body sites of the same host in 7 out of the 10 cases as shown by amplification of TRS1 region, in 8 out of the 10 cases as demonstrated by RAPD analysis. Conclusion A single host with onychomycosis could harbor multiple genotypes of T. rubrum at different body sites, suggesting external sources of infection rather than infection from a different site in the same individual.
