2.Nasal sinus mucoceles after hypophysectomy
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the causes, predilection sites and treatment of nasal sinus mucoceles after hypophysectomy.METHODS The clinical data of 7 cases with nasal sinus mucoceles after hypophysectomy diagnosed and treated in our Department from Jan.1998 to Aug.2007 were retrospectively studied.RESULTS The mucoceles were located at ethmoid sinus in 2 cases, frontal sinus in 2 cases, frontal and ethmoid sinuses in 3 cases. All of the 7 cases underwent mucocelectomy under nasal endoscope or a combined endoscopic intranasal and extra-nasal approach. No recurrence was found after follow up for 1 to 3 years.CONCLUSION The causes of nasal sinus mucoceles after hypophysectomy are the change of the anatomic structure of nasal cavity after surgery. The stenosis, adhesion of middle nasal meatus or obstruction of the sinus ostium are found in all the patients.Intranasal endoscopic surgery or combined with extra-nasal approach is the first choice for nasal sinus mucoceles.

Methods:The use of positron radionuclide drug 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) was made in 35 patients with myocardial metabolic imaging of coronary arteries and CTA examination, 20 patients with myocardial infarction patients, the FDG PET myocardial scintigraphy and coronary artery CTA combine examination results and confirmed case comparison of results. Results: 18F-FDG PETmyocardial scintigraphy and coronary artery CTA combination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, sensitivity and specificity of 100%and 96%. Conclusion: 18F-FDG PET data and coronary artery CTA precision data fusion, the fusion image is accurate, can not only provide clinicians reflect coronary artery anatomy indicators, can also provide reflect myocardial pathological physiology and metabolism index, to verify and supplement each other between the indicators.
5.Application value of the diffusion-weighted imaging in combination with dynamic enhanced MRI in detection of peripheral zone of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis
Journal of Practical Radiology 2015;(9):1460-1462,1470
Objective To explore the application value of the diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI)and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in detection of peripheral zone of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis (HAE).Methods Twenty patients with HAE underwent abdominal plain scan,DWI and dynamic enhanced MRI.The ADC values and enhanced ratio of the central necrosis, solid component, peripheral zone and normal liver parenchyma were measured at a workstation, and further were analyzed and compared. Results 32 lesions were detected in 20 patients with HAE.Two groups were divided according to the lesion with central necrosis (group A)or not (group B).In group A, the ADC values of the solid part and normal liver parenchyma were (1.52±0.30)×10 -3 mm2/s and (1.22±0.30)×10 -3 mm2/s. Meanwhile,in group B those were (1.50±0.25)×10-3 mm2/s and (1.03±0.28)×10-3 mm2/s,exhibiting no statistical differences between the two groups. In group A and B,the ADC values of the peripheral zone of lesion were 1.34(1.10,1.61)×10 -3 mm2/s and 0.96 (0.86,1.22)×10 -3 mm2/s,exhibiting statistical differences (Z =2.867,P =0.004);meanwhile,the enhanced ratio were 1.70± 0.36 and 1.58±0.30,exhibiting no statistical difference. No correlation between ADC values and enhanced ratio was found in the peripheral zone. Conclusion DWI at 3.0T can display visually the HAE,and the ADC value may reflect the DWI features of periph-eral zone. The ADC values in combination with enhanced ratio may help for the diagnosis.
6.Comparison and bias evaluation of two methods for detection of pepsinogen
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(18):2706-2707,2710
Objective To explore the consistency of chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay(CMIA)reagent and particle‐enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay(PETIA) reagent for detecting pepsinogen(PG) ,so as to provide laboratory references for en‐suring the reliability of PETIA reagent in detecting PG .Methods According to the requirement of EP9‐A2 file made by the Nation‐al Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(NCCLS) ,taking PETIA as evaluating method and CMIA as reference method ,a to‐tal of 92 specimens collected from patients with various degrees of gastric atrophy were selected ,PETIA and CMIA reagents were utilized for bidirectional detection of PG .Then recorded test results of pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ) ,and PGⅠ /pepsinogenⅡ(PG Ⅱ) rati‐o ,and carried out method comparison and bias evaluation for the two kinds of reagents .Results The expected relative bias of detec‐tion results of PGⅠ and PGⅠ /PG Ⅱ ratio by using PETIA and CMIA reagents were acceptable within linear range of methods . Conclusion The results of PGⅠ and PG Ⅱ detected by using PETIA reagent could be accepted .

9.Hematopoietic stem cell senescence
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Lifelong blood cell production is achieved by the capacity of hematopoietic stem cell(HSC) to differentiate and self-renew.A growing body of evidence suggest that DNA damage induced HSC senescence may be the principal mechanism of aging and HSC exhaustion in response to the stress exposure.Understanding the mechanisms of HSC senescence will help to find new therapeutics that can ameliorate HSC injury induced by chemo-and radiotherapy, elucidate the molecular mechanisms whereby leukemia/cancer stem cell arise and evade cancer therapy by escaping senescence, and identify the novel molecular targets for intervention.
