This article introduced five cases of professor JIANG Jian using later generation's prescriptions of Qingwei Shegan Tang,Qingkong Gao,Xietong Shen Fang,Jianbei Jingutong Fang,Juantong San,Juhe Wan,and Shen xiao Gualou San to treat pain syndrome of gastralgia,hypochondriac pain,headache,backache,and breast-ache. During the treatment of pain syndrome,professor JIANG Jian’ clinical experience by using later generation's prescriptions was extraordinary,deserved to learn an reference.

ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH).Methods A total of 738 male subjects were assigned to the non-BPH + non-metabolic syndrome (MS)group (group A),BPH + non-MS group (group B),MS + non-BPH group (group C),and BPH + MS group ( group D).Body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure ( SBP),diastolic blood pressure ( DBP),fasting blood glucose ( FBG ),total cholesterol ( TC ),triglyceride ( TG ),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ),glycosylated alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ),serum creatinine,hemoglobin (HbAlc),and serum uric acid (UA) were measured.Results In comparison with group A,age,BMI,SBP,DBP,TG,TC,LDL-C and HbAlc of group B were significantly increased,although HDL-C was significantly reduced.Age,BMI,SBP,DBP,TG,TC,LDL-C,UA and HbAlc of group D were significantly higher than those of group C,while HDL-C was relatively lower.In multivariate logistic regression analysis,＞ 60 years [odds ratio (OR) =4.432,95％ confidence interval (CI) 1.331 to 14.759],overweight/obese ( OR =228.165,95％ CI 21.932 to 2373.724 ),hypertension ( OR =33.350,95％ CI 10.221 to 108.824),higher FBG ( OR =131.669,95％ CI 21.033 to 824.279 ),and higher TG ( OR =53.500,95％ CI 11.547 to 247.889 ) were independent risk factors of BPH with MS.Conclusion Our data suggest a close relationship between BPH and MS.Elderly,overweight/obesity,and higher blood pressure,TC or FBG might be the risk factors of BPH and MS.

Objective To explore the effect of miniAd-ATP7B-GFP on the copper metabolism of skin fibroblasts of Wilson′s disease ( WD ) patients under high concentration copper medium.Methods Firstly, mini-adenovirus carrier containing human ATP7B gene was built and the mutations of 8 WD patients were detected.Fibroblasts from primary culture of skin of WD patients and normal human were cultivated 72 h in basic medium and medium with the copper concentration of C1(22.3μmol/L), C2(89.2μmol/L), C3 (156.1 μmol/L), C4 (245.3 μmol/L).Then the concentration of copper and protein was detected and copper/protein ratio was calculated.Secondly, miniAd-GFP ( miniAd-GFP group) and miniAd-ATP7B-GFP ( miniAd-ATP7B-GFP group ) were added into WD patients skin fibroblasts respectively, Wilson non-transfection group and normal group were set up as control, and C4 medium was used to culture the cells of four groups for 72 h and 96 h.Then the concentration of copper and protein was detected and copper/protein ratio was calculated.Results Five kinds of mutations were detected from 8 WD patients.The copper/protein ratio of WD patients and normal human in basic medium and the C1 -C3 groups had no statistically significant difference, but in C4 group (WD (1 871.6 ±209.2) ng/mg, normal group (1 267.2 ±188.3) ng/mg) the difference was statistically significant (t=6.075, P<0.01).C3((816.3 ±113.9) ng/mg) and C4 groups had statistically significant difference compared with the basic medium group ( ( 159.2 ± 38.6) ng/mg;WD:χ2 =31.493, normal group:χ2 =30.708, both P<0.01).The copper/protein ratio of 96 h group was higher than 72 h group.Compared with WD non-transfection (96 h:(2 731.2 ±188.7) ng/mg,72 h:(1 901.7 ±219.5) ng/mg) and normal groups, miniAd-ATP7B-GFP group had statistically significant difference both in 96 h ( ( 2 071.0 ±171.8 ) ng/mg ) and 72 h groups ( ( 1 495.5 ±161.4 ) ng/mg;72 h:F=20.130, 96 h: F=51.496,P<0.01).Conclusion MiniAd-ATP7B-GFP has partial improvement on copper metabolism of skin fibroblasts of WD patients under high concentration copper medium.

