Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2012;(6):415-417
We investigated the present situation of teaching materials of pathophysiology abroad with medical informatics. Some excellent pathophysiology textbooks are identified from various aspects and levels.
2.To analyze the development trend of the ultrasound-guide nerve block basing the bibliometric analysis
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2017;30(1):66-69
Objective To study the development trend and research status of the subject in the field of the development trend of ultrasound-guided nerve block by bibliometric analysis. Methods By using PubMed and SCI-E databases,we searched the literatures about ultrasound-guided nerve block published over these years, and used the GoPubMed platform and BIBLIOMETRC.COM to document the bibliometric data from two sources separately. Results Through a series of comparative analysis,we discussed the research status and development trend of ultrasound-guided nerve block, obtained the core research force in this field, and summarized the periodicals and hot-spots of this article. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided nerve block has gradually entered the slow stage of research in the world, but the related research in our country is still in the rising stage. At present, the leading force in this field is still in the United States and Canada. We should pay more attention to track the trends and improve our research capabilities.

Purpose:To study analgesia effect and adverse reaction of diclofenac sodium extended release capsule for cancer pain in senile patients. Methods:20 senile patients with light or moderate cancer pain were selected. The analgesia effect and adverse reaction were observed after diclofenac sodium extended release capsule 100 mg qn po.Results:The treatment of cancer pain with diclofenac sodium extended release capsule in senile patients had obvious analgesia effect without obvious adverse reaction. Conclusions:Diclofenac sodium extended release capsule 100 mg qn po is a safe, effective and simple way to relieve cancer pain in senile patients with light or moderate cancer pain.

Objective To investigate the molecular epidemiology of human immunodefieiency viruses (HIV)-1 infected individuals in Honghe district,Yunnan Province and provide the evidence of molecular biology features of HIV-1 infection. Methods HIV-1 pol gene was amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Then sequencing and phylogenetic tree analysis were employed tO determine HIV-I subgenotype. The sequence alignment was performed in the database of international drug resistance tO identify resistance-associated mutations. Results The samples from 60 HIV-1 infected individuals were investigated:39 were male,21 were female, with average age 35.5 years old.Thirty-four cases were infected with HIV-I through intravenous drug abuse,12 by sexual contacts,2 were contaminated blood/blood products transfusion and 12 with unknown transmission routes.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that 53 cases (88.3%) were subtype 08-BC,6 (10.0%) were subtype 07-BC and 1 (1.7%) was subtype 01_AE.The total rate of drug resistance associated mutations was 33.3%.The major mutations in protease (PR) and reverse transcriptase (RT) regions accounted for 5.0% and 3 1.7%,respectively.The major mutations in PR region were I541M,V82VFIL,M46MI,which were found in 1 case, respectively. The mutations in RT region were as follows:4 cases were T69D,6 were A62V,1 was D67DE,1 was E44D,3 were V179D,1 was V179E.1 was K238KN,1 was L234T+P236S and 1 was V106E.Conclusions The major transmission route of HIV-I infection in Honghe district,Yunnan Province is through drug injection. The major HIV-1 subtype of HIV-infeeted individuals is 08_BC.PR inhibitor and RT inhibitor drug resistance associated mutations in HlV-1 gene have already existed.

Objective:
To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of endoscopicretrograde cholangio-pancreatography(ERCP)in the management of long-term complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
Methods:
From January 2009 to July 2018, the clinical data of 62 patients with biliary or pancreatic long-term complications after pancreatoduodenectomy were reviewed at Department of General Surgery, and the corresponding ERCP were carried out in the multi-disciplinary cooperation. There were 39 males and 24 females. The age was 56.5 years(aging from 13 to 76 years). The time of treatment was 3 months to 20 years after pancreatoduodenectomy. The long-term biliopancreatic complications after pancreatoduodenectomy included 51 cases of biliary calculi, 42 cases of bilioenteric anastomotic stenosis with proximal bile duct dilatation, and 11 cases of pancreaticointestinal anastomosis stenosis with distal pancreatic duct dilatation. All patients received conventional duodenoscopy or single-balloon enteroscopy assisted ERCP under general anesthesia.
Results:
A total of 95 ERCP were performed in 62 patients, averaging 1.5 times per case. The long-term complications of cholangiopancreatic after pancreatoduodenectomy(ERCP indications) included 56 times of bile duct stones(58.9%), 45 times of bilioenteric anastomatic stricture(47.4%), 11 times of recurrent pancreatitis(11.6%), 6 cases(6.3%) of bilioenteric anastomatic foreign body, 3 times of intrahepatic bile duct stenosis(3.2%). Among the 95 times, 82 times(86.3%) achieved endoscopic endoscopy, 76 times(80.0%) were diagnosed successfully, and 72 times(75.8%) were successfully treated with ERCP.Small intestinal perforation occurred in 1 patient undergoing duodenoscopy, and then healed by surgical repair.
Conclusion
Multi-disciplinary collaboration of ERCP is safe and effective in the treatment of long-term complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy, but the long-term effect still needs further clinical follow-up.
