2.Value of combined application of high risk human papillomavirus DNAdetection and thinprep cytologic test for cervical cancer screening

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of thinprep cytologic test (TCT) combined with high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) DNA for cervical cancer (CC). Methods 141 cases of patients with abnormal cervical lesions were abnormal examined by TCT and were graded by the results of TCT and cervical biopsy, the HR-HPV-DNA was detected by surface plasmon resonance (SPR). Results The cervical biopsy positive rate 65.2% (92/141) was significantly higher than the positive rate of TCT 39.0% (55/141) (χ2=19.45, P < 0.05). The positive rate of HR-HPV-DNA was 66.0% (93/141) was significantly higher than the positive rate of TCT 39.0% (55/141), (χ2=20.53, P < 0.05). Conclusion TCT, HR-HPV-DNA and cervical biopsy are important clinical diagnostic methods for cervical lesions, combine detection of TCT and HR-HPV-DNA can improve the detection rate of cervical lesions.
3.Mental health,life events and coping styles of middle school students in Three-Gorges areas in Chongqing

Objective To investigate the mental health status of middle school students in Three-Gorge area in Chongqing, and to explore the relationship with their life events and coping styles. Methods The Compi-ling of mental health scales for middle school students(MSSMHS),adolescent self-rating Life events checklist and trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ) were adopted in the study to test the randomly sampled 1 632 middle school students in Three-Gorges area in Chongqing. Results The rate of mental disorder in the samples was 27.5%. The total average scores and each factor of the mental health were positively correlated with the factors of life events(r=0. 29~0.55). Negative coping styles were positively correlated with the total average scores and each factor of the mental health (r=0.38~0.56). Positive coping styles was negatively correlated with anxiety, depression, study pressure(r=-0.07~-0.05). The factors of life events and coping styles explained 27%~49% variation of scores of the mental health total average scores and each factor of the mental health. Conclusion Both life events and the coping styles are the important factors for the mental health of middle school students in Three-Gorge area in Chongqing. Reducing negative life events and coping styles benefits the mental health of middle school students.
4.Value of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,G-17 and Hp IgG in screening of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer

Objective:To analyze the value of pepsinⅠ( PGⅠ) , pepsinⅡ( PGⅡ) , gastrin-17 ( G-17 ) diagnostic and Helicobacter pylori( Hp IgG) antibody in screening chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer.Methods:90 patients with an upset stomach in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected for the study, according to the pathological diagnosis which were divided into normal control group( including chronic non-atrophic gastritis) ,chronic atrophic gastritis group and gastric cancer,30 cases in each group.The level of PGⅠ, PGⅡ, G-17 and Hp IgG antibody positive rate in the three groups of patients were compared.Results:The level of PGⅠ,PGⅡin gastric cancer patients were lower than the control group and chronic atrophic gastritis group.And the index of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were lower than control group.The level of G-17 in gastric cancer group was higher than chronic atrophic gastritis group and the control group, and chronic atrophic gastritis group and the control group had no significant difference.The Hp IgG antibody positive rate in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than other two grups.The level of PGⅠand PGⅡin Hp-infected patients were lower than uninfected Hp patients,and the level of G-17 was higher than uninfected Hp patients.The level of PGⅠ, PGⅡ were significantly negatively correlated with age, pathological stage and metastasis, and positive related with the degree of differentiation;but the level of G-17 and Hp IgG antibody rate were positive related with age,pathological stage and metastasis, and negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation.Conclusion: PGⅠ, PGⅡ and Hp IgG antibody screening have a good diagnostic value in chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer,and better diagnostic value of gastric cancer,G-17 diagnostic value of gastric cancer is much better than the chronic atrophic gastritis;and the level of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,G-17 and IgG antibody positive rate are closely related to the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer patients.
5.Relationship between depression and trait coping style in middle school students of Chongqing

Objective To investigate the relationship between depression and trait coping style in Chongqing middle school students.Methods Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) were adopted in the study to test the randomly sampled 1 596 middle school students of Chongqing.Results Students’ depression rate was a little bit high (58.4%).The differences in depression (41.20?7.83),other factors [psychological disorder (3.30?1.36),physical disorder (15.19?3.01),psychomotor disturbance (4.43?1.25) and mental disorder (18.27?4.70)],and trait coping style [positive coping style (29.5?8.5) and negative coping style (23.0?7.8)] was significant among genders,grades and school types.Students’ depression was in correlation with positive (besides psychological disorder factor,r=-0.483,-0.267,-0.272,and-0.553) and negative coping style (r=0.242,0.618,0.175,0.190,and 0.098) in different degrees.Coping style was a valuable predictor of students’ depression.Conclusion Students’ depression is significantly correlated to trait coping style in middle school students.Positive coping style can reduce the rate of student’s depression.
6.Analysis and determination of diterpenoids in unprocessed and processed Euphorbia lathyris seeds by HPLC-ESI-MS