Objective To investigate the prevalences of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and metabolic syndrome (MS) and to analyze the risk factors for benign prostatic hyperplasia and metabolic syndrome in the elderly.Methods A total of 490 elderly men undergoing health examination in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were divided into BPH and MS group (n=246),MS group (n=55),BPH group (n=44),non-BPHandnon-MSgroup (control,n =145).Body height,body weight,body mass index (BMI),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were detected.Fasting blood glucose (FBG),serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),alanine a minotransferase (ALT),creatinine (CRE),glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c),serum uric acid (UA) and other indicators were measured.Results The prevalences of BPH and MS were increased with age (x 2=810.71,732.18,both P＜0.05).Age,BMI,blood pressure,the levels of FBG,TG,TC,LDL-C,UA and HbA1c were significantly higher in BPH and MS group than in control group (all P＜0.05),while HDL-C concentration was significantly lower in group BPH and MS than in control group (P＜0.05).Age was significantly higher in group BPH and MS than in MS group (P＜0.05).Age,BMI,blood pressure,levels of FBG and TG were significantly higher in group BPH and MS than in BPH group (all P＜0.05),while HDL-C concentration was significantly lower in group BPH and MS than in group C (P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age＞70 years,obesity,hypertension,high FBG,high TG,lower HDL-C were independent risk factors for BPH and MS (OR:2.947,4.470,4.790,11.589,27.850,0.391,respectively,all P＜ 0.05).Conclusions The prevalences of BPH and MS are gradually increased with ageing in elderly men.Age ＞ 70 years,obesity,hypertension,high fasting glucose,hypertriglyceridemia and lower HDL-C are the risk factors for BPH and MS.

The effects of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing operation in cervical spondylitis have been generally recognized. This paper reviewed the applications and improvements of the major three TCM nursing operations, cupping, Gua-Sha and acupressure. The future developments in moxibustion, auricular point sticking, fumigation and washing therapy and moisten compress therapy were also prospected.

Objective:To explore the reasonable amount of bacteriostatis agent in fluconazole eye drop. Methods: According to the method of bacteriostatis effect test in 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP), and Staphyococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Candia albicans and Aspergillus niger as the test strains, the bacteriostatis effect of fluconazole eye drop containing 5%, 1%, 0. 3% and 0. 1% benzalkonium chloride was determined. Results: The bacteriostatis effects of fluconazole eye drop containing 5%, 1% and 0. 3% benzalkonium chloride on the five species of tested bacteria complied with the regulations of ChP. The bacteriostatis effects of 0. 1% benzalkonium chloride on Pseudomonas aeruginosa didn't meet the requirements, therefore, 0. 3%was the minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC) of benzalkonium chloride. Conclusion: The best inhibitory concentration of benza-lkonium chloride is 1%.

Objective To explore the direct association between metabolic syndrome (MS) and gamma glutamyltransferase (GGT) or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in Beijing men and women.Methods We investigated the medical check-up data from the 14,204 physical examination population (male 9524,female 4680) of year 2008.A cross-sectional study was carried out to explore the direct association between MS and GGT or ALT.MS was defined by the Chinese Diabetes Society (2004).Chisquare test was performed to analyze the categorical variables.The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was plotted to obtain area under curve (AUC) and the cutoff point of GGT and ALT.Results The prevalence of MS was significantly higher in subjects with the highest quartile of GGT or ALT than the subjects with the lowest quartile of GGT or ALT.For male,the prevalence of MS is 7.57％ in the lowest GGT quartile and 29.04％ in the highest GGT quartile.For female,the prevalence of MS is 1.28％ in the lowest GGT quartile and 17.86％ in the highest GGT quartile.For male,the prevalence of MS is 9.27％ in the lowest ALT quartile and 21.88％ in the highest ALT quartile.For female,the prevalence of MS is 3.52％ in the lowest ALT quartile and 14.70％ in the highest ALT quartile (P ＜0.01).The optimal cutoff points of GGT to diagnose MS were 31 U/L in men and 18 U/L in women.The optimal cutoff points of ALT to diagnose MS were 23 U/L in men and 19 U/L in women.Conclusions The prevalence of MS increases with the increase in serum levels of GGT or ALT even through the normal range of GGT or ALT in Chinese men and women.

