The Unique theoretical and methodology system is the symbol of a mature subject.This paper reviewed the subject development history of Chinese medical S&T management and its defects.The proposed basis for the theoretical and methodological system of medical S&T management consisted of three main characteristics of medicine:humanities.complexity of life and uncertainty of innovation.The construction plan of the theoretical and methodological system Was discussed and the organizational progress was proposed.

Objective To build an evaluation index system for emergency medical assistance capability of the hospitals and provide an evaluation means for hospital capability of emergency medical assistance(HCEMA).Methods Literature search,free interview,expert consultation,and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).were used to build an evaluation index system for emergency medical assistance capability of the hospitals Results The HCEMA evaluation system consists of 5 grade-1 indexes and 16 grade-2 indexes.Conclusion The evaluation system applies to evaluating the capability of medical rescue assistance of hospitals with varying types and gradas,as the evaluating indexes meet the demands satisfactorily.

This paper reports one case of gastric antral ulcer due to Strongyloides stercoralis infection in Leshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.

As the important sign of military standardization, GSM (generalization, serialization and modelization) is necessary to develop medical equipment. At present, the standardization of the PLA field medical equipment system is at the threshold. The research focus is put on the single equipment, and there are no many analyses and studies based on point of system. In allusion to these problems, this paper pays more attention to the meaning of GSM with information study and soft science analysis involved. Two levels of indexes with meanings are tabled and the assessment system with fifteen indexes of the second level is established. Through comparison, RSR is elected to deal with the weights of the indexes. Used to evaluate four equipment systems, the assessment system proves scientific, reliable and effective.

Objective To assess the anti-inflammatory and analgesic efects of Qinghouxiaoyan granules. Methods The rats were divided into blank group , Qinghouxiaoyan granules of high , medium , or low dose group, and aspirin group. Xylol-induced auricle swelling, carrageenan-induced paw swelling, Hac-induced blood capillary lealkage , and cotton pellet-induced graunloma were performed to assess the inflammatory effect; heat-plate test and Hac induced-twisting method were used to observe the analgesic efect. Results Qinghouxiaoyan granules played significant inhibitory action on xylene-induced inflammation , carrageenan-induced inflammation , and cotton-ball-induce granulation edema in different degrees; and decreased HAc-induced abdominal capillary permeability. The granules also showed significant analgesic effects on pain induced by heat and chemical stimu-lation in rats. Conclusion Qinghouxiaoyan granules has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.

Objective: To analyze the association between sedentary behavior with overweight or obesity in middle school students, and to provide policy reference for relevant departments. Methods: Using the stratified cluster sampling method, a questionnaire survey and physical fitness test were conducted among 1 208 middle school students aged 13 to 18 in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in October 2019. The associations between sedentary behavior and overweight or obesity among middle school students of different ethnic groups in Aba Prefecture were analyzed. Results: The detection rate of overweight or obesity was Tibetan (14.0%)> Han (8.8%)> Qiang (8.2%), junior high school students (10.5%)> high school students (8.2%), the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=19.34，13.62，P<0.05). Compared with the reference group, the detection rate of overweight or obesity among middle school students with time spent in the Internet for ＞1 h/d, reading extracurricular books ＞2 h/d, video games ＞1 h/d, and watching TV＞1 h/d (23.7%, 19.6%, 27.8%, 26.7%) significantly increased(OR=1.26, 1.09, 1.38, 1.18, P<0.05). Conclusion Sedentary behaviors of middle school students of different ethnic groups in Aba Prefecture are positively correlated with overweight or obesity. Reducing the duration of static behaviors helps prevent and control the occurrence of overweight or obesity among middle school students.

OBJECTIVETo compare the short and long term clinical efficacy for treatment of patients with extranodal nasal-type NK/T-cell lymphoma(ENKTL) by intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT) and conventional radiotheraphy(CRT).

METHODSSixty-three cases of early ENKTL were divided into the IMRT group of (33 cases) and CRT group(30 cases). The short effects, overall survival(OS) of 3 years, progression free survival(PFS) of 3 years, acute radiation injury and late adverse reactions to radiation were compared between 2 group.