Euphorbia lathyris (Caper spurge) is a toxic and potent Chinese materia medica (T/PCMM).This study sought a method for identifying five diterpenoids (Euphorbia factors L1-L3,L7a and L8) with the spectra of UV and mass,quantifying three diterpenoids L1,L2,and L8 in crude extracts of unprocessed and processed E.lathyris seeds by liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS).The analysis was achieved on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm i.d.,5 μm) with an isocratic elution with a mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min at column temperature of 30 ℃ and UV detection was set at 272 nm.An ESI source was used with a positive ionization mode.The calibration curve was linear in the ranges of 9.9-79 μg/mL for Euphorbia factor L1,3.8-30.5 μg/mL for Euphorbia factor L2,and 1.0-20.6 μg/mL for Euphorbia factor L8.The average recoveries (n=6) of three diterpenoids were 98.39%,91.10% and 96.94%,respectively,with RSD of 2.5%,2.4% and 2.1%,respectively.The contents of the three diterpenoids in processed E.lathyris seeds were 3.435,1.367 and 0.286 mg/g,respectively,which decreased more sharply than those in unprocessed E.lathyris seeds which were 4.915,1.944 and 0.425 mg/g,respectively.The method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible,and it can be applied to control the quality of unprocessed and processed E.lathyris seeds.
7.Correlation between personality characteristics and academic performance of vocational nursing students

Objective To investigate personality characteristics and its correlation with academic performance of vocational nursing students.Methods 153 nursing students were asked to filled out the questionnaire of Chinese College Student Personality Scale(CCSPS).The results were analyzed by 13.0 SPSS.Results Nursing students concentrated in the middle-up level in all the seven dimensions of the T-norm.The mean of directness,sensation and amiability were higer than the T-norm; The mean of tenaciousness and altruian were lower than the T-norm; There were different levels of correlation between academic performance and the four dimensions including directness,tenaciousness,rigorousness and amiability(P<0.05).Finally only the dimension of rigorousness entered into the regression equation of academic performance.Conclusion Vocational nursing students tend to have ordinary personalities.The dimension of rigorousness is the major factor influencing vocational nursing students' academic performance.So it should be targeted to promote vocational nursing students' personality perfection.
8.REPAIRING EFFECTS OF NERVE GROWTH GRANULE ON RAT COMMON PERONEAL NERVE TRANSECTION INJURY

Objective To study the repairing effects of nerve growth granule(NGG) on rat common peroneal nerve transection injury.Methods After 50 Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to nerve suture after transaction,they were randomly divided into 5 groups for daily intragastric administration of drugs:NGG high-dose(5.2g/kg),medium-dose(2.6g/kg),low-dose(1.3g/kg) groups,mecobalamin group(positive control) at 625 ?g/kg,control group(control group control).The drug administration lasted for 4 weeks.Footprint test was performed 2-,3-and 4-weeks after surgery to evaluate toe spread function(TSF).Electrophysiology was performed 4 weeks after operation to determine the compound muscle action potential(CMAP) and nerve action potential(NAP).The number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers,thickness of myelin sheath and cross sectional area of tibial muscle were measured by histomorphology.Results TSF,amplitude and recovery rate of CMAP and NAP,the number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers,thickness of myelin sheath and section area of tibial muscle were all increased significantly in a dose-dependent manner compared with the control group.Conclusion NGG contributes to axon growth and myelination,and thus promotes peripheral nerve regeneration in rats with functional recovery.
9.Hypokalemia after TACE for hepatic cancer: risk assessment and nursing countermeasure

Objective To assess the risk factors for the occurrence of hypokalemia in patients with hepatic cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolizaion (TACE) therapy,and to discuss the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods The clinical data of 214 patients with hepatic cancer,who received TACE during the period from August 2014 to February 2015,were retrospectively analyzed.The risk factors causing hypokalemia were analyzed.Results Among the 214 patients,post-TACE hypokalemia occurred in 23 (10.7%).The main risk factors that could cause hypokalemia included anorexia,hydration,vomiting,ascites drainage,sweating.After actively symptomatic treatment,the serum potassium level returned to normal in 22 patients.One patient developed hepatic encephalopathy coma complicated by hepatorenal syndrome,the patient's family members gave up treatment and,according to family members' will the patient left hospital.Conclusion anorexia,vomiting,hydration,ascites drainage,sweating are the risk factors that can cause hypokalemia in patients with hepatic cancer after TACE therapy.The use of low potassium risk scale is helpful for the formulation of nursing countermeasures.