Objective To explore the feasibility and efficacy of posterior minimally invasive scoliosis surgery in Lenke 5C adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS).Methods From November 2012 to March 2014,a total of 16 patients underwent posterior minimally invasive scoliosis surgery assisted by O-arm three-dimensional CT navigation were included.There were 14 female and 2 male,with an average age of (16.7± 1.6) years (ranged from 14 to 18 years).The mean Cobb angles of lumbar and thoracic curve were 48.7°±5.6°and 24.1°±5.4°,respectively.Results 16 patients were successfully completed the operation,the average operation time was (246±89) min,the average intraoperative blood loss was (192± 105) ml,and the fusion level was 4.9±0.5 on average.A total of 155 screws were inserted in the 16 patients,with a mean implant density of 98.9％±4.9％.All the patients were followed up for (26.4±3.9) months on average.The following radiographic parameters were evaluated before surgery,immediately after surgery and at the last follow-up:curve magnitude,apical vertebral translation (AVT),apical vertebral rotation (AVR),trunk shift,thoracic kyphosis (TK),thoracolumbar kyphosis (TLK),lumbar lordosis (LL) and sagittal vertical axis (SVA).The accuracy of pedicle screw placement was assessed according to postoperative CT scans.SRS-22 scores and complications were also recorded during the follow-up.Immediately after surgery,the correction rate of main lumbar curve was 80.1％±8.3％,and thoracic curve was 59.3％±8.7％,and a obvious improvement was noted in terms of AVT,AVR,trunk shift and TLK.At the last follow-up,except the increase of SVA from (-27.6± 19.5) mm to (-12.3±6.6) mm,no obvious changes of AVT,AVR,trunk shift,TK,TLK and LL were observed during the follow-up.According to CT evaluation,the satisfactory rate of pedicle screw placement was 94.2％,while the perforation rate was 5.8％ (9/155).Fusion across the facet joint were satisfactory.In SRS-22 assessment,the mean scores of functional,pain,self-image,mental state and satisfaction were (4.3 ± 0.5) points,(4.7 ± 0.6) points,(4.2 ± 0.7) points,(4.2 ± 0.5)points and (4.4 ± 0.6) points.No wound infection,implant failure and neurologic complications were found after surgery.Conclusion Wiltse approach assisted by O-arm three-dimensional CT navigation has the characteristics of small injury,less bleeding,high accuracy placement of pedicle screws and high self-satisfaction of patients.It is a feasible,safe and effective way to treat Lenke 5C AIS.

Objective To investigate the ability of targeting in vitro breast carcinoma and photoacoustic-mediate apoptosis of breast carcinoma of the nanoparticle probe loaded with Fe3O4 and observe its consequence of photoacoustic imaging in vitro.Methods The polymeric multifunctional nanoparticles probe that was loaded with Fe3O4 and connected with Herceptin targeting breast carcinoma was prepared in the use of double emulsion method and carbodiimide method.General physical property,the condition of Herceptin connected with nanoparticles and the ability of targeting of the probe were tested.The different concentration of nanoparticles was imaged by photoacoustic.The inhibiting effect of targeting nanoparticles on breast carcinoma cells was evaluated in vitro.Results The targeting polymeric multifunctional nanoparticles probes loaded with Fe3O,were prepared successfully with average particle diameter of (235.4± 53.75)nm and Zeta potential (-13.4 ± 4.7)mV.Fe3O4 particles dispersed on the shell of the probes.Antibody Hereeptin was successfully connected with the surface of the nanoprobes.There were massive targeting nanoprobes surround the breast carcinoma cell strains SKBR3 in the targeting group in vitro.The photoascoustic signal of the nanoprobes enhanced with the increase of Fe3O4 concentration in photoacoustic experiment in vitro.The apoptotic rate of breast carcinoma increased after the laser irradiation in the cell inhibition experiment in vitro.That proved the obvious inhibition of breast carcinoma cells was caused by photothermal effect of the prepared nanoprobes.Conclusions The prepared polymeric multifunctional nanoparticles probe that was loaded with Fe3O4 and connected with Herceptin targeting breast carcinoma can be used as a photoacoustic contrast agent,which can inhibit the proliferation of breast carcinoma by targeting photoacoustic therapy.
