Objective To study the human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) and spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) activity expression and molecular margin in the tumor center and peripheral tissues of patients with colorectal cancer, and to explore the security of tumor surgical margins. Methods The expressions of hTERT and SYK were examined by SABC and Supervisan immunohistochemistry in 20 specimens of colorectal cancer and tissues 1 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm, away from proximal and distal margin of the tumor respectively. Results The positive expression rate of hTERT in colorectal cancer was 80.00 %, the rate in tissues 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm away from the tumor margin was 0. The positive expression rate of hTERT in tissues from the cancer center to 3 cm away from the tumor margin was gradually diminishing (P<0.01). The positive expression rate of SYK in colorectal cancer was 10.00 %, the positive expression rate of SYK in tissues from the cancer center to 3 cm away from the tumor margin was gradually increased (P<0.05). Conclusion There is molecular margin around colorectal cancer tissues. Considering hTERT and SYK expressions, 3 cm can be defined as the safe molecular margin for the radical operation of colorectal cancer.

Objective To study the characteristics of the diseases spectrum in hospitalized children. Methods The items of main diagnosis, gender, age, etc.in the inpatients medical records home page data aged 0? 12 years old in second-level and above hospitals of Chongqing City during 2015 were performed the disease spectrum sequence and constituent ratio analysis for deeply digging the relation between the disease change trend with the age and sex. Results The top 5 main system diseases affecting children's health were respiratory system diseases (male 43.84%,female 45.74%),some conditions originated from prenatal period (male 12.01 %,female 13.87 %),infectious diseases and parasites diseases (male 9.48 %,female 9.88 %),digestive system diseases (male 9.09 %,female 6.95 %),injury, poisoning and some other consequences of external causes(male 6.86 %,female 5.27 %).Respiratory system diseases always ranked the first place, the sexual difference among various system disease was unobvious, the sequence of injury, poisoning and some other consequence of external causes was increased with the age increasing;in the ranking of respiratory system diseases,pneumonia(38.73 %),acute bronchitis(17.29 %) and acute tonsillitis(13.83%) were the top 3 diseases affecting children's health. Conclusion Respiratory system diseases are the concerned key point for children health promotion. The health and epidemic prevention departments should provide effective methods and measures for preventing respiratory system diseases in children.Furthermore, the targeted prevention and treatment measures should be proposed aiming at the difference of disease sequence in different age groups.

Objective The rapid development of radiation equipment has put forward higher requirements for protective facil -ities.The aim of this study was to research the radiation protection status of treatment equipment room in thirty -three medical units from East China area , and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of radiation protection . Methods The li-cense and archival of X-ray machine, CT, gamma knife, accelerator, after loading therapy machine were surveyed in the thirty-three medical units .The engine room size , wall thickness , lead equivalent of protection doors , and leakage level of equipment were detec-ted.All the data were evaluated and analyzed on the basis of the corresponding national standards . Results ①The inspection pass rates of radiation treatment equipments in the first class hospitals were afterloader (100%), X-ray apparatus(99%), gastrointestinal machine(98%), CT(98%), medical processing accelerator (98%), gamma knife(97%), DSA(94%), PET-CT(94%), ECT (90%), dental engine(84%)and molybdenum target drone (84%).The inspection pass rates of radiation treatment equipments in other class hospitals were medical processing accelerator (100%), X-ray apparatus(91%), CT(89%), gastrointestinal machine (80%), DSA(80%) and (80%) gamma knife.②The qualified rates of the leakage radiation levels of radiation therapy , diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine were 100%, 99% and 97%. Conclusion The radiation protection of treatment equipments and facilities in thirty-three medical units from East China area needs to be strengthened . We should strengthen supervision , implement the rules and regulations , strictly perform the regulation of radiation protection evalua-tion, and strengthen the training of radiation protection regulations and skills .

Objective:To explore the changes and clinical significance of inflammatory indices of urogenic sepsis with different severity. Methods:A retrospective case-control study was used to analyze the clinical data of 71 patients with urogenic sepsis admitted to 940th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2010 to April 2018, including 34 males and 37 females, aged 39-96 years [(63.1±18.3)years]. The patients were divided into three groups according to the clinical diagnostic criteria for septic shock and sepsis according to the 2014 edition of the Chinese Urology Surgical Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment: 21 cases in sepsis group [sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score of 3.0 (2.0, 3.0)points], 21 cases in severe sepsis group [SOFA score of 9.0 (6.0, 11.0)points], and 29 cases in septic shock group [SOFA score of 15.0 (14.0, 16.0)points]. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of inflammatory indicators with SOFA, including white blood cell count, percentage of neutrophils, C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, procalcitonin, fibrinogen, D-dimer, and platelet. Multiple linear regression analysis and stepwise regression weighted analysis were performed to analyze the relation between inflammatory indicators and sepsis severity. Levels of each inflammatory indicator was detected and compared among the groups.Results:① Spearman correlation analysis: percentage of neutrophils, D-dimer, interleukin-6, procalcitonin and SOFA scores were significantly positively correlated, with the r s value of 0.738, 0.712, 0.31, 0.795, respectively ( P<0.01); platelet and SOFA scores were significantly negatively correlated, with the r s value of -0.661 ( P<0.01). ② Multiple linear regression analysis: percentage of neutrophils, platelet, D-dimer, procalcitonin and SOFA score were significantly correlated ( P<0.01); Stepwise regression weighted analysis suggested that the model linear relationship and fit was good. ③ Inflammatory index comparison: percentage of neutrophils in sepsis group, severe sepsis group and septic shock group was 82.30 (76.25, 88.45), 90.50 (86.55, 93.85), 95.10 (92.05, 97.95), respectively; level of platelet was 183.01 (144.50, 246.50)×10 9/L, 149.11 (81.04, 207.00)×10 9/L, 81.26 (50.01, 93.50)×10 9/L, respectively; level of D-dimer was 0.98 (0.71, 1.74)mg/L, 3.45 (1.79, 5.56)mg/L, 7.19 (4.26, 11.63)mg/L, respectively; level of procalcitonin was 0.55 (0.21, 1.09)ng/ml, 5.45 (3.74, 11.80)ng/ml, 17.68 (13.97, 26.75)ng/ml, respectively. There were significant differences in above indicators among the groups ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The serum levels of procalcitonin, percentage of neutrophils, D-dimer and platelet are positively correlated with the severity of urogenic sepsis. While combined detection of those indicators can better predict the severity of the sepsis.
