Background. Demographic transition is indication of population growth rates which impacted by global environmental changes and development of modern science. Last years, number of elderly people dramatically increasing in the world and this increases also showed up in Mongolia. Therefore, investigating the ageing process, risk factors for ageing and age related changes of the human body is important for diagnosing and decreasing age-related disease, improving the quality of life in elderly and healthy ageing. We aimed to investigate age related changes of antioxidant and prooxidant status among healthy Mongolian adults.Materials and Methods. 384 healthy subjects participated in this research. We measured serum level of antioxidant and prooxidant parameters in all subjects at the Functional diagnostic laboratory and Immunology laboratory of the Health Sciences University of Mongolia.Results. Serum level of malondialdehyde (MDA) that is parameter of prooxidant activity was lower in the 21-30 age groups and highest in upper 70 age groups. There was a significantly positive correlation between age and serum MDA level (r=0.665, p 0.01). Serum antioxidant parameters such as superoxide dismutase (SOD, r=-0.357, p 0.01), glutathione (GSH, r=-0.201, p 0.01) and total antioxidant activity (TAC, r=-0.256, p 0.01) has a negative correlation with age. But glutathione peroxidase (GPx, r=0.635, p 0.01) was significantly increased with age. That means the antioxidant activity is decreasing with the ageing process. Regression analyses showed that MDA, GPx, SOD, GSH, and TAC were significantly related with the ageing process.Conclusion. We concluded that the antioxidant activity is decreasing and oxidation process is increasing with age and oxidative stress is higher in healthy Mongolian adults. Furthermore, the serum lipid level is increasing from age 40and it can be the reason for arterial wall thickness.

Abstract
In this article, the self-evaluation and internal analysis of the “Pharmacology” course program at the Mongolian University of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MUPS) are described. The “Pharmacology” curriculum is included in the professional course category in the curriculum of school’s Pharmacy program and includes 48 hours of lectures and 96 hours of seminar content. A total of 1,997 pharmacists have been trained by this curriculum since 2005. The pharmacy program was accredited by the National Council for Educational Accreditation with a rating of 94 percent in 2014 and 100 percent in 2021. This time, the teachers who mainly teach in the program, together with the evaluation specialist, have collected the experience and evaluation results of the “Pharmacology” curriculum in this article. Data was collected by google form and processed by the SURE online tool and used the structure-oriented evaluation (SURE) model.

Introduction
In 1987 Jerome Ritchie, David Auth and colleagues first introduced rotational atherectomy (rotablation)
as a technique for the endovascular treatment of obstructive atherosclerotic disease. Rotational
atherectomy covers 3-5% of all procedures in big PCI centers, while <1% in smaller centers. By
study of Warth DC et al. in 1994, at early period when it was first introduced, procedure complication
of rotablation was about 40%, those with coronary dissection 29%, coronary artery occlusion 11.2%,
side branch occlusion 1.8%, distal occlusion 0.9%, no relow phenomenon 6.1%, severe vasospasm
13.8% and vascular perforation 1-2%.
By advanced techniques and technologies that kind of complications reduced significantly, it occurs
as same as other PCI procedures.
In our country PCI procedure was first introduced in Third State Central Hospital in 2000, since then
20 years has passed. During this period coronary intravascular diagnosis and treatment developed
progressively performing 14751 PTCA procedures, of those 8355(56,6%) PCI cases. By statistics
of 2017, myocardial infarction occurred 1145.6 in 10000 population, showing sharp increase, and
cardiovascular mortality became number one cause and has tendency to increase further.
To inform first outcome of rotational atherectomy of atherosclerosis that is severely calcified and
unavailable to introduce balloon catheter or stent. To conduct atherectomy treatment methods,
accustoming professionals, order and get ready the treatment materials for necessity.
We successfully performed rotablation in severely calcified mLAD of 56 years of male patient by
staged PCI, whose infarct related artery Lcx was revascularized 3 months previously. As a result the
patient was fully revascularized, the balloon catheter passed through the narrowing and stent was
implanted successfully.
