Objective To detect 5′ NT, ALP and some guide lines associated to hepatic diseases and to discuss the application of 5′ NT to diagnose and distinguish disease between hepatic and osteal. Methods 30 cases in control team, total disease 63 cases, to measure their values of 5′ NT and ALT. Results The average values of control, infracted jaundice, hepatocirrhosis, gall stone, hepatitis, liver cancer, osteal disease are respectively 3.27 IU/L, 17.84 IU/L, 9.6 IU/L, 14.1 IU/L, 10.45 IU/L, 21.45 IU/L, 4.47 IU/L, the values in hepatics and gall disease are prominently higher than those in others teams ( P