RESULTSThe rate of overall response rate(ORR) were not significantly between the 2 groups(P>0.05); the OS of 3 years and PFS of 3 years were not different significantly between the 2 groups(P>0.05); the OS of 3 years and PFS of 3 years were not different significantly between the chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy group(P>0.05); the incidence and severity of oral mucosa reaction, myelosuppression, skin reaction and dry mouth were not significantly different between the 2 groups(P>0.05); the incidence of late dry mouth and swallowing obstruction feeling in the IMRT group were significantly lower than those in CRT group (P<0.05); the rate of late hearing loss, visual loss and mouth openin restriction were not different between the 2 groups(P>0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe short and long term clinical efficacy of IMRT and CRT for the patients with ENKTL is the same; however, the adverse radiation reactions of IMRT are lower, showing a positive significance for improvment of prognosis improving.

Objective: To study the safety and effectiveness of infra-hepatic inferior vena cava clamping combined with Pringle’s maneuver during hepatectomy. Methods: The databases of PubMed, Cochrane Center, CNKI, VIP, Wan Fang were searched to extract the relevant data for the meta-analysis using the Revmanage 5.3 software. Results: A total of 14 studies with 1595 patients were included in this meta-analysis. The results showed that total bleeding during the combined clamping was significantly lower than that of the Pringle’s maneuver alone (MD=-314.59, 95%CI: -362.37~-266.81, P<0.05). Bleeding during hepatectomy was significantly lower (MD=-217.79, 95% CI: -284.57~-151.00, P<0.05); so was the intraoperative blood transfusion rate (OR=0.48, 95% CI: 0.36~0.62, P<0.05). The incidence of complications was significantly lower (OR=0.74, 95% CI: 0.57~0.95, P<0.05). However, there were no significant differences in operation time, length of hospital stay, intraoperative monitoring index and postoperative liver and kidney function recovery (P>0.05). Conclusions Infra-hepatic inferior vena cava clamping combined with Pringle’s maneuver in hepatectomy was safe and reliable. Compared with the Pringle’s maneuver alone, the combined technique reduce bleeding and the incidence of complications. This technique is worth promoting in clinical practice.

The European Society for Vascular Surgery (ESVS) 2022 clinical practice guidelines showed us venous thrombosis management in January 2022. In terms of iliac vein diseases, it retained some guiding views, upgraded some guiding views, and added some new views compared with the version 2015. It has good guidance and reference significance for medical staff and patients. The part of the guidelines about iliac vein disease is worth our interpretation.

Objective: To retrospectively analyze the distribution of non-fermentative bacteria causing bloodstream infection in hospitalized patients in Sichuan Province and their drug susceptibility to common antibiotics for better understanding their epidemiological characteristics. Methods: From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2017, all of the non-fermentative bacteria isolated from patients with bloodstream infection in nine hospitals in Sichuan Province were collected. Species distribution and drug resistance test results were retrospectively analyzed. Results: A total of 6 291 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, including 3 674 strains of gram-negative bacteria (58.4%) and 2 617 strains of gram-positive bacteria (41.6%). The gram-positive bacteria were 1 895 strains of Staphylococcus (30.1%), 372 strains of Streptococcus (5.9%), 317 strains of Enterococcus (5.1%) and 33 strains of other gram-positive bacteria (0.5%). The gram-negative bacteria were 3 191 Enterobacteriaceae strains (50.7%), 389 non-fermentative strains (6.2%) and 94 other gram-negative strains (1.5%). The isolated non-fermentative bacteria were mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa (136 strains, 35.0%), Acinetobacter baumannii (126 strains, 32.0%) and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (33 strains, 8.5%). There were 167 (42.9%), 112 (28.8%) and 82 (21.1%) non-fermentative bacteria isolated in internal medicine departments, ICUs and surgery departments, respectively. The drug resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to cefepime, ciprofloxacin and gentamicin were 16.5%, 10.7% and 9.9%, respectively. Carbapenems-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (CR-PA) accounted for 13.6%. No polymyxin-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa was found. The resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to all antibiotics were over 30% except for minocycline and polymyxin and 75.7% of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CR-AB) were isolated. The drug resistance rates to levofloxacin, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and ceftazidime were 0%, 0% and 37.0% in Stenotrophomonas maltophilia isolates and 10.5%, 4.2% and 19% in Burkholderia cepacia isolates, respectively. Conclusions Non-fermentative bacteria causing 6.2% of bloodstream infection in Sichuan, mainly by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii. There were significant differences in the isolation rate of non-fermentative bacteria in different departments and most of the strains were isolated in internal medicine departments. The detection rate of Acinetobacter baumannii with multiple drug resistance was high, while other non-fermentative bacteria had good sensitivity to antibiotics.
