1.Research on functions and mechanisms of MicroRNA-203 on migration of human hypopharyngeal carcinoma cells
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2015;(3):241-244
Objective To determine the roles and underlying molecular mechanism of MicroRNA-203 on the migration of human hypo-pharyngeal carcinoma cells. Methods The potential MicroRNA-203 target genes were searched by bioinformatic miRNA target prediction tools and KEGG database, and a large number of candidates was identified. The MEKK1 was selected for further investigation. This gene is known to play a role in tumor metastasis. The MicroRNA-203’s binding sites in MEKK1’s mRNA 3’UTR were analyzed by luciferase report-er assays. Nextly, the protein expression of MEKK1 in Fadu-Lv-MicroRNA-203 cells was determined by Western blot assay. The regulation of MEKK1’s mRNA expression by MicroRNA-203 was analyzed by qRT-PCR. Transwell cell migration assays were performed to confirm the im-pact of MicroRNA-203 on hypopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis. Results The expression level of endogenous MicroRNA-203 was negatively correlated with the mRNA and protein expression levels of MEKK1 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Transwell migration assay results showed that MicroRNA-203 overexpression inhibited hypopharyngeal carcinoma cell migration ability. Furtherly,MEKK1 can promote hypo-pharyngeal carcinoma cell migration ability. Conclusion MEKK1 is a direct target of MicroRNA-203. MicroRNA-203 plays a role in hypo-pharyngeal carcinoma cell migration ability through MEKK1.
2.Data Envelopment Analysis-Based Evaluation of the Performance of Merger & Acquisition of Listed Pharmaceutical Companies
China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the performance of merger and acquisition (M&A) of listed pharmaceutical companies over 3 years from 2000 to 2002. METHODS: Based on the financial data of the listed companies in 26 cases, a data envelopment analysis was performed to compare and evaluate the efficiency of the companies before and after M&A. RESULTS: The efficiency was reduced in the first 3 years after M&A, but increased started from the fourth year. CONCLUSIONS: M&A did not promote the efficiency of listed pharmaceutical companies.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2001;23(3):254-256
Objective To investigate the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) gene and its significance in the process of glioma cell differentiation induced by nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA). Methods Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression changes of GFAP protein and GFAP mRNA qualitatively and quantitatively. Results The expression levels of GFAP protein and GFAP mRNA in NDGA treatment group were significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion NDGA could induce GFAP gene in malignant glioma cells and the up-regulation of this gene expression might be one of the mechanisms by which NDGA induces glioma differentiation.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;9(1):67-68
Objective:With the development of the medical model, huge changes have also occurred in current nursing practice. This study focused on the evaluation of "excellent nurses" working in hospital. Also, the study also aimed to examine differences among doctors, nurses and patients in their ratings. Methods: 630 doctors, 660 nurses, 552 patients completed an evaluation questionnaire for rating excellent nurses. Results: The questionnaire contained items reflecting important characteristics pertaining excellent nurses. Conclusion:There were significant differences between doctors, nurses, and patients in their ratings of excellent nurses.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):626-629
As the head transplant program“Heaven Surgery” was put forward, there was birth to many bioethi-cal confusion, clinical-medical ethical confusion and other questions of ethical confusion. Face with various ethi-cal confusions, clinician need rational return of humanism, and the public need pay more attention to the essence of life and the concept of life and death.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the parameters of the postprandial plasma lipoproteins metabolism and the platelet activity change in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 48 elderly patients with CHD (CHD group) and 30 healthy elderly subjects (control group) were enrolled in this study. The levels of plasma lipoproteins including TG, CH, LDL-C and HDL-C, plama PDGF bioactivity, and vWF plasma concentration were measured at 12 hours after fasting and 4 hours after a fat-rich meal. Results The plasma levels of pre-prandial and postprandial TG, CH, LDL-C, PDGF and vWF in the CHD group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while plasma HLD-C level in the CHD group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Compared with fasting state, the levels of plasma TG, CH and LDL-C in the postprandial state significantly increased, but plasma HDL-C level did not significantly decreased. The plasm PDGF and vWF values of CHD group in the postprandial state significantly elevated. Conclusion These data suggested that the plasma lipoproteins metabolism of the elderly patients with CHD was abnormal, and the platelets activation in the elderly patients with CDH was correlated with the changes of postprandial plasma lipoproteins metabolism.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2000;0(09):-
Objective To analyse the pregnancy rate after treatment of tubal pregnancy with the systemic methotrexate (MTX) injection Methods From March 1985 to August 1999, 129 women with confirmed unruptured tubal pregnancy, and desiring to conceive were selected Among them 60 women were successfully treated with systemic MTX, and 69 with unilateral salpingectomy All cases were followed up for 1~15 years Results The rates of subsequent intrauterine pregnancies (IUP) in the MTX group was 73% (44 cases) and of recurrent extrauterine pregnancies (EP) was 8% (5 cases) Among 69 patients treated by salpingectomy, the rates of IUP and EP was 70% (48 cases) and 4% (3 cases) respectively The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant Conclusions The effect of conservative management with MTX was similar to those of salpingectomy The rate of subsequent pregnancy did not increased
